Eliana had always hated Mystic Falls. A millennium wasn't enough to make her forget her past. What she once had and lost. Of course, everything had changed but, somehow, it felt the same for her. As walked to the Mikaelson Mansion, Klaus had surely gone all out. She rolled her eyes but hurried to knock on the door. She choose to ring to bell, she forgot most people rang the bell instead on knocking. She smiled, Eddie had told her people no longer knocked unless they weren't hurrying to open, if they had no bell or if the other person was in a hurry for them to open.
The bell rang, and in seconds someone opened. "Hello. My I help you?" someone answered. At least whoever had opened was polite. "Hi. I'm looking for Klaus Mikaelson. I am his-" she didn't get to finish as Kol came from behind the man at the door. "Sister!" he said happily and excitedly. The man was in shock. Of course everyone knew about Klaus and his family. They knew about Rebekah but if you had just met Klaus then Eliana had not been mentioned just yet.
Eliana let herself in, thanking the man at the door who simply nodded. "Sister. Sister. What I have done to be blessed with your presence?" Kol asks and she rolls her eyes. "You remember when we were kids, and I used to have this nightmares? Visions? Dreams? I'm not sure what to make of them but you remember?" Eliana asked and Kol nodded. He sat up wanting to know more.
When she was little and even as she got older Eliana had this dreams. Her mother nor her mother's witch friends knew what to make of it. It was hard to put a name to whatever was going on with her. Eliana wasn't certain that they weren't dreams. A dreams is not real is just something that you see while you sleep. Visions were more like it she supposed. At first though, she thought they were nightmares and dreams. In some, she dreamt for her children. But not as adult but as babies. As they grew, before they reach their teens she dreamt of them, this time she saw what they would actually look like in the later years.
"I remember when I was little I had this... dream or nightmare perhaps?" she questioned. "It was Freya" Kol was about to object but she put her arms out, telling him to wait. "And I know I've never met Freya but I asked Finn and Papa to tell me about her and describe her to me. The way they described her to me was the same way the girl in my dreams looked. It looked just like her. And a few months later, father showed me a picture of her. It was the same girl Freya" there was a minute of silence. "What did you see?" Kol asked. "A woman. She sort of looked like she was related to mother. Maybe a sister? Or a cousin? I'm not sure. But, I saw mother take Freya into the woods. Freya cried as mother led her towards the woman" Eliana closed her eyes. Trying to recall a dream that had plagued her for a millennium.
"Finn was only a child back then. It was year younger, he remembers her but he says she died due to the plague but, I saw mother hand Freya over to the woman. I saw Freya struggle and fight against the woman. At first, it was silent. It was like my dream was just quiet. Nothing else was heard, not the surroundings or birds or nothing. It was just quiet. Then, over the centuries I heard the screams. At first they were low that I could barely hear them. But, as time went on it got louder and louder. Until I could hear her beg mother not to let her go. To help her. To please help her" Eliana felt the tears forming in her eyes.
"Then, as we got older I dreamt of the day we became children of the night. It was like a record player. It was the same dream for months. Before it happened, I dreamt of it for nearly a year until the day I died" once again the room was quiet. "You remember when I told Finn and you to run away with me?" Kol nodded. Kol Mikaelson was a little of things and stubborn was one of them. But, one thing he could never do was say no to his sister. But, while Eliana was the youngest and him older than him and Rebekah, he always listened to her. It didn't matter on what, he always listened to his baby sister.
"I dreamt that you and Finn were gonna get dagger. And what do you know, a few weeks later, Klaus daggered Rebekah and Elijah for no apparent reason. My dreams are like warnings. Visions of the future, Kol. And that's why I'm worried about it" she finally said. "For the past couple of months I've dreamt of the same woman that took Freya. She comes for my children. She tells me that a deal is a deal..." she wiped away her tears. "I'm scared, Kol. Those boys are my life. My everything . If something were to happen to them, I don't know what I would do. If they—" the girl couldn't even finish her sentence. Kol brought her in for a hug.
"We will figure this out, sister. Just like we always have. Finn can help us, and we can do the rest of the research. Maybe we'll find something in mothers old grimoires" she nodded. "Come" he said as he held her hand and led her out. She whined and was ready to complain. "We'll meet up Finn and ask if he knows something or if he knows we can find information" she nodded. A while later they arrived to the girl.
Stefan Salvatore sat with his friends and family. Finn sat by himself at the bar. Stefan's group kept and eye on him that they didn't see the door open. They only saw Kol and another person sit beside him. They thought it was Rebekah but when she saw the way she hugged him and gave him comfort they saw it wasn't her. For sometime they watched the three. They had never heard nor seen Finn say more than a few words but in that moment it seemed liked a interviewer. And the woman, no one recognized her but Stefan and Damon. The two thought she was here to help but she was here to save her children. She told Finn what was happening and he swore he would help her.
Kol ordered three shots. "This is are for you sister!" he said with a smirk. "To Eliana the Dreamer! Cheers!" Finn and Eliana repeated the same words. "Cheers!" they said before they took their shot. The three siblings gave each other a reassuring nod and look. Eliana was here to save her children and she would do anything in her power to do so, including betraying her own family and friends if needed to be.
