(Kai'sa's Point of View)

I sat in between Akali and Evelynn and observed Y/N's physique which I find a little disturbing when my eyes locked into his. I can see my reflection on that hollow pupil of his and the bags under his eye made it seem like his skin was cracking. He sighed which made me flinch when it surprised me, I suddenly grew nervous and could barely make some words. It wasn't just me when all of us remained quiet for a couple of minutes while Y/N drank the remaining contents of the alcohol. It's strange how he seemed normal when he finished the bottle but we just heard him clean his throat and fix his jacket.
"I'll be off," Y/N said making me nervous, his voice was a little intimidating when it was deep and raspy. I haven't seen him for so long so I want to talk to him atleast but first I need to find a way to make him stay.
"W-wait. Please hear us out," Akali said nervously and tried to reach out for his arm. He immediately swing his arms away and just looked at Akali, I could feel Akali flinching for a moment but since she cracked the ice maybe I had a chance to speak out too.
"Y/N, c-can you please share your time with us?" I asked, even when I thought I was calm I still stuttered. He looked at each of us which made my spine shiver again. Good thing he sat down and crossed his arm to his chest.
"Make it quick," we heard him say so I was relieved a little.

To think they had the guts to show their face to me, I guess their make-up is thicker this time. I am mad that's for sure but I tried to calm myself from acting like a mad man.
"I don't know if you knew but we have bee-" Evelynn said but I cut her off when I already got the gist of what she's going to say.
"Been thrown away from the studio you were working for 8 years then yes I know," I said immediately, that made her flinch and I could see them lowering their head. Silence fell for a few seconds and my patience was running really thin.
"This is just a waste of time," I said and was about to stand up again but Jinx suddenly came and slammed another bottle of vodka in front of me. I groaned when I didn't notice her arrival because I was too caught up with how messy my mind was. I just took the bottle and opened it with a pop before drinking a couple of gulps. God damn it where's that nauseating feeling when I needed it. Jinx left with a smirk and I just scoffed.
"We were hoping we could use this chance to catch up with one another," Kai'sa said with a nervous smile making me roll my eyes before I placed the bottle down.
"I know you don't want us here but please just listen to us. We're here to seek for your forgiveness after-," Ahri said but I cut her off again when I had something better to say.
"After 8 years of ghosting. No text, no calls no emails. Not even a card sent by a slow pigeon that could take 1 to 3 years to travel around the world. Mhh," I said and drank some more liquor. That silenced them again making me chuckle when they ran out of words to say. It was a little nice acting like a bastard to these people but I know it was a little too much.
"Then I'll be straightforward, I'm sorry!" Akali said with a bow making me frown when I was in the middle of drinking.
"Yeah, nah that shit sucks," I replied making her flinch. I mean it did feel genuine but that was just rude. They were quiet again so I continued drinking as I thought of what they've done. Well, they really didn't do anything, they just straight-up disappeared without a word, not even a fucking goodbye. That made me chuckle when the bottle was finished.
"There's your timer. I'm off," I said and was about to stand up as I placed the bottle on the table. Just then I felt a soft warm palm, I turned to see what caused such feeling and saw Kai'sa and Akali holding on to my right wrist and arm. I just sighed with an annoyed expression and sat down, now that broke a layer that was holding on to my temper.
"Look, Y/N we really need to talk," Ahri said making me scoff.
"Talk? Did you seriously think that you could just come and go in a person's life?" I asked and chuckled, I sighed, disappointed at the fact they didn't think this through.
"Y/N please, we finally had the chance to speak with you so please," Evelynn said, her voice was genuinely pleading making me frown as I looked at them. I took a deep sigh to reduce this rising temper, it's hard to take control when I haven't felt such a thing for so long. I just nodded hoping I'd fuck off after this.
"We've done you wrong and we know it that's why we are asking for your forgiveness," Evelynn said, I could hear her voice cracked and she sniffed making me scoff quietly.
"Look we know were fucking idiots for leaving you behind so even if you don't forgive us completely we hope you could atleast give us a chance," Kai'sa said with a pleading voice. I looked at her and saw that she really had a tough time letting out such lies. I unconsciously let my right leg bounce as I waited for what more they wanted to say.
"We have been chasing our dreams to the point we left our past behind. So here we are hoping you'd give us your forgiveness and pity," Ahri said making me chuckle. My action seem to surprise them but I didn't care and just chuckle sarcastically as I lowered my head and face-palmed myself to cover my eyes.
I was going insane from all these mixed emotions I'm facing right now. Some part of me want to hug them, some part of me just want to straight-up murder them and some part of me seriously wanted to catch up to them. I sighed when I realized my mind was going haywire from all these thoughts seeping out. I looked at them with a smile that wasn't clearly fake so they didn't do the same.
"Seriously, did you guys think I was a joke where you could come and go as you want?" I asked them which made them panic.
"N-no we didn't mean that. We're seriously hoping that you could forgive us," Ahri said with a teary tone.
"Okay then. Since you finally said what you wanted I'll be off," I said. I seriously wanted to leave before I'd lose my mind. Just then I felt my arm being grabbed again and that snapped the final line. My eyebrows furrowed as I looked at the one responsible and saw that it was Evelynn this time.
"Let go Eve," I said her name with a growly tone but she didn't do it.
"Enough!" I shouted a little. I could feel my body was getting warmer and the veins in my neck started to show. Good thing I was able to take control of myself and gripped Evelynn's wrist to remove her arm. She did so which made me feel a little better. I started to take in some deep breaths to calm myself.
"Just leave me alone like you've always did. I survived by myself without any of you and I plan on keeping it that way. You guys left that's all to it and I respect that, you guys never called out to me in the past and I accept that...all I wish was for you to atleast respect the ties you cut and try not to tie it back. I've already buried you all along with my parents," I said with a pained voice. I sniffed to stop myself from crying and grabbed my briefcase. I walked to the counter and placed a hundred dollars before walking outside.
It hurts my chest when I remembered all the good times I had before but I should face reality. They don't need me anymore and I feel the same way. Now that I've finally got to speak with them, I can finally move on with life.

I...felt guilty. We all did, the way his voice sounded was nowhere like before. He used to have a nice calming tone with a decent pitch but now, he felt so cold. I could only cry when my heart felt like it was being grappled, I kept rubbing my wrist that he gripped a while ago and I already knew it was a prosthetic when the feeling of cold metal touched my skin. I sniffed as I tried to calm away my sympathy and guilt from making me feel worse than I already had. I looked at the others and saw that they also felt the same way.
I pulled my wrist closer to my chest and could only look down as I let the tears run rampant. I laughed, a laugh so faint while tears began to drop from my chin. His parent's...they're gone and I didn't know...none of us did! And yet here we are meeting him as if nothing changed. Hahah how much more can you fuck up Evelynn?!
"Haah," I let out as I laid my back to the chair. I let all the stiff muscles I didn't know I hardened a while ago and things just feels...worthless.
I cried with a sarcastic smile so why...why do I feel like someone's hugging me from behind? The weigh I could feel on my shoulders felt so warm but I was certain none of the girls were hugging me. It felt so faint but so familiar. Uncle?
That just made my smile disappear when my chest felt like it wanted to explode. I'm sorry uncle, I'm really sorry. I just hope...I just hope you and Aunt are happy up there. I'm sorry but it's the only thing I can do.
The feeling, the warmth was slowly seeping away. I wanted it to stay but I heard Kai'sa sniffing to herself and even let out a small cough. Kai'sa...she must be the one suffering the most right now. The warmth I felt, let me help you feel it my little dancer.
I reached out my arms, one behind her nape and one infront of her and pulled her in. She leaned her head to me and I pressed my forehead on top of hers just to lessen it a little, even just a little. She snuggled in as if she's asking for more but I could only rub the side of her arms to calm her down. That just made me realize something, Y/N, how were you able to deal with this alone? If us who only had a piece of their life changed by Uncle would mourn this much...how did you stand and move forward? I'm sorry Y/N...I wish I was there with you but I wasn't.
I wonder, how many people did we leave behind? We cried quietly as we could but it was nearly impossible for peace. I understand why and I don't plan to criticize them for their sorrowful cries because I know why. Seconds turned to minutes and more of those passed us all while we wept. Akali was the one who wiped up her tears and stood up as she did so. What are you up to Akali?

(Akali's Point of View)

Man fuck this, I've had enough of just weeping like a baby. I have to follow him and make him accept my sorry. I know what we've done is wrong but that only made me ignite my resolve to fix this even stronger.
"I-I have to follow him," I said as I looked at the table. It garnered their attention when Ahri looked at me with puffy eyes as she wiped her tears away.
"We don't even remember where he lives," Ahri said as she crossed her arms and leaned it on the table. Tahm was able to hear us and walked to us while I was busy trying to recall where it was.
"Troubled much?" he asked with a smile. We all looked at him with a smile and I just nodded while Kai'sa shrugged weakly.
This made Tahm exhale to the point I could see his belly shrink a little, I wish I could laugh right now but the words Y/N said kept circling my mind. Tahm looked at the ceiling and to be honest it made me hope he knew. I don't really know why I just can't seem to find any lead to where Y/N might be. He lowered his head I and saw how his eyes showed a hint of worry as he stared at me. Might as well call it pity but he looks...scared.
"Lord I pray I won't be added to the pile," Tahm said quietly as he lowered his head to look at the floor but I heard it, everyone did and it just made me raise an eyebrow. He looked at me and it made me stand up as if he had some words I needed to hear.
"I can help with that, let me take you to him," Tahm Kench said with a bit of a scared tone. This made me realize Y/N might hate this place if Tahm really would take me there so I shook my head. There's no way in hell I would involve more for Y/N to hate. We are enough...we are enough.
"I just need the address then I'm confident to find him," I replied.
It was the only option I could think of at the moment. I replied as if it was an order from a higher up but I didn't mean to say it like that. Tahm scoffed and smiled enough to the point I could see his teeth, he nodded and pulled out a pen and a small notebook from his apron.
"You're just wasting your time Akali," I heard Evelynn say weakly. You might be right there Eve but I can't to be swayed with such words. If I were, I might not be able to see through the consequences of what I'm about to do.
"I don't care, if this is the last thing I could do then that would also be worth it," I replied with the same energy, our morale was too low to the point none of them even didn't want to join me or wish me luck. I can't blame them really, this whole ordeal is also giving me a tough time.
I walked to where Tahm Kench was as he ripped a page and gave it to me. It was an address and when I remembered the name, it made me smile and scared at the same time. I already mapped out the place I could take so I bowed down as a thank you. I speed walked through the door and when the bell rang after opening I heard Jinx.
"Good luck Akali!" Jinx said as her right arm waved as if I was leaving by a boat. I nodded and walked outside.
I looked at the sky when I found the route I'm taking and noticed that the rain wouldn't be calming down any second. I just wore my hood and took a deep breath before sprinting towards that direction.
After a few minutes of running, I was tired. Still, I pushed myself through when it felt like I still haven't reached my limit. Strange thing was that there's no vehicle that I've passed through nor anyone, maybe because of the rain. I could feel the side of my stomach ache when I exceeded what I could do. I stopped and phanted as the cold rain kept pouring on my body. My chest feels a little heavy and I could feel my heart racing after I ran. I was near Y/N's home so I walked to keep my momentum as I replenished some of my stamina. I was on the house's side so I observed the place only to realize nothing changed. I walked the final turn and was greeted with the same gate that we usually pass before. I looked past the gate as I tried to get this nostalgic feeling from my chest and saw Y/N's unconscious body on the ground just behind the gate.

A/N: My absence is too long but I just don't have enough will to continue writing the continuation. I was hoping adjusting some of the chapters could ignite back the candle but now it doesn't seem to work. Maybe it will soon...maybe it will soon.
