A/N: Thank you for so much votes! I literally thought, this story would flop, but I am glad it doesn't! <3

It would be nice to also read/see some comments, so feel free to just write, whatever you think. :)

TB Karen's pov:

The nameless woman lies next to me in the sand, her light blue eyes closed. The dead man covered in blood, with his neck slit open, seems to have been too much for her. Why did this idiot just have to follow me! Now I have to take care of her... well I don't have to, but she doesn't deserve to be left here, she is quite ok.

I take the things that fell off her and put them in my pocket, taking a short look into her wallet. Her name is Danielle Marie Bennet. Bennet... isn't that the name of the old couple who live not far from here? That can not be a coincidence, especially not in Provincetown.

As my brown eyes wander over her date of birth my eyes widen and I gasp. Then I take her cell phone in my right hand and switch on the flashlight, so that I can see more in the dark. I turn the light on the brunette and look at her a little before grabbing her wrists and pulling her out of the sand.

Her petite body is easy to move, which is why I decide to hang her upper body over my shoulders and carry her like that. I can't just leave her here alone in the darkness... alone with them.

Danielle's pov:

My eyelid lifts slightly and the surroundings are reflected in a blurred manner. After blinking a few times, it normalizes again. However, even with all of my eyesight, I don't know where I am. The smell of blood is still in my nostrils and draws the thought aside that this was all just a dream.

The walls of the room are made of wood and the furnishings look a bit gloomy. Candles light up the darkness and give the room a shape. My eyes spot a few paintings in the corner of the room. They look wonderful. I even think we have that kind of art at home too. Not the same pictures of course, but the style looks the same.

The cold breeze of the night runs over my skin and I slowly sit up again. My head is spinning and I support it with my hand. My mouth is dry and the cold gives me goose bumps.

A slight smile draws on my face as I meet Karen's body in front of a light source opposite the bed I'm sitting on. The woman seems to be sleeping peacefully, which makes me happy. Maybe she does like me a little... otherwise she would just have left me in the sand.

I sit on the edge of the bed and look at the paintings. Art is something special. Emotions are in every picture. Every work of art says something different, each one is special. I move carefully towards these and look at them quietly. I sit down and lean my back against the wall to still have the whole room in view. I feel a little bad rummaging around in karen's property, but that feeling doesn't stop me from doing it. I'm just too curious.

One painting arouses special feelings in me. Coldness, fear, but also closeness. It has a brown wooden frame and the drawing makes me hear and smell the ocean. Taste the salty water. Taste Blood. Feel the sand between my feet. Feel the death.

The images of the corpse flash up in my brain and I lift my head to escape from the world of thoughts.

I flinch because of the sudden closer figure in front of me and stare into her warm brown eyes. My lips form into a slight smile and I stand up. Karen looks a little annoyed. It was really not ok to touch her stuff...

"I'm sorry... I didn't mean to rummage through your things, but the pictures are just so beautiful." I mumble in her direction and put the perfectly drawn drawing back to the other paintings. Then I cross my arms in front of my chest to warm myself a bit and sigh.

"Y-you like them?" Karen asks softly and points to the pictures with her glove covered finger. "A lot." I answer and nod gently. The pink haired women smiles and shows her, for others not beautiful, but for me perfect teeth. I smirk back and feel my body getting warmer, because of her cute grin.

"I- I painted them." She stutters and makes my heart jump. My eyes widen and I smile bright.

"Really?! They are so beautiful, you are so talented!" I almost scream and take a deep breath to calm down again. A silence forms between us and we just look into each other's eyes. Even if many people find brown eyes simple or boring, I tell you, if you see hers, you would change your mind.

Karen breaks the eye contavt by turning her head to the side and reaching for a blanket. Then she looks at me again and pushes the warming material into my hand.

"You are cold, aren't you?" Karen whispers and sits down on the bed next to her. I nod and smile to the older women. With a few big steps I go to the bed and sit down close to her. Apparently too close for Karen as she moves away from me a little.

"S-sorry..." I stutter and run my fingers nervously through my brown hair.

"Maybe a little more sleep would be good... only if you still want to stay here, of course." says the brown-eyed girl gently and coughs again.

"Sleep sounds good." I whisper as I lay down.

TB Karen's pov:

Danielle falls asleep shortly after laying down. Quiet snores fill the silent room. Usually, I always get upset about snoring, but the noises she makes are kinda cute.

Since I haven't slept today, I also feel the tiredness pumping through my body and lie down next to her, my gaze at the ceiling. A nice feeling flows through my veins to feel someone close to me, but I also have an emptiness in my stomach, that makes me feel uncomfortable next to her. It's been a long time since I have layed next to anyone or better, slept. Except Mickey of course.

"No no." she suddenly mumbles and gently shakes her head. I frown and turn sideways to her. Is she having a nightmare?

Danielle's pov:

My brain rattles and I start to sweat. Blood and dead people everywhere. My heart beats faster and stops briefly as I feel a few fingers slide around my waist, pushing me out of my dream. I flinch and open my eyes a little. When I look down at my covered body, I see familiar gloves.

Is she still awake? Is this actually happening? Am I still dreaming?

I take a deep breath and move backwards until my body gently touches hers. My heart is still racing, excited by her reaction, her thoughts and feelings.

Her arm tightens around my body and pushes us closer together. I grin and close my eyes again. My heart is jumping for joy in my chest and I can't stop lifting the corners of my mouth.

After a while I feel my muscles relax again and drift off into a carefree world of sleep.
