Emilia's Pov

Leah turns her head at me after I said that. It just came into my head now. I don't know why. I just know how much I love her and I don't want to waist any time. I want to marry her. I just want to do it.

"What?" She looks at me with a confused smile.

"I want to marry you."

"I know. I want to marry you too and we are already engaged." She seems confused. I don't think she got how I meant that.

"I mean like, let's get married right now." I say.

"It's in the middle of the night." She laughs. She is right about that tho.

"Then let's get married tomorrow."

"Seriously?" She asks. I hope she is in. I really want to do it.

"I mean it. Let's go to the city hall tomorrow and get married. I don't need a big party with all those people who don't even care about me. I just need you. Let's just secretly get married. Just the two of us." I say. I never had that wish for a big wedding and I know that I don't need that. I want to be Leah's wife and I don't want all the people who didn't care about me for years around for that.

"We don't even have rings."

"We can get them tomorrow." I say.

"You are so drunk of sex." Leah chuckles. She still thinks I'm joking.

"No, I might be a bit influenced by your performance a few minutes ago but I still mean it. I love you and I don't need more time or a big party to be sure about that. I want to be your wife." I tell her. Leah lifts up her chest from the bed and turns on her stomach to look at me.

"You actually want to get married tomorrow?" She asks.

"Yes." I nod.

"Without a wedding ceremony and all that?" I fear that Leah wants all that. I would definitely do it if she wants it.

"I don't need that but if you want it we will do it. Do you want it?" I ask to be sure.

"I want you. I want to marry you. I don't care how and when. I've been waiting for this day to come for years." She says in a soft voice.

"So you would be okay if we would get secretly married tomorrow?" I ask with a big smile. I love to think about that.

"Of course I would be okay with that. I definitely want to secretly get married to you." She smiles and comes a bit closer to me.

"Okay then we will get married tomorrow." I say. Leah just presses her lips on mine and gently kisses me. I have to smile against her lips and she stops kissing me. I lay my hand at her cheek and slowly move my fingers through her hair.

"I love you." She whispers.

"I love you too." I can't believe that I will marry this woman tomorrow. Tomorrow night she will be my wife.

"I have an idea." Leah suddenly says.

"Go ahead, share your wisdom with me." I chuckle.

"Since we won't speak vows to each other in the city hall, what about writing each other a love letter?" She says. This idea is actually damn cute. I love how she thought about that. I could write an entire book about how much I love her. I also like that idea because I could keep her letter and read it over and over again.

"I love that idea. It's very romantic." I say. I gently move my thumb across Leah's cheek and a big smile appears on her lips. I stare into her eyes. I could do this forever.

"Imagine the face of your mum when we tell her that we married a day after she moved out." Leah says.

"She definitely knows what we just did. You made it pretty obvious that you want her out of here so you could have sex with me." I laugh. Leah was just too horny to hide it.

"Sorry but I was desperate. I can't go that long without sex." She says and lowers her head.

"Maybe I should put on some clothes so you don't get horny again straight away."

"No, I love to cuddle your naked body. I can also look at your body without thinking about sex." She says. I immediately believe her that.

"Please cuddle me." All I want now are her arms around me under the blanket. I love these cosy cuddles she gives me every time after we had sex. She may be a bit more rough during sex but I always know that she will be gentle again once we are finished. I like those shifts from her.

"Okay." She nods and gives me a quick kiss. Then she lays next to me and pulls the blanket over us.

"Turn around." She says. I immediately do so and turn my back at her. Leah positions herself behind me and wraps her arms around my waist. I immediately relax and press my back against her chest. I love to feel her soft skin against me. I lay my hand on top of hers. I feel how Leah puts her head at my neck. She gives me a few gentle kisses on my naked shoulder.

"Nothing will ever top that feeling." I mumble. I love when she kisses my shoulder like that. It's so delicate and sweet and I know with how much love she does it.

"Are you feeling safe?" Leah whispers at me.

"Completely safe." I say. Her arms around me are always enough to make me feel safe.

"Okay. Sleep tight, baby. I love you." She kisses my neck and snuggles her nose into my neck.

"Good night, sweetheart. I love you too." I close my eyes and smile while thinking about tomorrow. We will get married.

The next day is exciting. We made an appointment for the city hall in the afternoon. Before we need to get the rings and we will both write the love letter for each other. We decided to read them after we come back from the city hall. I can't wait to go there. I just can't wait to say 'I do' and look into Leah's eyes. She is the perfect person. She is the one for me and I'm so happy that I finally realised that. My heart has been racing ever since I woke up. This all happens so quickly but I don't feel like it's too soon. I have known Leah for seven years so this isn't a total new relationship.

"Can we go?" Leah is waiting a the door so we can go buy the rings.

"Yeah." I just got ready and we leave the house together. I immediately take her hand and don't let go from her again. I look over at her a few times. She looks so insanely beautiful. I'm so lucky. It feels like finally something good is happening in my life.

"I can't believe we are doing this." Leah says.

"Are you one hundred percent sure of it?" I ask. I don't want this to be too fast for her.

"Yes, I couldn't be more sure. I want to marry you." She smiles.

"And you didn't tell anyone?" I want to make sure that we are the only ones knowing this.

"No, it's just our secret." Her smile gets even bigger.

"It feels amazing to marry you in secret." I say.

"It does." Leah nods with a chuckle.

We arrive at the jeweller a bit later. We both agreed on rather simple rings. I like that we have the same taste because I want us to have the same ring. We start to look around for a bit and both choose a ring that we like the best. Then we show them to each other. I choose a simple golden ring with a few tiny diamonds. It's maybe a bit too sparkly but I still want Leah to see it. Maybe she found a more simple one. I come back to the door where Leah is waiting for me with her hand in a fist.

"Do you want to show me first?" I ask her since she looks so happy with her choice. She nods at me and then opens her hand. She shows me the ring and it is indeed better than mine. It's perfect. More simple and without these sparkling stones. I just know that it will look so classy when we will both wear that. I made my decision in the second that I saw this one. I don't even need to show her mine.

"Screw mine, this is perfect. That's the one." I say.

"I still want to see yours." Leah says. I knew she would say that but she can't tell me that mine is better than hers. I show her the one that I picked.

"It's pretty but I think this one is more like something that you always wear. I don't want to take my wedding ring off because it doesn't match my outfit or something like this." She explains. She is totally right.

"Yeah that is what I thought as well. Yours is perfect. We should take that one." I say pointing at the ring in her hand.

"Okay. Do you want something engraved on the inside?" She asks.

"I was thinking maybe our names and today's date." I say.

"Yeah that sounds good. I'd like that too." Leah agrees. So we have everything. We will get the rings engraved right now. We made sure that they will be able to do it right away because we need them now. This is so spontaneous but I love that. I never thought I would have a spontaneous wedding someday.

We walk out with the rings ready and just an hour left until we will get married. I can't stop smiling at Leah the entire time. This is the best day of my life. Nothing can top this feeling right now. For the first time ever, I feel like I don't get punished by life. Finally something good happened to me. We just spend the last hour in a cafe and get something to drink. I'm too excited to eat. I keep holding Leah's hand and play around with her fingers.

We finally make our way to the city hall. As we stand in front of it, I feel like my heart is jumping out of my chest. I squeeze Leah's hand.

"Are you ready to get married?" I ask.

"So ready." She smiles. I have to smile because of her smile. We go inside and after asking at the reception we need to wait in the waiting area for a moment. My leg is bouncing up and down because I'm so nervous. Leah recognises that and puts her hand at my knee to make me stop.

"You know what?" She starts.

"What?"

"I will cook for you tonight. As a wedding gift." She says. It's so cute of her to say that now to distract me. I also like that as a gift.

"I can't wait." I smile.

"Madden and Williamson." I suddenly hear our names being called up and look up. Leah takes my hand and we get up together. The officiant leads us into his office.

"Please take a seat." He says. We sit down at the desk. I feel Leah stroking the back of my hand gently.

"So you want to get married today, is that right?" He asks.

"Yes, exactly." Leah says.

"You are probably wondering how this will work now. It's not as romantic as some people think but that doesn't make it any less meaningful. I will have to ask you both if you want to marry the other person, you will sign the papers and that is basically it. Then you are legally married. Not a big deal." He explains. It really sounds simple. If I knew that I would have suggested this earlier.

"We brought our rings. Can we exchange them?" I ask.

"Of course. Most people do that. And before you ask, yes you can kiss each other. I had a lot of people asking me that." He laughs. I really was about to ask that. Since we are in an office it doesn't seem very appropriate but I want to kiss Leah when I just married her.

"Perfect." I hear Leah saying. I bet that kiss was all she was thinking about.

"Okay so these are the papers that you will sign." He shows is the papers on the table. We get a bit of time to read them but in the end I don't really care. I just want to marry Leah.

"I'll ask the question and then you can do the rings." He says and we both nod. I grab Leah's hand again. I can't wait to say yes now. I want this so much.

"I'll start with you, Miss Williamson. Do you want to marry the here present Emilia Madden? Please answer with I do." He looks at Leah. I look into her eyes. I can't wait to hear it. I need to hear it.

"I do." She says and bites her lip to hold her smile in. She brings out the ring from her pocket and puts it on my finger above my engagement ring. I can't believe that I experience this moment right now.

"Now Miss Madden, do you want to marry the here present Leah Williamson? Please answer with I do." He also asks me. He doesn't even need to ask me that. I look at Leah for one second and know my answer. I love this woman so much. I never want to let her go again.

"I do." I say in a clear voice. I never was so sure about any words before. I take the ring and put it on Leah's hand. I look down on it and almost have to cry. This is perfect. I won't ever forget this. It's the best moment of my life. I smile at Leah.

"So I know pronounce you wife and wife." The officiant says. It's done. I did something good for once. "You can kiss each other." In the moment he says that, I quickly move forward and press my lips against Leah's lips in a kiss. I love everything about this kiss. All the love that we feel for each other is floating through our kiss. I can't wait to get out of here so I can kiss her longer. For now I need to pull back because I really don't want to make out in front of the officiant now.

"Congratulations to you both." He says at us. I look at the rings on our hands. They look amazing.

"You just need to sign these now and then everything is done." He says. I immediately take the pen and sign the papers. Then I give the pain to Leah and she also signs it next to me.

"Now you are officially married." He announces. It feels so good to hear these words. I can't believe how fast that all happened. I literally have a wife now.

We leave the city hall while holding hands. I grab Leah's arm while walking and stay as close to her as I can. We go outside and then Leah stops us. I know what will happen now. She pulls me towards her and kisses me. I lay my hand at her cheek while kissing her back. I won't ever stop kissing her. Her kisses feel so damn good right now.

"My biggest dream just came true." She says with a smile and pecks my lips again.

"Wasn't winning the World Cup your biggest dream?" I chuckle.

"Screw the World Cup. You are my dream." She whispers and then goes back to kissing me.

"I love you." I mumble.

"I love you too." She says.

"I just need to change my name now." I point out.

"What?" Leah seems surprised. I don't know why. I thought it was obvious that I would take her name.

"I want to take your name because it reminds me of all the good things that happened to me. My name just makes me think about my dad and all the bad stuff in my life. I don't want that anymore." I say.

"I would love for you to take my name." She smiles. I knew she would love it.

"I can't believe that you are my wife."

"It sounds surreal." Leah nods. We just stare into each other's eyes for a moment. I see my future when I look at Leah. I see us growing old together and having a bunch of cute babies that look just like her. I never had those thoughts about anyone before.

"Should we go home?" Leah asks.

"Yeah, I want to read your letter." I give her a smirk.

"Let's go." She holds her hand out for me and I grab it. We walk home. It feels like entering a new life. A better life. I think this is the best stage of my life ever.

We make ourselves comfortable on the couch and exchange our letter. I still love that Leah suggested that. I can't wait to read this now. I bet she wrote so sweet words in there. It's like these are our secret vows. I open the envelope on which Leah wrote my name in a beautiful curvy font. I take out the paper and start to read.

A/n: They are married. I know this may seem a bit fast and unexpected but I thought that a secret and spontaneous wedding really suits Emilia's and Leah's story. Let me know what you think.

The next two chapters will be the letters that they wrote each other. Each letter will be a chapter.
