Once upon a time I don't really fond of Monday but now it changed to Tuesday.

Since it was Tuesday, I Settled with electric blue slouchy oversized beanie cap, a Blue skinny jeans, blue and white striped long sleeves T-shirt with black leather ankle boots.

"Hi mom" I greeted my mother as I shut my front door behind me. She told me she will pay me a visit last Monday. It's her routine coming to checking up on me once every month.

And also she had my spare key.

"Jules honey, you're home" she smiled and pulled me into a hug.

"How was school?" she asked as she pulled away. I put my things on the small round table that fit for four persons.

"Nothing interesting" I said quietly but loud enough for her to hear.

"Not yet" she said positively and I know the meaning behind her smile. I rose up my brows. What is possibly would be interesting for me?

"A year is enough to prove it and I'm going to bath" I said picking up my things and walked towards my bedroom. Leaving her in apron and the smell of her cooking followed me.

"Great things take times" she said cheerfully.

"I Like this one" Ms Kimberly said glancing at me smiling before her eyes went back to my journal. I just sat there opposite her looking over her book shelves.

Ms Kimberly clear her throat.

I always thought blue is the prettiest color,

Because the sky and the ocean is blue,

And it's beautiful,

Now the green beat the blue.

I always thought the only place I could lost are,

In my mind, forest, sea, city,

Because people said it was,

But they wrong,

I was lost in his eyes.

I thought only earthquake can shake the ground,

But then again,

I was wrong,

It's in his voice too.

I thought the empire state is tall,

Yet he was towering me,

Prove that I was wrong,

And I am.

I thought it would always be the same,

But here I am again,

Breaking the rules.

I was listening as she read my poem out loud up until the last line. My eyes went to the next building outside the window.

"This is really good" Ms Kimberly chirped.

"Thanks" I muttered.

"Juliet" I turned my gazed at her. She was smiling brightly. She cast a glance at the same page then back at me.

"I'm appreciate what you did" I thanks her but still remain expressionless but that doesn't bother her much since, I assumed she already get used to it over the past year.

"Is this just come to your mind or is the person you describing in this poem exist?" I know she would asked, well it was obvious in my poem.

"Someone I barely know" I mumbled and somehow that made her smile even wider. I watched as she closed the booked and hand it back to me.

"That was a good progression" I just nodded. Right then I saw a curiosity in her eyes.

"How was he looked like?" she asked leaning back on her chair. I shrugged my shoulder, a sign that she already knew that I'm not going to spill out the beans at her. She just nodded understanding.

"Jules honey, dinner is ready" the light knock on my bathroom door followed by my mom voice pulled me back from the conversation I had with Ms Kimberly this evening. Not so surprising that I was lost in my own thoughts every time.

"Okay mom, I'll be there in a minute" I said getting out of the tub.

"Alright honey, don't put on your pajamas we had a guest" she said from the other side.

"Who?" I asked but no respond. I had this weird feeling in my stomach as I wrapped the towels around my body and stepped out of the bathroom. Somehow the words guest left me unsettling.

I've never expecting any guest and my mother never had a guest before.

There is a few back at my home Illinois but not here.

As I blow dry my hair my eyes went to the small board where I pin my schedule and notes and among them is piece of paper that was ripped of my journal. I don't even know why did I put it up there?

I go with dark skinny jeans and spruce color of sweater. I tried to catch the voices from behind my bedroom door but nothing.

Taking a deep breath I pulled open the door and close it behind as I turned around and that is when my I felt as if someone injected me with a medicine that made my whole body stop functioning.

Both of my mother and her guest turned to look at me simultaneously.

But, her guest caught my attention.

"Honey come and take a seat" I turned to my mother, she was smiling but I could see that was just the façade she put on the hide her real feelings. She was afraid.

Afraid that I would turned around and locked myself in the room for few days or running out of the apartment and going back only after a few days.

Because...

I've done that before.
