Afrer a much deserved nap and a lunch Carlos made we found ourselves resting on the sofa.
-Stay in date or go out date?- he asked.
Leave the comfort of this sofa with him to go out into the cold of December? No, thanks.
-Definitely stay in.
-You don't want to be seen with me or what?- he teases.
I roll my eyes. Have he really seen himself?
-I don't want to have to talk to anyone but you, I want you all to myself.
-Perfect then-He left a sweet kiss on my lips, smiling as he parted. I think I will never get tired of kissing his lips-How long are you staying?
-Well I didnt came with anything so I guess not much-I say something sad, I didn't want to think about going back when I had just arrived- I should go back tomorrow I think, I still have work this week.
I have a meeting with a brand this weekend which I can't delay so it's impossible for me to stay longer. As much as I wanted.
-I won't return home until after new years, I will spend new years eve in Monaco.
I frown at this, I don't like the idea of not having seen him for weeks only to not be able to see him again but I understand him, work comes first.
-Well... I guess we could see each other once you get back, it's only a couple of weeks.
-Why don't you come to Monaco with me?- he proposes.
-I wouldn't want you to have to change your plans for me.
-Do you have plans for New years eve?
Does eating pizza and drinking wine by myself count as plans?
-No, Miri will celebrate it with some friends. I was just going to spend it home.- I explain.
-Then you have plans now, you're going to Monaco with me, you'll see, you're gonna love it.
We spent the afternoon sprawled on the sofa without any concern from the outside world. We decided to watch a movie, he told me to put my favorite.
I ended up ignoring him and putting the first movie I saw on Netflix. My favorite movie is Intelestellar and I know perfectly well that I couldn't stop explaining every little detail to him. And the only thing I wanted to pay attention to was him.

I remember what I was doing yesterday and I remember the crazy night I had yesterday. The airport worker had to think I was crazy when I told her that I needed the first flight to Italy.
-You can't even imagine the look on your sister's face when she saw me at your door- he laughs and shakes his head.
-Why didnt you just call?- Good question.
-I was a girl with a mission, I didnt even stop to think.
-You're crazy.- He said grabbing me by the waist and pulling me closer to him.
-Crazy for you-I say over his lips. But as soon as I realize what I just said I burst out laughing-Okay I cant even stand how cringy that came out.
He shoke his head and kissed me on the nose.
-Sleep well Valentina- he said to my ear.
I rest my head on his chest wrapping my arms around his waist.
-Sweet dreams Carlitos.
I think this is going to be the best night's sleep I've had in weeks.
Carlos POV
I got up first, used to getting up early to train. I quietly got out of bed so she wouldn't wake up. She was wearing my sweatshirt and shorts that I used to train.
Her blonde hair was all messed up and strewn across the pillow. Her face with a little frown like she is concentrating on a dream.
I could stare at her all day. But that would be a little creppy so I made my way to the kitchen, looking through the fridge to see what I could make for breakfast.
There wasn't much to work with so I settled for preparing a couple of coffees and some avocado toast.
I left everything prepared on the table. I thought about bringing her breakfast in bed but I wasn't a big fan of it all. Why would I want to spend the whole breakfast trying for the coffee not to spill on me or fill my bed with crumbs?
I went to the room again to wake her up. She was still in the same position in which I had left her.
I walked over to her side of the bed and brushed a strand of hair from her face. When that didn't work I left a kiss on her exposed neck, went up a little more and left another one behind her ear, on her jaw...
-You have left a spot- She said half asleep pointing to her lips.
A half smile appeared on my lips and I obeyed, leaving a short kiss on her lips.
-I have made breakfast- I say. She opened her eyes surprised.
-You did? Why?- she said with a frown.
What is she talking about? It's just breakfast
-Just wanted to make something nice for you.
-It never happened to me. It was always me who did these things.
How can someone be with this woman and not want to give her absolutely everything she deserves?
-Well get used to because this is just the bare minimum.
She looks lost on thoughts, trying to puzzle something in her head.
-What are you thinking about?- I ask her, trying to know what is going through her head.
-About what I did to deserve to cross paths with you.
-I have been wondering that since the day I met you.
