Seth's pov:
Yesterday we arrived here at the safe house. Angel showed us around and we could choose our own room. I picked the one next to hers, it has blue walls, a huge bed, in front of the bed a huge television, a walk in closet, a bathroom, the rest of the room was filled with a black couch and a desk with a laptop.
Her room had black and red walls with posters of her favourite bands. I recognised some of them, but not all. Her room was filled with a beautiful queen sized bed and black furniture; a black leather couch, a black desk, black curtains,... All the rooms were big and beautiful.
When everybody was settled in, we all gathered in the living room. Angel had some pizzas warmed up and after everyone was full we went to our own bedrooms.
I jumped out of my bed when I heard a loud banging on the door. I looked out the window and saw that the sun was rising. Then I looked at my phone and saw it was 6 am?! Ugh. I threw my phone back on the bedside table.
I was walking back to bed when I heard the door burst open. Angel stood there looking at me, she was wearing a black tank top, camo pants and her black combat boots. "Don't you dare to get back in bed! You have 10 minutes to wash yourself and put on your training outfit!" Before I could do anything she left.
I hurried to my closet, took a grey tank top, a black loose pants and my black All-Stars, then ran to the bathroom, washed myself and put on my clothes. When I came out I looked at my phone and saw it was 6:11! Shit! I ran downstairs to the kitchen and saw everyone there in a training outfit. Angel looked irritated and mad. "Mr.Roberts, you're late"
Angel's pov:
Seth was late and I didn't like that. I headed outside and they followed. Once we were in the middle of the garden I began to talk "From now on we'll train every day except for Wednesdays and in weekends. You'll train the same as me and do everything I command you to do. Understood?". "The girls get more breaks?" Amber asked. "No, everybody trains the same and before I forget. Coming late and not taking orders will be punished." I replied. Amber's face paled by this. "What kind of training is it exactly?" Aiden asked. "I'll train you in wolf and human form, also in shooting, fighting and in defence. More questions?" I answered. Nobody said anything so I said "Let's train!" I yelled exited. I started to run like I normally do, but it looked too fast for the others so I slowed down with a sigh.
After 20 minutes running I started to slow down. During running I started to run faster and faster until I was on my normal speed. I commanded the others to keep up; the boys were not far behind me but the girls were far behind us. When I stopped I looked behind me. The others stopped and dropped on the ground; all breathing heavily and exhausted. I on the other hand was breathing calm and wasn't tired at all. I let them rest a bit and then stepped in front of them. "Since Seth was late this morning you guys need some punishment." I said with a smirk. I heard a lot of groans and watched them slowly get up. "Give me 50 sit-ups and 30 push-ups." I commanded. They all looked at each other and didn't move a muscle. "What? You don't know what to do?" I asked and then sat down on the ground and demostrated them what they were supposed to do. "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,..." I counted with every sit-up I did. They did the same but not as fast as me.
When I was done with that exercise I got up and walked to the kitchen, saying "When you are done you can take a break."
Seth's pov:
I was tired, I never really run that much. Her condition was much better than mine.
I was done with the push-ups, I laid on the ground and waited for the others to finish the exercise. When everyone was done I reached up and began walking to the house, the others following slowly. The kitchen table was filled with food: pancakes, bacon, cornflakes, fruit and much more. "Eat as much as you can, you'll need it." Angel said, coming around the corner.
We placed the once filled plates on the counter and followed Angel back in the garden. She stood there waiting for us. We stood in front of her and waited for instructions. "Jack, take a couple of steps forward please." She said then. He did as she said. "Hit me" She commanded. He laughed and looked at us saying "I don't hit g-" He got interuppted; Angel hit him hard in his face. He grunted and then looked back at her. She was looking teasingly at him, daring him to not hit back. He chuckled and said " I'm not going to hit a girl." and then Angel hit him in his stomach. He took a couple of steps back and put an arm around his stomach. "Still not hitting the girl?" She asked with a huge grin plastered on her face.
I heard a growl coming from Amber.Oh shit! This is going to be really bad!
