John POV
Why the fuck did I have to cheat on Thomas?! I'm fucking idiot! Now Alex hates me, he'll never speak to me again! This is why I didn't wanna tell people. I just thought I could be happier if I was with Alex but now he fuckin hates me. My eyes fill with tears as I walk back to my room, I had stopped to get a coffee, hoping it would make me feel better but now I just feel fat and unhealthy.
"John!" I hear someone call my name. I turn around and see Alex running towards me. I sigh and turn back around and keep walking. He runs up behind me and grabs my wrist. I wince in pain but I don't think he notices. I look at him. "Why didn't you tell me what Jefferson was doing to you?"
Peggy told him? Why the fuck would she do that, she knows I don't want people to know, Especially not Alex. "Umm... I didn't want you to worry or judge me or anything..." I mumble and look down.
"I would never judge you especially not for that... I'm so sorry, If I had know I wouldn't have got so mad..." He lifts my head up and looks at me. I try to avoid his eye contact.
Before I can reply someone pulls Alex away. "You fuckin cheatin on me? I told you what would happen if you did that again" Thomas almost yells. I start shaking nervously. He punches me in the stomach making be bend over in pain.
"Jefferson leave him alone!" Alex yells and tries to pull him away from me. Thomas hits him and pulls me into his room. He pushes me on the floor and start beating me up. I cry in pain which is useless cuz I know he's not gonna stop. He walks to a draw and gets out a knife and a pair of scissors.
"I told you not to cheat on me again" He pulls me up and used the scissors to cut my hair then grabs the knife and stabs me. "This is your last warning" he pulls the knife out and walks away. I fall to the ground and hold my side where he stabbed me. I hear someone banging on the door. Thomas must have locked it.
"John?! John are you ok?!" Alex yells. My vision starts going blurry. I try to get to the door but everything hurts too much. "John!" I start feeling dizzy. I look at my hands and see the blood from my stomach. I look up. Alex breaks down the door and runs over to me along with Peggy. They're saying stuff to me but I can't really hear him. I faintly hear him screaming my name but then everything goes black.
Alex POV
Jefferson pulls John into is room. I run over to the door but it won't open. I text Peggy come over. Soon we see Jefferson walk out of his room and lock the door. He looks at both of us then walks away. Me and Peggy start trying to open the door "John?! John are you ok?!" I yell. He doesn't answer "John!"
"try breaking it down" Peggy suggests. I don't know how she's so calm right now. I walk back and run towards the door, Thankfully the doors are shit so it opens. I look around and see John laying on the floor bleeding from his stomach. Me and Peggy run over to him. "John?! What happened?" Peggy exclaims, John looks at us, he looked really pale.
"John?!" He doesn't answer. I gently move one of his arms and see what looks like a wound from being stabbed, I also notice his hair was cut. Why the fuck did Jefferson cut his hair? What does that even do? Shit John passes out. Peggy quickly calls an ambulance.
I gently pull him into my lap and try to stop the bleeding with my hand. I hold him close to me. I can't loose him, he doesn't deserve this. I look at him and my eyes fill with tears, his green hoodie was almost soaked with blood. His eyes open a little. "A-Alex?" I hear the pain and struggle in his voice and it makes me cry more. He tries to move but I stop him
"Shh, don't move...the ambulance will be here soon" I whisper and hold him tightly.
"I-I'm So s-sorry" he chokes out. Tears start streaming down his face as he looks at me. I shake my head and hold his hand. He continues crying and he starts having trouble breathing "it-it hurts Alex.... please make it stop" he cries and looks at me.
My heart breaks as he looks at me helplessly "I know... I'm sorry, I won't let you die" he hold him closer. Peggy holds his other hand. After a minute he blacks out again, another 5 or 10 minutes and the paramedics rush though the door. They pull John away from me "no! I wanna stay with him!" I hold onto him.
"I'm sorry sir, you can see him at the hospital" one of them says. One of them holds me back while the others take him out then the one holding me back leaves as well. I run out to my car with Peggy behind me. I drives us both to the hospital while she fills the others in about what happened.
We arrived and they tell us he's not out of surgery yet. I sit down, I could have stopped this. If I hadn't told Jefferson John would be in his room right now, maybe not happy but at least not in the hospital. "He's gonna be ok Alex, he's the strongest person we know so if anyone can survive it's him" Peggy tries to comfort me. I just nod a bit, I know she's right but I'm still so worried. He deserves so much better than this.
