Note: Just a short one this time. I will no longer be able to update regularly since Jan-May will be quite hectic months for me. So I want to apologise in advance.
"This is torture!" Lisa shouted into her pillows as she lay spread-eagle on her bed.
After Jennie was aware how she abandoned her bodyguards a few weeks ago, she was under strict instructions not to be left alone or go anywhere without her members. She had already gotten an earful from Jennie and Teddy oppa so she didn't think she had any much choice now in this matter.
That means that whenever she was free from her job assignment, she'll be there accompanying her members in their own job assignment instead. Either just to bring them a blanket, coffee or remind them of their schedule, she needs to do all the roles of assistant manager for each of her members. This is her punishment for being so careless previously.
Currently Jisoo unnie is in the shower. They have just finished shooting for the Dior campaign. She used the term 'they' because she was there waking up in the early hours in the morning making sure Jisso unnie had her coffee. She was there fanning the older girl in the shooting site when she complained about the heat. She was also there helping Jisoo's manager search for her phone when she claimed she lost it earlier. Urgh...it's so tiring. She now understands how hard their manager worked and it made her appreciate them more.
But now, since Jisoo unnie schedule is already finished for the day, she can finally do her own thing. She sat up suddenly when an idea popped up in her head. Hehehe. I'm sure Jisoo unnie will agree to this. She went out of her room and banged on the bathroom's door.
"Unnie! I'm hungry! Do you want me to buy dinner for you?"
She waited for a reply. Sure enough, a few seconds later she heard the response.
"Get me fried chickens, Lisayah!"
Lisa smiled wide and pumped up her fist in joy. "Okay! I'll go get your chicken! See you in a few unnie!"
"What??! Wait...Yah! Lisa! You need to wait for me!"
She heard Jisoo's voice shout from behind the door but she ignored it. Instead she quickly grabbed her phone, wallet, mask and hat. She put on her trainer and was walking towards the lift busy texting her manager, when it suddenly opened. She watched in surprise, as she came face to face with Jennie and Rose's curious face. She saw both of them holding plastic bags bearing Jisoo's favourite restaurant. She smiled, waved her hands and took a step sideways, letting them pass through.
"Hey guys..." She greeted them as she walked into the lift.
She pushed on the close button hard with her fingers wishing desperately for the door to close faster. But before it could fully close, a slim hand suddenly reached out between the doors. She looked up into the owner of the hands and met with glaring cat eyes.
"Where do you think you are going?" Jennie asked at the same time.
"Erm getting dinner. Jisoo unnie is hungry." Lisa just smiled sheepishly at them.
Jennie raised her eyebrows. "You are telling me that Jisooni tells you to buy her dinner? Alone?"
Lisa looked down. She shuffled her foot nervously.
Suddenly their front door opened and there was Jisoo wearing her top pyjamas inside out with her still wet hair.
"Yah, you idiot! Who told you that you can get out by yourself?" The oldest girl shouted.
Jennie sighed loudly and just pointed back to their dorm. "GET IN."
"Urghghhghghg....." Lisa stomped back into the dorm.
But before she walked past the door, Rose stopped her offering the plastic bags. She even took the one Jennie's holding and passed it to Lisa. "You might as well take the rest of this to the kitchen too."
They watched the younger girl walk into the dorm muttering about being a prisoner.
"What are we gonna do with her? This is like the 3rd time she tried this." Rosie shook her head.
"Jenduke....maybe we have punished her enough?" Jisoo piped up.
"I'll talk with her."
They walked in together into the kitchen watching Lisa silently arranging the dinner on the kitchen table. She was pouting though.
"Urgh stop with that pouting Lisayah...You think you can get away from anything when you do that? Think again.." Rose started.
'Really?! But...you guys are going to be mad at me again." The youngest now turned to face them with trembling on her lips. Her eyes filled with tears.
Jennie rolled her eyes. "Stop that. We are not mad at you."
"We are not?" Jisoo and Rosie asked simultaneously.
"Let's just have dinner. Then we'll talk."
They started to find their seats at the table but Lisa was just standing at the side uncomfortable. Waiting.
"Come here, Lisa. You can sit beside me." Jennie patted the chair beside her.
Lisa followed the older girl's suggestion. The other two were already busy feeding themselves; they hardly noticed Lisa standing awkwardly at the side. Meanwhile for her, she just mostly played with the foods on her plate. She already lost her appetite. She knew Jennie was just holding on to scold her later on. That's how they were before and she didn't expect anything different this time around.
She already tried to explain her situation. She already said sorry and she already did her punishments without complaint but it has been weeks! She felt suffocated! She wants to hangout with Minnie or Mina! She wants to go out with Bam Bam. She wants to do lots of things! But she can't do all that unless Jennie gives the green light! She sighed.
"Tomorrow you'll be coming with me to the YG office." Jennie suddenly said.
Lisa looked up at the older girl beside her. "Waeyo?"
"Just need your help to teach me some dancing moves. Lee Jung said you are better at it. So you are the best teacher to give me lessons."
Lisa's face lit up. "Really? Why didn't she call me about it?"
Jennie just shrugged her shoulders. "I guess she expects me to tell you about it. So can you help me?"
Lisa nodded her head excitedly.
"Then you better eat up cause you know I will expect my teacher to be at their best when they teach me." Jennie added nonchalantly.
"Okie dokie!" Lisa agreed before she started to scoop some of the fried rice onto her plates.
Jisoo and Rosie watched in amusement as Lisa hungrily ate whatever Jennie put onto her plates too. It seemed Lisa's appetite was coming back. As she had her fill, Lisa smiled, leaned back on her chair and burped loudly. Jennie just scrunched her nose while Jisoo and Rosie just laughed out loud.
"Erm..okay do we still have to have the talk?" Lisa asked nervously.
Jennie shook her head. "You want to call Lee Jung now, don't you?"
"Uh huh. I want her to send the choreo so I can learn it."
"You go ahead. We can discuss later." Jennie replied.
"Thanks! Love ya." Lisa leaned close leaving Jennie a kiss on her right cheek.
As Lisa skipped into her room to call their choreographer, Jisoo and Rosie turned facing Jennie and just smirked.
"You really whipped Jenduke. That is surprising."
"I don't know what you are talking about." Jennie started to gather Lisa's plate onto hers so she could wash it together.
"Unnie...didn't you tell us that you finished filming the choreo last week?"
"It's not wrong to have more practice. I will suggest for you guys to do it too.." Jennie raised her eyebrows challengingly.
"How did you get Lee Jung to agree?" Jisoo asked.
"I just told her that I'm sure Lisa will like the choreo and may want to learn it with me. How Lisa will be impressed with some of the new moves she made. But it was Lee Jung who suggested for Lisa to have a look and asked for her suggestion for improvement if there was any.."
"So you basically just planted some idea on her head and waited for her to take it, then pretend that it is all her own idea?" Jisoo asks to confirm.
Jennie nodded.
"Wow....daebak...unnie.."
"I wonder if you ever did that with us..." Jisoo wondered.
"......"
"........."
"..............really? Unnie, when?"
"ALL...the.... time...." Jennie replied seriously.
"What??!!"
