I trembled in nervousness as it was finally the day I was meeting Harry's mum Anne, the one person who Harry adored the most.
"Hey, love, are you ready?" Harry asked, stepping into the bedroom.
"Yeah." I smiled, letting out a deep breath as I tugged my boots onto my feet.
"Hey, hey, I know your nervous, but my mum already likes you from what I've told her about you." He reassured me.
"Exactly, but what if once she meets me, I disappoint?" I asked.
"You won't disappoint her, sweetheart, she's very kind." He replied, with a smile, intertwining his fingers with mine.
Anne being kind, was something you could believe. Harry was so well mannered and kind himself and it was obvious that he got it from somewhere. He'd been well brought up and you could tell that.
"Come on, let's go." He smiled, leading me out of the room.
"Just be yourself, Jade, you have nothing to worry about." He said, giving my hand a reassuring squeeze as my breathing only seemed to become more staggered.
I got into the passenger side of his car, reminding myself that the windows were blacked out, so the fans shouldn't see me.
The drive to his mums house was only thirty five minutes away, so I knew I'd be meeting her really soon and that scared me.
"Gemma will be there and she loves you already." Harry added as he climbed into the drivers seat.
His eyes shimmered and his lips curled upwards into a smile as he looked at me in admiration, distracting me from my original fear as I stared at him.
"Okay." I said quietly, exhaling a breath.
He began the drive as we listened to the radio, with Harry singing along to the various tracks that were played.
"Hey, it's our song." He exclaimed as their new single came on.
"This is another one I'll have to sing to you." He said, letting out a soft giggle.
"Will you now?" I teased.
"Yeah I will and it starts now." He smiled, tapping his fingers against the steering wheel.
"If you like causing trouble up in hotel rooms,
And if you like having secret little rendezvous,
If you like to do the things you know that we shouldn't do,
Baby I'm perfect,
Baby I'm perfect, for you."
He began, placing his hand on my knee.
"And if you like midnight driving with the windows down,
And if you like going places we can't even pronounce,
If you like to do whatever you've been dreaming about,
Jadey you're perfect,
Baby you're perfect, so let's start right now."
He chucked at his lyric change, giving my knee a gentle squeeze as the song soon ended.
Soon, Harry was pulling up into the driveway of his mums house as he parked the car before grabbing my hand.
"Please, don't be scared. Gemma already loves you and I'm sure mum will too because she already does based on what she knows of you," he said, leaning over to give my forehead a gentle kiss.
"Okay?" He asked, raising an eyebrow as you nodded.
"Your not on your own, I am here, you know." He smiled, with a small laugh.
"I know." I laughed, getting out of the car as he did the same, locking it behind him before coming around to take my hand in his.
I had never felt anything more beautiful than Harry's hand in mine, being able to feel the butterflies he always seemed to give me.
Harry knocked on the door and a few moments later, Gemma opened the door, a small smile on her face.
"Hi guys! It's nice to see you both." She grinned, giving me a hug first before turning to her brother.
I stood to the side before she waved her hand, gesturing for me to come in as Harry took my hand in his again, leading me inside.
"Hello, you must be Jade!" A woman's voice exclaimed happily.
Turning to the side, I immediately noticed Anne, her long hair flowing passed her shoulders as she beamed.
"H-hi, yes I'm Jade." I stuttered, nervously as she took me into a hug.
"It's so nice to finally meet you, Harry's been telling me all about you since the day he met you." She chuckled, letting go of me and holding my shoulders.
"Your so pretty, no wonder Harry's fallen head over heels in love with you." She smiled as my eyes widened.
"Oh, thank you." I blushed as she went to hug Harry.
"Come on, I'll take you through." Gemma smiled as I followed her into the dining room where a lovely dinner was set up.
"This looks lovely." I commented and she nodded.
"It does, but hey, it's nice to meet you again, it really is." She replied, wholeheartedly as she took a seat at the table while I did the same.
"Thank you, it's nice to see you too." I grinned.
"Can I tell you something?" She asked and I nodded in agreement.
"Honestly, I thought this would wreck him, having to have a fake relationship, but when he called me one night telling me how real it felt and how much he loved you, I had hope for it working out. Then he called me to tell me about the PR stunt and how you were sticking together and I admire you so much for that, Jade. Not everyone would've stayed." She praised, with a soft smile.
"He can be such a pain too sometimes, he does this thing where -"
"Gemma, that's enough." Harry interrupted, taking a seat next to you and giving her an intense stare.
"Well, she needs to know. I mean, have you heard how he snores?" She asked as you laughed, lightly, with a small nod.
"Um, excuse me, do you two mind? I haven't come to be insulted." Harry argued, an amused smile on his lips.
"Do you mind? This is a private conversation." Gemma retorted as you admired the two siblings.
"It doesn't sound very private." He countered as she scoffed.
"How would you know? Your such a donut." She chuckled as Anne entered the room.
"Are you two arguing already? We haven't even had dinner yet." She laughed, fondly, as I found myself feeling much more comfortable.
Throughout dinner, Gemma and Harry continued to make small remarks towards each other, each one more playful than the last before Harry's photo album was introduced.
"Look, Jade, this is him when he had blonde hair." Gemma chuckled as I flicked through the photo album, with his sister pointing out where each one was from.
"This one was from when he wore my tights to take part in a school play, he was a mouse." She explained as I took in how adorable he looked.
"Have you guys finished?" Harry asked.
"I don't think they have." Anne chuckled, admiringly.
Harry leaned over, looking at pictures of him from when he was younger.
"I look so cute, how can you deny that?" He smirked as Gemma raised an eyebrow.
"You think I look cute, don't you?" He whispered and I nodded, giggling as he beamed, proudly.
In each picture, Harry got older, there were pictures from when he left for the X factor, some from a few years ago and a couple that looked quite recent that were taken earlier on in the year.
I felt honoured to be able to look through Harry's photos and smile and to be able to be involved in his life in such a special way. It felt incredible and I'd never been let in and trusted by someone so much before as each photo showed me how thankful I was for being able to be with him.
"You ready to go, love?" Harry asked after a while and I looked up after closing the photo album.
"Are you sure you don't want to stay a little longer?" I asked.
"I love it here, but it's getting dark now, so I'd like to get going now, but we can stay a little longer if you want to."
"No, it's alright, let's go."
"Have you enjoyed it though?" He asked and you nodded.
"Yeah, it's been lovely." You replied, genuinely.
"Okay, that's good, I told you they would love you, your perfect." He smiled.
"Stop it." I blushed as he laughed softly.
"You are." He said, tugging me closer to him and kissing my forehead softly.
After saying goodbye to his mum and sister, we made our way back towards the car as he unlocked it before we climbed in.

"You don't seem nervous anymore, was it a good idea of mine for you to meet them?" Harry asked, sitting on the bed as he tugged his boot off of his foot.
"It was, but what do you think your doing taking your boot off?" I asked, knowing he was supposed to sleep with it on.
"It's not exactly attractive." He grumbled.
"It doesn't need to be attractive, your going to sleep." I laughed, shaking my head at his theories.
"Do you still find me attractive?"
"Of course I do."
"You promise?"
"I promise."
"Okay, I'll wear it." He agreed, pulling it back on before shuffling himself under the covers.
"Your so silly sometimes." I commented, with a small sigh.
"I know, but you love me."
"That, I do." I agreed.
"I'm glad you had fun today, you deserve some happiness after everything." He sighed, cuddling against your shoulder.
"So did you." I replied as he looked up at me fondly, before leaning up to capture my lips with his.
"I love you." He said, making my heart pound.
"I love you too." I said, relaxing against his chest.
"Maybe one day I can show you just how much I love you." He mumbled and I looked at him, my eyes widened as his eyes stayed closed.
I wasn't sure exactly what his remark meant, but if it meant what I think it did, I realised just how serious our relationship was getting, having it being nearly six months.
He looked up at me, taking my hand in his as he had felt me tense up.
"I didn't mean to make you feel pressured, I can wait as long as you want, I was just saying." He added and I nodded, understanding.
"Okay." I whispered.
"It's been six months already and I've been thinking a lot about us. I know we haven't been together for that long, really, but we have been through a lot and I love you a lot." He explained, wholeheartedly.
"I love you a lot too." I replied. "But I'm not quite ready yet."
"That's fine, love, whatever you want. I'll be here for you whatever." He smiled, giving my shoulder a gentle kiss and wrapping his arms around my waist.

Hi everyone <3
So I realise that the ending was a little more in depth than what I usually write and at some point I might but in the making love part, but it will most likely be in the sequel book and it will be mild, but I'll give a warning at the start when I do write it <3
Lots of love,
Lauren xx
