I strolled the streets of downtown in my black Honda. I was looking for the town junkie. She would most likely be looking for any free hits and I just so happened to have a big dose of sugar she would love. I saw her in her mini skirt and black shirt. I slowed and rolled my window down. I yelled out,
"Hey guess what, I got some Molly. And it's top-notch quality"
By then I had slowed to a stop and she hopped into my car. Then I drove off.

She didn't scream. She just cried. I had slipped my black gloves on and handed her the Molly. She was high already and that helped me immensely. She tied her tourniquet around her bicep and shot up what was in the needle that I had given her. In her understanding it was the street drug called Molly, but in all reality it was large dose of insulin.
Her body slowly started to go into compulsions. Her body tried to reject the large dose it just received.
Then all I had to do was drop her off where I got her.
