"Jack jack jack jack!" The fans chant loudly. We are finally in atlanta, since theres a week between this show and the next jack decided to stay the 3 days that I'd be staying so he can rest and also do laundry.
He looks down at me smiling "love you" he whispers before pecking my lips and then running out on stage. I smile happily watching him from side stage, urban taking videos and photos in the front and dru standing behind me with Chris and a few others.
I stomach growls at me slightly so I step back and go over to the food table and grab an orange. Luckily I can still hear jack so I nod along and walk back while also peeling the orange. "Hungry?" Dru asks. I laugh eat an orange slice "yeah I didnt get a chance to have lunch or dinner" I reply.
Dru shakes his head "and you're just having an orange? Abi what would jack say?" He asks. I frown "he'd give me shit" I reply. He nods "exactly so I am instead go get a sandwich or slice of pizza" he tells me.
Letting out a sigh I finish the orange and then listen to dru and grab a slice of ham and pineapple pizza. "Mmm yum" I whisper taking a bite. "Pinneapple?" Dru asks.
"Yup" I answer taking another bite. "Its good" I add. He shakes his head and doesn't say anything else and continues watching jack perform.
After jack comes back he gives me a big kiss "did you have pizza?" He asks. I nod "yeah uh I forgot to have lunch or dinner so I had a couple slices of pizza" I answer.
He sighs "babe why didnt you say anything?" He frowns. "Its fine jack" I reply. "No baby its not" he whispers lifting my chin up. "Are you ok?" He asks. "Yes I'm ok jack" I reply. "Good" he whispers kissing me again.
"Please eat when you can" he whispers. "I promise you I will" I whisper back. "Good girl" he replies kissing my forehead. My face heats up and I rest it right up against his chest.
He chuckles and rubs my back "let's go babe" he says. I nod and we walk back to the dressing room where he changes then we get everything we need before just going out to the car.
Right after I open the dressing room door matilda and rose pop up with my dad, Kennedy and benji. "Surprise!" They say together. "Ah oh my God" I squeal before hugging them all.
Jack stands behind me smirking "thank you for coming" he says. "Thanks for having us" my dad says. I hug jack tightly "thank you" I whisper. "Of course" he whispers.
We take them out to the limo waiting for us and the driver takes us to Jack's house. Since we have been gone for a couple of months there isnt any food so jack orders pizza and wings for us all.
As we're all talking and waiting for the pizza dru and urban come walking in carrying the pizzas and thing of wings. "Hello!" Dru greets my dad and siblings. "Druski nice to meet you" Kennedy replies. "You're abis sister right?" He asks. She nods "yup" she answers.
Benji being benji glares at him "she's too young for you" he tells dru. "I know, I was just saying hi" dru replies looking at benji. Kennedy rolls her eyes "I've got my eyes on someone anyways" she replies.
I roll my eyes and then look at dru and urban "thanks for bringing the goods in" I say. They laugh and hand me a box. "Got the abi special" urban says. Ham, bacon and pineapple my fav. "Thank yall" I reply.
My dad chuckles "you still get that?" He asks. I nod smiling proudly "yeah" I answer taking a slice. I know I had pizza earlier but whatever it's pizza. "Of course she does" kennedy says stealing a slice of mine.
"That's what your mom use to get" he tells us. "Awe dad why'd you dampen the mood" benji groans after stealing a slice of mine as well. "Sorry kids just a fact" he says taking a chicken wing.
Everyone around us watched the interaction and smiles "that's sweet" rose says. "You're so much like your mom abi" my dad tells me. "So I've been told" I reply taking a bite of a wing.
We move on and talk about tour and where we will be for the rest of it. Unfortunately I won't be able to easily fly back so I'll be sending the artists my work instead of coming back every 2-3 weeks. Which is better than flying back and forth.
"So 2 more months?" My dad asks. "Yeah another month in the states and canada and one in Europe" jack answers. "Wow that's crazy, how does it feel?" Kennedy asks. "It feels great" jack answers. "Flying is ass but its worth it" I add.
My dad raises his eyebrows "you actually get on a plane? Jack you're special" he says. I'd never want to get on a plane growing up so he'd give me melatonin but now that I've got jack I just need him and an edible then I'm good but my dad doesn't need to know about the edible.
He nods "she's had a couple rough flights alone but for the ones I've been there for she's been fine" jack says. He's not wrong. "Ah huh that's good!" My dad replies. "I'm getting use to it" I say honestly.
Kennedy pats my shoulder "proud of you" she says. I roll my eyes but smile anyways "thanks sis" I reply. "I'm proud too" matilda says. "Same" rose says taking a bite of pizza. "Me too" jack says kissing the side of my head.
They spend a couple hours here before going home and the couple of days off start now. "I'm going to change and start a load of laundry" I tell jack. "Coming" he replies following behind me.
I laugh and start removing my clothes dropping them behind me and I hear jack sigh "really?" He asks. I turn around and he's holding my shirt and shorts "what?" I ask with a smirk. "Leaving your clothes behind" he says shaking his head.
"My bad" I reply and turn back around going into the closet. He stands at the door area watching me choose pajamas "I'll get the laundry going" he says. "Thanks babe" I reply blowing him a kiss. He smiles "love you" he responds. "Love you too!" I shout as he walks away and down the hall.
His house is pretty nice and I like being here but I love the apartment more so i might stop by tomorrow.
After finding matching shorts and crop top i change into them and then walk down the hall to find jack loading the washing machine.
I lean against the door watching him and he hits start then turns around and jumps. "You scared me" he says covering his heart. I giggle and pull him into a hug "sorry baby I didn't mean to" I whisper. "I know" he replies kissing my forehead.
"This feels so domestic" I whisper looking up at him. His hand cups the side of my face "yeah?" He asks. I nod smiling "yeah, I like it" I answer. He smiles "yeah?" He asks. I nod "uh huh" i confirm.
He rests his forehead against mine "there's something I've wanted to do" he whispers. My heart starts thumping "what's that?" I ask. Without saying anything he lifts me up and puts me ontop of the washing machine.
My hips start vibrating and he stands in between my legs "this" he whispers before swiftly removing my shorts. "Jack" I whisper out. "Yes baby?" He asks looking into my eyes.
I lean my forehead against his "do it" I whisper. He nods and starts kissing down my body then his hand slowly moves down between my legs. "Fuck" I whisper out as he moves his fingers inside.

He comes back in and I show him the post "at least we look good" he smirks. I roll my eyes "not the point" I whisper. "I know I'm sorry love" he replies kissing the side of my head reassuringly. "They need to mind their own business" I whisper again.
"I agree" he says. "They also posted photos of me from last time I was in atlanta" i add showing him. He shakes his head "we've gotta ignore them" he says. I nod and exit their Instagram story and go onto twitter.
He holds my hand gently "so when we're in Louisville my parents and brother are coming to my show" he starts. I haven't gotten to meet his family yet but I'm looking forward to meeting the people the raised the man I love.
I look at him with raised eyes "so that means I get to meet them?" I ask. He nods slowly and gives me a nervous look "yeah if you want to but you don't have to" he says rambling. I giggle "jack you've met mine, and I'm not scared of meeting them" I tell him.
Before he can say anything else I kiss him gently "I want to meet them" I whisper. He nods "okay okay yeah, I'm sure they'll love you" he says. "And if not?" I question. "Then they'll grow to love you because I'm not losing you" he answers.
"I love you" I whisper again. He kisses the back of my hand "I love you too" he whispers.
We go back to watching the movie and eventually all of our clothes are clean so we stand with the basket folding the clothes in the closet together.
After putting them away we lay in the bed and watch half a movie before going to sleep.
The next morning jack wakes me up with breakfast and coffee in bed. "Morning my love" he whispers kissing the top of my head. "Morning baby" I reply. He sits beside me and I share some of the pancakes with him.
"Thank you for this" I say after we're done. "Of course" he replies standing up. I follow him to the kitchen and he rinses my plate while I stand against the counter watching. "So I've gotta go to the studio today, julia texted me last night saying she's in atlanta and will come to the studio" I tell him.
He turns around after "okay sounds good, I can drop you off and then pick you up if you want" he replies. "That would be nice" I reply moving closer to him.
Once we've shared a few kisses and changed into regular clothes we leave for the studio and Jack stops at starbucks first getting me a cold brew.
As I open the studio door I can hear julia singing to herself so I peek my head in first and she's in the chair writing on a note pad. I slowly sneak in and she turns her head slightly then turns it fully looking at me "you're here thank god, I'm stuck" she says.
I laugh and sit down "I am, jack dropped me off" i reply. "Hows that going?" She asks. I smile happily "good, we're good" I answer. "That's good" she replies.
We get to writing the song she was working on when I came in and she goes into the booth to record it. "I think it needs some background vocals" she says in between takes. "We can put them in at the end" I reply.
She gives me a thumbs up and continues recording the song for a couple more hours then sits beside me as I put it all together.
"Would you do the background vocals?" She asks looking at me with hopeful eyes. "I uh I don't know about that" I answer. "They won't even be able to tell it's not me and nobody besides jack has heard you sing" she says.
After about 15 minutes of trying to convince me to go into the booth I give in and go in. "Wow" i whisper looking around before putting the headset on. "Ok just go ta ta ta ta" she tells me. I give her a thumbs up and she tells me when to start. "Ta ta ta ta ta ta ta" I say into the mic.
This feels silly but I'm sure it'll sound cool. "Okay now I'm going to play a verse in the back just sing and I'll pitch it down so it's in the back" she instructs. "Got it" I reply.
While I'm singing the door opens and Jack comes in then sits beside julia. I finish the verse and he looks at me shocked "are you finally doing music?" He asks. "Just the background vocals" I answer.
Julia smiles proudly "she's good jack, I think we're good abi" she says. I nod and take the headset off then go back into the room "how was it?" I ask her. "Amazing" she answers. "Can I hear?" Jack asks. "Once it's put together yeah" she answers.
Another half an hour goes by before we're done the song and julia hits play when it is done. I sit back and stare at the keys listening to the song and I gasp hearing my voice in the back.
The 3 and a half minute song comes to an end and jack looks at me "wow" he whispers. "Good wow?" I ask. He nods pulling the chair closer "yes" he says. "Abi it's amazing thank you for writing with me" julia says.
I look over at her "no thank you, it was nice singing and not it being in the car or shower" I reply. She laughs "of course, you're a great singer anybody would be lucky to hear you" she replies. "How'd you get over stage fright?" I ask.
She sighs "it took years of therapy and having someone I trust near incase of an anxiety attack, it's still scary but it's worth it" she answers. "I think you can do it abi" she adds.
"I will definitely think about it some more" I reply. She nods "if you have any questions or want to work on more music together let me know and we can work it out" she tells me. I nod "sounds great, you'll have to let me know when the song comes out" I say.
We talk for a little bit more before the three of us leave the studio, paparazzi of course waiting for us outside. "Are you working on anything new?" Someone shouts. "Is it a collab?" Someone else shouts. "No collabs" julia says simply. We hug quickly before she runs off to her car and I walk with jack to his.
Jack opens the door for me and I get in as someone is shouting random questions our way. "When are you getting married? Will it be a public ceremony?" Someone shouts.
I ignore them and jack closes the door for me and runs over to his side getting in then driving away. "They really need to fuck off" he whispers. I hold his hand gently "I know" I whisper.
On the way to Jack's we get chipotle to go and eat it when we get there. "I got all the clothes I want packed" jack says. "Yeah? What else did you do while I was with Julia?" I ask. "Changed the sheets on the bed and made the bed, I also found a cookie recipe and made cookies" he answers.
"You made cookies?" I ask with raised eyebrows. He nods proudly "yes and they're delicious" he says. I giggle "I'll have to try one" I say standing up and going into the kitchen and he follows.
They're laying on the counter and they look perfect. "Chocolate chip my favourite" I whisper grabbing one. "I wrote the recipe down if you want them in the future" he says. I take a bite and it's so soft and chewy "yum" I whisper.
Unfortunately for us the 2 days go by and before we know it we're back on tour and then in Louisville. This is where jack grew up and where he got famous.
While Jack's changing for the show theres a knock on the dressing room door so I slowly open it and peek my head out seeing 3 people. 2 looking like a mix of jack and the other looking like a younger version of him. "Hi I'm Abigail you must be Jack's family" I say opening the door more.
His mom gasps and pulls me in for a hug "it's so nice to meet you abigail" she says squeezing me. "Mom don't kill her please" jack says from behind us. She pulls away and looks at me "you are even more beautiful in person" she says.
"We've only seen photos jack has sent us or from social media" his dad tells me. "Jack sent you photos of me?" I ask then look at him. "Only good ones" he says. "Ah huh well it's nice to finally meet you" I say looking at them.
They come in and we sit on the couches talking before Jack's tour manager comes in to tell him to get to the stage. "You can come with us then I can take you to your seats" I tell them as we're walking to the backstage area.
Jack does his speech then hugs his parents and brother then he kisses the top of my head "love you to the moon and back" he whispers before running onto stage. "Let's get to your seats" I say turning to his family.
His mom walks along side me and we talk more on the way to their seats. "How does he treat you?" She asks. "Way better than anyone I've been with, he's perfect" I answer. She smiles proudly "good, i don't want to kick his ass" she says.
I laugh "you definitely don't have to, you raised him right" I tell her. "Thank you abigail, I like you so far" she says. "Yeah?" I ask. She nods "yes" she confirms.
A few minutes later we get to their seats and I stand with them for a little bit before going back stage. I grab a slice of pizza and eat it while watching him perform.
From the front I can see urban taking photos and videos with his camera and I spot Jack's family jamming out to the song. "You think they like you?" Dru asks standing beside me. "Yeah, his mom told me she does" I answer.
"Ah huh, howd meeting them go?" He asks. "Good, they're just what i expected" i answer. "That's good, how are you doing?" He asks. I look out watching jack "I'm good" I answer.
We stand talking and watching jack finish the set then he runs off drenched in sweat "wooo" he says still pumped from the show. "Your parents will meet us after we're done in the dressing room" i let jack know.
He pulls me in for a hug "sounds good" he whispers quietly. "You did good babe" i whisper hugging his sweaty body. "Thanks babe" he replies kissing my forehead.
After he changes and we have everything we meet his parents by the exit and talk with them for a little bit and agree to have them come to atlanta when we arent so busy. "Is this your exit?" His mom asks. "No it's yours, we'll walk you to your car" jack answers.
"It was nice meeting you finally abigail" maggie tells me. "Oh my gosh it was nice meeting you too" I reply as she hugs me. "I'm looking forward to spending more time with you" she adds. "Mom you're hugging the life out of her" jack says.
She rolls her eyes as she pulls away "thank you for making my son happy" she says. "Thank you for creating him" I reply. "Mom I've got work tomorrow can we go?" Clay asks sounding bored. "Fine fine, have fun on the rest of tour" she tells us before getting in the car.
We watch them leave the venue then go back inside before walking around to our exit and out to the tour bus where fans are waiting.
Jack quickly signs as many autographs as he can before we go onto the bus. Instead of plopping on the couch I go to the back changing into pajamas then join jack on the couch.
He looks at me and pulls me onto his lap "I'm glad you get along with my mom" he whispers. "Me too" I whisper back. "She'll definitely be happy when we get married" he says. "One day" I reply. "What if we just go to the courthouse" he says. "Babe" I start. "Yes?" He asks.
I turn around and face him "we don't even live together" I say. "Ok? Wanna move in then?" He asks. "The lease for the apartment isn't over" I say. He frowns "then after?" He asks. "Mmm yeah" I answer. "Yeah?" He asks. I nod smiling "yes" I whisper.
After making out for a bit and then tiredly talking for a bit we move to the bed in the back and fall asleep while we're on the way to the next city.
