3rd person's POV
Anne smiled as she readjusted her shoe.
Today was the day she was gonna confess her love to Marcy.
She sighed happily at the thought as she went to the living room.
Polly was watching on Anne's phone, she only looked up when she heard footsteps.
"Where are you going?" She asked curiously.
Anne jumped a little in shock, she wasn't expecting to get confronted this fast.
She looked over and saw Polly, and once she did, she immediately relaxed.
"Polly, don't scare me like that!"
Polly raised an eyebrow and said. "You still haven't answered my question."
"Oh, that, uh..." Anne said and trailed off to think of a lie.
Should I tell her the truth? Will she make fun of me for it? Will-
"At this point you might not even leave the house."
Anne was brought back to reality at that and she sighed.
"Um... I'm planning to ask Marcy out..." She said with a small blush on her face.
It stayed silent but the smug grin that was on Polly's face was noticeable.
"Okay, go get her."
Anne nodded before leaving the house with a small wave.
She closed the door behind her and walked around town in search of Marcy.
But before she could get far, someone had stopped her.
"Hey, Anne, was it?"
Anne looked down and saw a frog.
"Uh... Yeah, that would be me."
The frog stayed silent for a second.
Anne was contemplating whether to leave or not, since she wanted to ask out her crush, but the next words that came out of the frogs mouth made her freeze.
"Well, Sasha and Marcy are dating."
