It's been a month, five months to go, I'm so tired. Every night I get called from Melissa reminding me what to do, what not to do, and making sure the dress shops have the designs for the dresses; on top of that, I have to fight villains, arrest arseholes who try to be villains and deal with Katsuki Bakugo. At first, I thought he was being nice to me about helping me out with the agency but all I get is him yelling at my interns, it's embarrassing. I mean yeah, they deserve it, they are thick as shit but he's so hard on them because they are only 15-18 years old.
My agency isn't all that, it has three floors, the first floor is admin and communications where we all meet up for meetings and track down villains in the area. The second floor is the training floor which is where interns and other heroes that work in the agency practice their quirks and training. The higher tried heroes that aren't top ten but still count as heroes, train the interns, and the bottom floor is a quirk retail store, I sell all kinds of equipment and costume material that helps people to control their quirks or like I said interns to help boost themselves to become pro heroes. Mei Hatsume helps with the retail department, so we kind of work together, at first I didn't like her because she liked Izuku also...I think. But over the years, we got close and had a lot in common. She's the only friend out of the girls I talk to every day because well, we work together.
I am the only manager/owner of the store and that's stress on my behalf and now I have a wedding to try and organize. I can't be dealing with this shit. "YOU GUYS ARE SO FUCKING USELESS HONESTLY!" Bakugo screamed which could be heard from the first floor as he was training some of the interns, I'm going to murder him so much, he'll end up on a milk carton.
I was in the stock room trying to clean out room for the deliveries of new equipment that Hatsume ordered and because she ordered about twenty grand worth of stock, there are about 20 crates of shit that I don't even know she ordered but they all need to be split into two sections which hold ten empty creates, ten will be her stuff and ten will hold the stuff that I too ordered since every time we do order things for the store area of the agency, they like to muddle up our orders, its been like that for the past five years.
As I and Hatsume started splitting the deliveries, I used my quirk to move them around since I was being lazy and couldn't be bothered to move them by hand. It wasn't long until Bakugo came storming into the stock room. "I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THOSE KIDS UP THERE!" he yelled which made Hatsume laugh.
"look, they aren't like the interns at your agency okay, you need to cut them a little slack," I said giggling and continued to put them away until I felt my stomach starting to hurt. I never usually feel sick doing this, but the stress of this wedding is getting to me and for some reason, I'm feeling so weak.
"hey Ochaco, are you okay?" Hatsume asked and I just had to sit down to try and gain control.
Bakugo started to walk towards me to see if I was okay but I couldn't have him of all people seeing me weak when I'm trying to be the strongest I have ever been so I quickly get up and carry on putting them away. "hey, why not take a break, you've been doing this for hours" he said calmly but I just had to ignore him because I couldn't let myself be distracted. "round face?"
"I'm fine"
"no your not, you still have to do some chores from Bridezilla," he said again but I just rolled my eyes. "OCHACO LISTEN TO WHAT I AM TELLING YOU!" he yelled which made me and Hatsume jump slightly. I turned to my pink-haired friend who just had wide eyes not wanting to get involved as her hand was on her chest as her heart beating heavily just like mine. "the whole reason I'm here is so you can catch up on the checklist and not once have I seen you do it. we have five months and I get it's hard but grow the fuck up and let me do this because I can't stand another minute with those interns!" he stressed and I just looked at Hatsume again who was shrugging.
"fine" I gritted and stormed out of the stock room hitting my shoulder onto him just so he knows I was pissed off.

In my office, I just sat on my laptop emailing Inko and Dave since It was my job to arrange a day for me and Bakugo to visit them since Deku and Melissa want me and Bakugo to make a slideshow for the rehearsal dinner next month. They want us to do it early so that we can rehearse it and have it written out before needing to rehearse for the annoying dances. I don't get why they want so many dances, I don't want to dance with Bakugo, I don't even want to walk down the aisle with that arsehole.

When I sent that email I sat and waited for a response and then, of course, the blonde scrap of hair walks into my office. I roll my eyes and continue typing on my computer letting Deku and Melissa know that I've contacted their parents. Bakugo decided to sit in a chair opposite my desk and I could feel his hellish orbs staring into my soul. "didn't your mother and father say its rude to stare"
"since when do I listen to them" he joked and again I rolled my eyes. The amount of eye-rolling I do pisses me off because I'm getting a headache due to this jerk. "I wanted to check on ya," he said and I looked at him all dressed in his hero uniform. His arms all glistened with his sweat which made the muscles pop in his arms.
"I'm fine" I lied.

Thank you for the email, the only day we are free is today in the evening, we hope that's okay because we know that you and Katsuki have big agencies to run, if you want, we can come over to see you and deliver the stuff or we could arrange a dinner for the four of us to discuss things, it's up to you two.

I took a deep breath turning my laptop to Bakugo who was reading the response and all he did was shrug causing me to roll my eyes yet again. "WHAT IT DOESN'T BOTHER ME I ALREADY TOLD YOU THAT!" he yelled.
I decided to email the parents back letting them know that dinner would be great and much more professional and I hadn't seen Deku's mother in so long so I thought it would be nice to see them. Once I pressed send I let out a deep breath.

I and Bakugo had to wear the red chequered outfit once we finished working at the agency and as I sat in his car I just realized something important I had to do quickly. "can we go by Jaidens street, I need to check something real quick it will be about ten minutes" I said which irritatingly made Bakugo sigh but he drove me there any way which I apricated.
Once we made it to Jaidens street, the blonde hero looked out the window confused to see a construction site as a building was being built from the ground up. "the hell is this!?" he asked and I just chuckled getting up out the car.
Bakugo followed me to the construction site as he was curious and I headed straight to the builders and some teachers from UA. "hi Mr. Aizawa!" I cheered happily waving at my old teacher.
The tired teacher turns around with a soul and then suddenly smiles proudly reaching his hand out shake mine. He took a good look at me and Bakugo and chuckled at the clothes we had to wear when on our wedding duties which annoyed us slightly. "how are you guys? Look at you, so young and already top pros, I taught you guys well" he complimented and we both just felt awkward and bashful at the same time. "Ochaco I have to thank you for this, a lot of students around different schools were struggling with living arrangements, this is an amazing idea and I wanted to say UA is proud to sponsor this place" Aizawa explained.
I turned to Katsuki who was extremely confused "so basically I saved up enough money to build a student home for those who struggle to get into school and have nowhere to stay that need education or for parents who can't send their children to school etc, sort of like the dorms but instead it's for financial struggles" I explained and Bakugo just nodded along.
I was surprised that he didn't judge it. I had to sacrifice a lot for this place. I'd rather not get into it right now. "where are you guys off to now?" Aizawa asked and we just smiled at him.
"well we are meeting up with the parents and then we will be planning things for the rehearsal dinner" I explained which confused the old teacher.
"they want us to do this first so that we can start rehearsing dances and speeches as soon as possible" Bakugo explained and Aizawa nodded along in response.
"well, have fun. Don't get too stressed. Best men and maids of honors always get stressed" Aizawa warned which made us chuckle. He isn't lying. I'm stressed as hell and it's only been a month.

We made it to the restaurant and it was so pretty. We walked to the doorman hoping that the parents are already there. We explained who we were meeting up with and he guided us straight to the table where Mrs. Midoriya and Mr. Shield were sitting, drinking wine and gushing about how excited they were for their babies to be getting married.
Inko looks up at us and cheers reaching to us for hugs thanking us over and over again for helping out Izuku and Melissa with the wedding and agreeing to be their head bridesmaid and groomsmen. We all sat down and ordered wine which was funny since Bakugo doesn't drink wine but didn't want to seem rude which was new to him.
"Okay, so Izuku and Melissa don't know this. They want a slideshow but they have no idea what is going to be mentioned in it" Inko said which made us chuckle.
"so, we want there to be pictures and videos of these two obviously but also memories that they have with family and friends in there too. I and Inko made a script for you to rehearse which is sweet, loving, and funny all in one" David then spoke which made Katsuki crack his knuckles ready to embarrass Izuku.
"look Katsuki at this photo I found of you two" Inko gushed passing Bakugo the picture of the two as kids. "the only time you two got along was when your mother and I were around" Inko laughed which made Bakugo chuckle.
He passed me the photo and they looked so adorable together which was sweet. Bakugo had his arm around Izukus's shoulder and with his free left hand, he was pulling a peace sign with a wide toothy grin and Izuku looked so awkward and shy put effortlessly if the same sign which was funny. we looked at more pictures and I realized that I was in barely any.
"Ochaco, I want to thank you for doing this because Melissa doesn't have many friends or any sisters, especially since her mother isn't around it's been hard on her, but she loves how you're doing this for her and we want you to feel as comfortable as possible with making your speech, along with Katsuki too, we only did the script of the pictures but at the end, feel free to say your own words" David explained and I gave him a warm smile.
"you can count on us" I happily said taking the box of photos for us all to choose from.
I look over at Bakugos glass which was still untouched and it made me laugh inside. We spoke all about the couple which made me a little weird but hearing more about Izuku and Melissa together made me realize that he did love this girl, did it hurt, yes but I've accepted that hurt, and well I'm twenty-five years old so I won't do anything that ruins a love that has a chance to last in this planet.
Once we finished dinner, Inko and David paid and left since they had chores they had to do themselves for the wedding and I and Bakugo finished our drinks although he wouldn't touch his glass. "you don't want it?" I asked drinking the last drop of mine and all Bakugo did was scoot his over to me which made me laugh. "aww thank you" I said and grabbed his glass quickly drinking the wine away making the glass clear again.

Bakugo drove me home and I invited him in because we had to ake at least a start on this slideshow. Whilst the explosive human typed away on my computer, I read the script and giggled at some of the jokes in there which was funny.
We wrote out specific quotes for each slide that is pictureless but we labeled which images we wanted to add in. first two slides would be baby pictures, and each slide onwards will be them aging until the moment they met which was cute. And onwards will be their journey through their engagement which I thought was a nice idea but I and Bakugo wanted to do the photo search last and on another day since we were doing the slideshow layout.
It didn't help how we were both falling asleep on the couch from how late it was. My eyes got so heavy that I thought Bakugo was still awake but he was asleep the whole time. As my eyes closed my head got heavy and landed on his strong shoulder. It didn't feel wrong or weird, I was oddly comfortable being this close to him.

After a while I felt my whole body shaking, why am I moving? I slowly open my eyes to see the scruffy-haired hero looking down at me. did I fall on his lap? At this point I didn't even want to freak out, I was so tired. "what's up?" I tiredly asked rubbing my eyes.
"it's like half two in the morning round face, I have to go," he said tiredly, I didn't want him going strangely. Ever since the engagement, I couldn't sleep that much and I felt happy enough to sleep around him...I don't get why.
"you can stay if you want" I tiredly replied snuggling closer to him and falling asleep. "please don't leave me alone" I mumbled.
He didn't fight back, I felt him getting more comfortable and we stayed in that position the entire night, my head rested peacefully on his lap, and his hand was stroking my back gently which helped me sleep even more. His back rested against the couch and I could hear his soft breathing whilst he slept for the first time and I didn't want that to end. My atmosphere went silent once my sleep invaded me to dream.

As the hours passed, I was still on the couch but mine and Bakugo's position had changed...OMG IS HE SPOONING ME RIGHT NOW!"... this isn't happening I ACTUALLY CURSE WINE!!. But I don't want to wake up, I'm still so comfy, maybe if I slowly turn around, he'll wake up and realize too. Good idea.
Never sleep with someone on a couch, it's the most awkward complicated thing ever when you end up in this position. I turned around but as I turned and raised my leg slightly It hit a place I was not trying to hit.
"AHHHHHHOOOOOWWWWWW GOD FUCKING DAMMIT!!" A massive pained yell came from the angry blonde which was very understandable. "WHY THE HELL ARE YOU SO CLUMSY!?" He yelled as he rolled me off my couch causing me to get hurt too but as I looked up he looked like he was going to be sick. His face was green.
"I didn't mean to knee you in the dick-" my laughs were soon cut off.
"JUST SHUT UP FOR A MINUTE!" He yelled and I tried my hardest not to laugh. he rocked back and forth like a mental patient with his hands holding his injured area between his legs as his back was hunched forward trying to breathe and I just felt awkward. "GOD YOU FUCKING IDIOT!" does it hurt that much?
I roll my eyes and get up off my wooden floor to walk over to my kitchen. I opened the fridge/freezer to get some ice in a bag, wrapped it around a surface towel, and walked back to the couch where Bakugo was dying. He looked up to my stretched arm holding the ice and snatched it off my hands. Putting it on his sore area sighing in relief.
I sat on the floor looking at him, waiting for Bakugo to calm down and I just tried my hardest not to laugh at him. "I am sorry," I said trying to sound more serious but chuckles get bursting out. All I got in return were eyes from the devil. "did you want a tea or anything"
"Are you fucking serious right now?" he asked in confusion.
"I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO AFTER KICKING SOMEONE IN THE DICK" I stressed.
"THEN MAYBE DON'T BE SO CLUMSY AND KICK ME IN THE DICK...IT FUCKING HURTS!" he yelled back.
I couldn't help but laugh because the argument was ridiculous and all Bakugo could do was stare at me ready to kill me, I'm sure he would if he could walk, to be honest with you. "I'm sorry I don't mean to laugh, it's just funny"
"Why don't I punch you in the tit and see how that feels" he gritted his teeth staring at me, I guess I deserved that. It was an accident though, it wasn't my fault.
It was silent for a while, I remained sitting on the floor but every time Bakugo tried to move he would be in agony. I did start to feel bad. "I hope your okay, if you need a bucket just ask" I joked and all he did was glare at me. "I'm sorry" I laughed again.
"your so lucky I can't walk right now" he gritted in pain. It kinda hurt me too, I didn't think I kneed him that hard. He must be big...WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT THOUGHT!

A few hours had passed and I was hunting through a large number of photos with Izuku and Melissa as babies and children which was not fun to do, just because there were thousands, and I and Bakugo had to choose one each of them for each year. "it's kinda hard choosing pictures when your up there" I complained and Bakugo was still sitting on the sofa with all different types of cold compresses her could put on his sore friend.
He went to stand up huffing in pain...stop trying to laugh Ochaco....he came to sit on the floor and shuffled closer so me with the frozen peas on his penis which annoyed me cause I wanted to cook with those and I get they are in the packet but knowing where that packet has been, I don't want them anymore.
We arranged the photos and chose a few for now and it took absolutely ages to find the best ones. But during the whole time I was curious about what the cold does to men when they have it there for ages. "does the cold make you erect?" I randomly asked what shocked the angry hero.
"what?" he rudely asked.
"The cold, does it make the penis erect?" I asked which made him chuckle shaking his head. "what does it do then?"
"it does the opposite, it makes it difficult to get erect. When guys have wet dreams, they would usually have a cold shower to get rid of the erection" he explained and I just shrugged it off. "what, was you scared if I was getting a boner?" he teased and I just refused to look at his annoying face teasing me.
"n-no...I just didn't know that's all"
"I was erect if that makes you happier," he said in a joking way and I just looked at him in shock and disgust "but then your knee went and kicked it"
"YOU GOT HARD IN MY HOME?!" I yelled which confused him.
"I CAN'T CONTROL IT ROUND FACE, IT HAPPENS TO EVERY GUY IN THE MORNING OR EVEN RANDOM POINTS OF THE DAY!" he yelled back.
I rolled my eyes and just went back to diving into the pictures of the engaged couple as kids. As It went quiet again, Bakugo started chuckling which annoyed me. "what are you laughing at?"
"Nothing, I just don't get how you don't know that about guys" he made fun of me which annoyed my soul.
"it's not like I have a boyfriend to learn from" I moodily responded and Katsuki shuffled closer to me. "I was just curious"
"round face, it's fine honestly. There's no harm in asking questions. I just found it funny like kneeing me in the dick was funny to you" I let out a giggle once he said that and I just sighed. "any more suspicions?"
"only one...what does sex feel like?" I asked and he went quiet. I looked at the angry blonde who was just trying to think of an answer.
"Hmm, it's different for everyone to be honest. I haven't had sex in three years, to me, it's nothing to gush about" he said which is what I suspected him to say. "why?"
"just wondering... it's just on my to-do list, once a guy finally decides to ask me out" I spoke in an irritated way which made Bakugo chuckle.
"nothing wrong with waiting, the right guy will come, he may be closer than you think, just be patient" was all he said but I scoffed and stood up to the kitchen to make something to eat. Bakugo struggled to get up again but was able to make it and waddled over to the kitchen to carry on talking to me but he just wouldn't understand my frustrations. "what was all that about, there is no need to rush to have sex, why are you so desperate"
"because everyone sees me as this innocent woman who just won't do anything as I said, I am going to die old and alone with eight cats eating my flesh whilst my corpse is all sad and depressed" okay that was very dramatic but I do feel like that sometimes and it stresses me out. "all my friends are married or getting married and have kids already and I'm still a single virgin doing nothing in her life!"
... it was awkward after that and all Katsuki did was sit on the breakfast bar in the kitchen wincing in pain slightly. "look, round face. If you wanna have sex just ask" he laughed. I turned around because I didn't know if he was joking or not but his shoulders shrugged and had a serious face.
"what! I'm not going to have sex with you" I freaked and he just stared at me all confused. "I'm just saying I wish I had a little more excitement in my life. All it is is one bad thing after another. Before it was Ida leaving countries, then my parents..." I took a deep shaken breath after that which made Bakugo look more serious "...and then the love of my life marrying someone else. I just want to do something different in my life that I won't regret"
"so you'd regret sleeping with me?" Bakugo said quite annoyed in a way.
"that's not what I'm saying, I just...I don't know what I want to be honest" I sadly said and sat down on the second stool next to him. "I just want something to take me by surprise you know," I said looking at him with my brown eyes crystalizing into tears.
He just looked down at me and chuckled one single chuckle and studied my face. Randomly, he brushes his index finger down my nose which confuses me a lot. I watch him breathe deeply and eventually chuckle since I was frozen in confusion with what he had just done. "what the hell was that?"
"there was a bug on your face" he lied bluntly and I just chuckled. He looked back at me with a slight smirk and shrugged again. "you wanted to be surprised at something and your face looked quite surprised, in a creeped out yet confusing way, and I've always wanted to do that to your face" he added which made me giggle. He turned around to lean closer to my ear. "and I just wanted to hear you laugh" he whispered.
I stared at him deeply until I felt his warm hand hold onto my cheek. Is he going to try and kiss me again? I don't know whether I should let him though but deep down I kinda want to know what his lips feel like...why am I suddenly feeling that way?
"I should get going back to the agency, I got a message from Kirishima a while ago saying he needed me so, I'm gonna head out if that's okay" I could tell he was lying again but I just nodded along slightly disappointed. "okay, I'll see you later, call me if you need me alright," he said heading out the apartment.
Great I fucked it again! I thought hitting my head once on the counter. Dammit, Ochaco how many times are you going to piss him off with your feelings when he's trying to change! I just don't know if he's the one you know, I'm not sure about my full feelings. Although he did save me once...no I'm not ready to talk about it yet. Forget I said anything.

I don't think it's been a week but I'm too excited for this book so I'm giving you guys an extra three chapters 🤩 I hope your enjoying this book I love it so much.
I still have a few to write but it's almost finished and you guys have plenty to wait till the end of the book so don't panic 😂
