"thank you, misaki!" hana misaki played matilda in last year's production, they never really talked too much, but they were aware of each other and they looked up to each other in different ways, hana admired y/n's dancing skills while y/n admires hana's confidence
"so what roles did you get called back for?"
"wednesday and alice, you?"
"alice and grandma,"
"oh cool, well break a leg, you're gonna do amazing!"
"thanks l/n! you as well," misaki gave her a sweet, genuine smile
everyone from karasuno who auditioned was invited to callbacks, they were all confident they were going to do well.

"i told y'all that i'd see you today," y/n told her infamous sextet once they all showed up
"i was sure we were all gonna be here," ushijima stated
"yeah, me too, but someone - hajime iwaizumi- was disappointed about his voice crack on a g4," y/n gave iwa friendly glare
"i'm not gonna say you're wrong," he hesitated to say
"hajime" toru whined, "you did amazing, you always do," as he wrapped his arms around him
she loves this group, more than anything, thanks for her love of theatre, she gets to love them
"well, are we all ready?" tendo asks, they all nod, as on cue, their director announces that the callbacks are about to begin

"how did your callback go?" koshi asked y/n, he insisted that he walk her home
"i think i did really good, i felt confident and i was having fun," she smiled
"that's great, mine went pretty well, but i'm not too sure i'm gonna get it. some of those guys blew me away, it was incredible,"
"that's alright, you have many shows ahead of you," y/n told him
"yep! i'm looking forward to my theatrical future. but, i'm also super excited for yours, i'll get to see you on a broadway stage, i'm telling you," koshi gave her his incredibly contagious smile
"and what if you're wrong," y/n's insecurities popped up
"i'm not. you're so deserving of it, you're so amazing now, think of how much better you'll be in the future,"

he looked at the moon, it wasn't full, but it was still beautiful. he then turned his head to look at her, her beautiful face shining in the moonlight. how did he get so lucky, he got to call a girl who's prettier than the moon to call his.
"you're so beautiful," he whispered, but loud enough for her to hear
"i- thank you," she felt heat rise to her cheeks due to the sudden compliment, "you sure you want to walk home by yourself? in the dark?"
"i'll be fine," he assured her
"you know if my mom sees you, she's driving you home whether you like it or not, plus it's cold,"
"don't worry about me, i'm alright," he kissed her cheek, he's grown to enjoy doing that
"my mom's gonna drive you home."

"i was just about to text you to tell you that i would be picking you up!" mika said, the second y/n opened the door, then she quickly saw the boy who walked her home "koshi? it's so dark and cold, i'm driving you home,"
"it's fine you don't-"
"i said i'm driving you home," she said as she unlocked her car and the three of them got into the car
the car ride was just full of questions from y/n's mother
"so how was callbacks?"
"good," both said at the same time
"when do you get the email?"
"tomorrow around 5," y/n answered
"just like last year," koshi added
"that's right, are you going over to koshi's place after school tomorrow?" the two looked at each other, and he nodded
"yeah, if that's fine with her,"
"yeah, that's cool,"
"great, you have any idea of who's going to get what?"
"no idea," y/n said
"nope," suga said at the same time
"miyagi has a lot of talent," y/n added
mika had a bunch of other questions, but they arrived to suga's place before she could ask any more. he didn't live too far, but neither l/n was willing to let him walk in the dark and cold
"thanks for the ride," he thanked, y/n got out of the car to sit in the front, since she sat in the back with her boyfriend
"any time," once she made suga was safe inside, she drove to return home, "such a sweet boy,"
"he really is," y/n smiled
"the day that i met him, i knew he was going to mean a lot more to you than you said he did at the time,"

"today's the day," y/n said to daichi, the two always walked to school together since they lived so close to each other
"don't panic throughout class, it'll be alright," daichi told her
"i know, i'm excited," she smiled, "yet really nervous. i always am,"
"i know you are, something that helps me calm down is forgetting about it until the end of the day,"
"that seems impossible, but i'll try,"
"good, how's the relationship going?"
"it's great, we're coming up on 3 months. i know it's not a lot, but i'm sure there'll be many more,"

"yep," and the two started their short walk
"katsuro isn't home, he's out with my dad,"
"ah damn, he's the only reason with you,"
