The planet known formerly as Sycano was a sad story.
A great planet, ahead of its time in technological developments.
But...a horrible magical disaster brought the planet to ruin.
The transformed wasteland which covered the planet was all that remained.
People flooded to pre-built safety bunkers, hoping to be safe from the destruction. But most were only met with more suffering in these places...
In its destroyed state...and planet had been renamed...to 'Fallout'
