Secretly I wish that they see...the real me. Secretly I wish to cry out...and be heard. Secretly I wish to be truly at peace. Secretly I wish to be numb and cold...without emotion. Secretly I beg for some relief...from my act that I use as my shield. Truthfully I don't know how...to live without pain and loneliness. Truthfully I don't know how...to be at peace. Truthfully I don't think I ever will. Truth...I hope...I will.
