"THAT WAS THE WORST THING EVER!" Tommy explains as he and Faye walks out of math class, turns out that math quiz wasn't sometime this week, it was actually today and the boy had forgotten to study for it while the girl winged it as she was alright at maths.
"That's on you," Faye laughs at his misery as they walk to Chemistry. "Can't believe you forgot about it."
He pouts. "You don't have to be so mean to me." He watches her roll her eyes and continue waking a small smile on her face, it made him feel a tingling feeling grow in his chest.
"Oh, stop being a big baby." She replies back with as they met Johnny, Bobby and Dutch while entering the class.
"Who's being a big baby?" Dutch asks confused at what he'd just heard, he watches as Faye points her thumb in Tommy's direction as he gave her an offended look.
"Faye's bullying me." He says walking to his chair as the said girl sat next to an amused Susan.
She turns around and looks over a few rows at the childish boy, "I was just stating facts." She then turns back to face the board, but as she was doing this she caught eyes with Ali who then looked towards Daniel and asked him something, but he was too focused on Faye and his bullies conversation – and was ignoring Ali after he was the one who spoke to her like shit, Faye turns to the teacher who walked in. Her heart ached at the betrayed look Daniel had shot her, she eyes him for a few more times, though he was no longer looking at her.
Susan touched her arm and gave her a questioning glance, Faye looks back at her friend with a tight lipped smile and turned once more before writing down what was on the board. The dark haired girl next to her glared over at the boy, and offered Ali a smile before writing down the notes.
Faye smiles when she heard the sound of snickering come from behind her, she glanced at Susan who wiggled her eyebrows at her. They both quickly put their heads down when the teacher glanced back and glared at the class – eyeing everyone down before jotting down things from the textbook onto the whiteboard. She could hear Tommy's loud whisper tell them about the conversation they both had making their way here, she shakes her head, god, she had forgotten how dramatic the boy was.
"Hey, Faye." Susan whispers capturing her attention once more, "we're going to Ali's after school, you wanna come?"
"You mean come and tell you some juicy details about the boys, huh?" She said smirking at her friends, she knew them all too well.
The dark haired girl put her hands up, "you caught us, but still...will you come?" She asks.
"I'd love to!" She says, "I have nothing better to do, so let's do this." Susan cheers and glances over at Ali with a wink while the blonde silently cheers in her head, a small smile planted on her face. Finally, she wants to hear what's going on.

"See you tomorrow, Blue." Bobby waves, "take care of yourself." The girl waves back at them and goes towards Susan's car to where the three girls were waiting for her.
Once she got in the car, she noticed them all giggling quietly and giving her a look. She stares at them with a raised eyebrow, arms wrapped across her chest after she plugged in her seatbelt – her attention being caught once more when the boy's bike engines went off, she glanced to see then leaving the parking lot and then turned back to the girls who were looking at each other.
"Milkshakes anyone?" Ali asks as the girls turn to her, "they're on me?" They then agreed, Faye laughs because she knew there would be a catch, it meant that she'd need to talk to them about today.
"On you?" Faye questions, "and for this I give information about what happened today, huh?"
"Exactly!" The blonde squeals as Susan started leaving the parking lot and driving all the way to the diner down the street.
The smaller girl looks out the window and watches as they stop at a few lights on the way, she had began to think back to last night and how the boys were helping her out today. They were patient with her, they didn't mock, tease or try and do anything to get her attention – in fact, they were actually very sweet, like the boys she knew when they were kids.
"Earth to Faye." Barbra waves her hand in front of the said girl who flinched back, "welcome back to reality, you been thinking about your admirers."
"What! No!" She blushes playing with the hem of her sleeves.
"Yeah, you were. Susan told me that all of them like you and I think you might like them too!" Faye shakes her head denying it, but the green eyed girl stares her down with a smirk.
"We're here!" Susan calls from behind the wheel, both girls in the backseat stop the stare down and hopped out.
Faye smiles and grabs Susan's hand missing the look the taller brunette gave her. The four of them sat down at a booth, Barbra on the left outside with Ali on her right, but Faye's left while Susan sat on the smaller girls right. The four of them had ordered their shakes and waited for them, but the three turn to their smallest member with questionable looks.
"So, wanna tell us what that was today at lunch?" Barbra asks as Ali cut it, "yeah, I saw Johnny and the others glance over at you at break, they seem to be looking out for you."
"I think it's more pity than anything else," Faye says picking at her nails. "I've put up a demeanour that I'm not scared of anyone and that I can kick ass my way, but they saw me vulnerable. I think that shook them more than anything, they haven't seen me like that since we were kids." She explains, the waitress handed them their shakes as she began to start again. "They saved me, I will be forever thankful for that because who knows what would've happened if they hadn't been there. I thanked them, I am willing to forgive, but I can't forget. They put me through so much all because of popularity and their new status; they were willing to throw their childhood friend to this side of that, years worth of friendship gone.....I want to restart, but I don't think I can trust them like I did, I don't want to be abandoned again."
The girls were speechless at how she was admitting everything that she's kept inside her all this time. They could see what they'd done to her, hell, they even saw it when they took her into their little group. She didn't trust them either, not at first, but they had to give some persuasion.
"We're sorry if we've pushed anything on you, we don't mean to force you into having a friendship with them and we don't expect you too. We joke a lot and sometimes it extreme, but please don't feel uncomfortable about how you're feeling, tell us if we're going to far, okay?" Susan says as she holds Faye's hand into hers, this earned a nod and a small smile.
"Today, I saw my boys." She swallowed the lump in her throat, Ali glanced at her quickly and noticed tears that hadn't yet fell from her eyes. "It's been awhile since I've seen them, today, they weren't the boys I've grown to despise. Tommy said, they'd sacrifice themselves for me." Faye began, "I don't even know where this has even came from, y'know? It's all so confusing, they hated me, avoided me and then all of a sudden Daniel shows up and now they're all over me. I don't understand."
"It's not just because Daniel showed up, Faye." Ali says, the girl stares at the blonde as she sighs, "when I began to date Johnny, they'd all began to ask about you and how you were doing. They always spoke highly about you, and Johnny mentioned something about keeping you safe and stuff like that." Faye looks at her with shock filled eyes, "I feel like he only started dating me just to use me to get to you, the only reasons the other Cobra's liked me was because I was friends with you. But when you started pulling away from me and avoiding me – not that I blame you of course – I'm still so sorry about that, but when you ignored my existence, he broke up with me."
"A-Ali, I'm so sorry." Faye stammers, the other girls also stared at the blonde bewildered by all this new information. "If I had known–"
"–No, Faye." Ali cuts her off, "to be honest with you, I wasn't hurt. It didn't even feel like we were in a relationship, it felt like we were close friends, but we did kiss and hug, but other than that, I think I was more of a spy for him than a girlfriend."
"Jesus Christ," Barbra mutters, "this literally makes so much sense."
Susan nods, she looks at her untouched shake and turned to Faye who stares with so much shock. She was so pale and it was as if the clocks had started to work in her head, "I-I thought it was because of D-Daniel." She mutters, "this whole time, they – they were actually asking about me...."
Faye felt like a bitch. She felt guilty.
"Faye, you have every right to feel all things you're feeling right now," Ali says. "I just thought you should know, you didn't know their intentions or anything. They had abandoned you, you're allowed to feel betrayed, do not berate yourself." She knew the girl well and when she was silent it was never a good sign.
"Wait, Ali." The blonde turns to Barbra, "what were they keeping her safe from?"
Susan was hugging Faye, she was doing her best to comfort the poor girl. "Yeah, could they have been protecting from someone?"
Faye got a chill that ran down her spine, had someone told them something or had they threatened them and used her as the victim.
"He didn't say, he said that, they were keeping her safe from danger that even they can't defeat." Faye felt sick.
"Their Sensei." Three heads turn to her, "their teacher is brutal, I remember sitting in two of his classes, he called them weak for being soft for a girl. They literally fear him, so it has to be him."
"Holy shit." Barbra swore, "I feel like I'm in a movie."
Faye smiles slightly, "I need to think about this one, this is a lot to take in."
The three nod their heads, they understood. Susan changed the topic about how her favourite season is coming up. The girls had began to talk about Halloween even though it wasn't time yet, but Faye, she tried to include herself, she really tried, but her thoughts were a mess right now.
She took a sip from her strawberry milkshake and tried to include herself in the conversation, she had to make things right, and perhaps she could that. At first she felt sick, she'd actually thought they'd abandoned her, what kind of friend was she, but she acted on her actions as she was not given any explanation about it whatsoever. She bites her lip, they are literally willing to take a bullet for her, and everything Ali had told her seemed to piece together, they broke up right after she separated from Ali.
She slurped down the rest of her shake and nodded to whatever Barbra was saying even though she wasn't listening. She just kept replaying the conversations they'd just had, her boys the ones that she knew never really left....but what they did still hurt her, broke her heart. She knew she had to do something because it couldn't keep going on like this.
