The following morning, I awoke to the sound of Luffy screaming in my temporary room. I got out of bed and sought the area for the source of his screams. However, I couldn't find anything that would cause him to scream. Then I noticed his face was a dark shade of red.
"I was asleep on you! Please excuse my behavior," he said as he got down on his knees in order to beg for my forgiveness.
I extended my hand to assist him in standing and proceeded on to say. "I see no reason for you to get down on your knees. Thou didst nothing wrong."
"Aye, I didst. I have sinned against royalty. I beg for thy forgiveness and mercy. It was a moment of weakness, and I vow to never repeat this action again," Luffy declared.
"I sayeth what is royalty? Isn't royalty nothing but a label?" I continued on to respond with, "And so I sayeth unto thee, let no man discriminate against or harmeth thee"
It took a few seconds for him to look up at me, his face still slightly red. I drew him against my chest, feeling his heartbeat against mine. And for once, he didn't try to fight against my affection.
He melted into my embrace, his body relaxing into mine as if he had finally found solace. "Why dost thou treat me so well? I'm nothing but a servant?" Luffy asked.
I held him tight and told him, "My dearest Luffy-Ya, thou mayst be a servant, but thou art a human being, and thou art deserving of respect and kindness," I replied.
Luffy held onto me tighter and said, "I thank thee for no one among your status hast ever shown me such kindness liketh thee has"
I smiled and replied, "Besides, I have to treat my future wife with care."
Luffy's eyes widened, and he exclaimed, "Future wife!? Where art thou, ears? I cannot marry someone liketh thee." With his mind made up, he left the room.
I stood there hurt, not knowing what he meant by "someone liketh thee" , but I had an idea about what he meant. I was royalty. But then again, no one could legitimately deny wanting to be married into royalty. However, if that were the case, I was treating him like I had none other. So it made no sense, and I figured that I would have to dig deeper to find out what me being royalty had to do with him not wanting to marry me.
Two hours later, I was summoned to the throne room by King Neptune. As I walked to the throne room, I saw Shirahoshi also make her way to the throne room. I wondered why Shirahoshi was also summoned to the throne room and what the reason for our summons could be. As I entered the throne room, I felt a sense of unease wash over me.
We both bowed in his presence, and I kissed both the king and queen's hands and stated "If I may ask, why is it that thou hast summoned both me and thy daughter?"
"I have summoned thee and my daughter to discuss an important matter that concerns both of you," Neptune said in a rough voice. "Art thee two secretly seeing each other?"
"Your daughter has beauty as rare as the sunset over the Bolivian salt flats," I replied while keeping my head down. "Regardless, I have not a bit of interest in her, for I have foundth my love "
I was uneasy because Neptune was staring at me with such an unconcerning expression that I almost felt uncomfortable. I tried to avoid his gaze and focused on my love, who was standing right beside Shirahoshi. It didn't matter to me what Neptune thought or felt about it.
Luffy looked in my direction, and we made eye contact. He immediately looked away with a light blush on his cheeks. I could tell he was still embarrassed by what had transpired earlier.
When we were excused out of the throne room, he rushed out in an attempt to avoid me. When I left the room, I searched everywhere for him. It wasn't until I reached the balcony that I spotted him. But he wasn't alone.
He was with the red-haired man from the day I visited Luffy's village. He must have said something funny, because Luffy was giggling at something he said.
Luffy held his hands and smiled at the words he spoke. The red-headed man looked at him with such affection and curiosity.
Without knowing it, my whole demeanor changed. I clenched my fist. I felt a rush of anger building up inside me as I tried to control my emotions. It was as if a switch had been flipped, and I couldn't shake off the feeling of frustration. I looked down at the pesky man, and in that moment I knew...
I hated him.
Hate isn't a strong enough word to describe my feelings toward him. It was more like I abhorred him and everything about him. But it wasn't just because of the way he treated me in the village, but because of the way Luffy treated him.
I couldn't understand why Luffy was treating him like that, but when it came to me, he would try to keep his distance. It was confusing to see such a stark contrast in Luffy's behavior towards the man. However, I couldn't help but wonder if there was something deeper going on between them that I wasn't aware of.
If it turned out that Luffy and him had a relationship other than a simple friendship, I might have had no choice but to...get rid of him. But since I couldn't prove anything, he was okay to live. Besides, I wouldn't want Luffy to avoid me even more just because of him.
I saw them walk away, hand in hand, in the direction of the village. I felt a pang of jealousy as I watched them leave. I knew that I valued Luffy and whatever you call what we had too much to let someone else come between us. So I decided to follow them.
I followed behind them not close enough for them to see me but close enough for me to hear their conversation, which was just getting started.
"Can I ask you something?" Luffy asked as he leaned in closer to Eustass.
"Sure, as long as I can ask you a question in return." Eustass replied with a smirk on his face, ready for the exchange of questions between him and Luffy.
Luffy took a deep breath before asking him, "What do you think about King Trafalgar?"
"He's rude and a snob," Eustass responded.
Luffy's expression became solemn as he pondered Eustass' words, wondering if there was more to me than meets the eye. He made a mental note to keep his guard up around me. "What if I told you he helped me?" he asked. Trying to make me seem like a better person to Eustass
However, I already knew what he was going to say before he even started speaking. The man named Eustass would say, "It was probably because he was trying to play you." Since he's already made up his mind about his feelings for me.
Luffy didn't say anything else after that, and I wasn't sure if it was because he didn't want to argue with the man or if he simply didn't want to continue the conversation. But it wasn't long before the red-headed man started up the conversation again.
And may I say he's...persitant
He and Luffy both stopped walking. "So my question is, will you allow me to be your boyfriend?" Eustass asked my love. Luffy's hand remained still, and I couldn't tell if it was because he was taken aback or if he didn't feel the same way. Eustass waited patiently for a response, his eyes fixed on Luffy's face.
Jealousy washed over me like a wave. I wanted to be the one Luffy picked. I wanted to be the one he called to as his boyfriend. I desperately wanted to be the one he chose over Eustass. I knew I had no right to be upset, but I couldn't stop myself.
Luffy's eyes sparkled while he wrapped his arms around Eustass and exclaimed, "Of course I would love that!" Eustass rejoiced at Luffy's answer, feeling the warmth of his embrace and the joy of their shared embrace.
When I looked at the two far away, it felt like my heart had been stomped on. Anger was no longer an emotion in my system; instead, sadness took over. I turned around and returned back to the palace, seeing no reason to stay there. It would have just made my heart hurt even more.

After 3 hours of dating, me and Eustass Kid decided to celebrate by going on a short date in the woods. He treated me with love and passion, and things couldn't be more perfect. As I walked away, I felt like my world had been shattered. No matter how hard I tried, I could not bring back the joy I had felt only moments ago. With a heavy heart, I accepted the fact that our evening had come to an end.
Unfortunately for us as a couple, I had to return to the palace to continue serving all of the royalty there. We departed with a kiss, and I was on my way.
When I got in, I walked straight in the direction of Shirahoshi's room, passing by the room where Law was supposed to stay.
I debated whether or not he should check on him. Then I thought about the pleasant things he said about me and how he saved me from those men who tried to kidnap me.
Despite my initial hesitation, I ultimately decided to check on him due to the positive memories he had of our interaction and the gratitude I felt towards him for saving me from danger. I hoped that Law was doing well and that he could repay his kindness in some way.
So I stopped and stood in front of the door, knocked, and waited for Law to answer. As I waited, I slowly came to the realization that he probably wasn't in the room. I was disappointed, but I continued down the hall.
As I drew closer to Shirahoshi's room, I could hear the sound of three people talking. I hesitated for a moment, wondering if I should interrupt their conversation or come back later. However, my curiosity got the best of me, and I quietly approached the door to listen in.
"Law, it'll be okay; there art plenty of other people in this grand world," Lami's voice spoke.
Shirahoshi went on to say, "Yeah, besides, I'm sure he didn't mean to hurt you."
"Of course he didn't mean to, but still..." law continued and said, "It hurts like hell."
At the time, I didn't know what was going on or why Law was in such a depressing mood. Little did I know that I was the reason his mood was so heart-rendering.
"I'll be fine... I'll just marry one of those nobles with an overwhelming amount of Venetian Ceruse," I heard Law say.
That's when I realized I was most likely the source of his distress. I quickly covered my mouth and walked away. When he told me he wanted me to be his wife, I thought he was teasing me. I couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions as I walked away: confusion, shock, and a hint of flattery.
Then I thought to myself, and I found myself in a strange dilemma. But then I saw it as an opportunity to repay him for saving me.
I came up with the idea of helping him find a wife. At the time, I thought nothing could go wrong, but I couldn't have been more wrong...
