The Sandbox Locket part 8:
(Luna's POV)
I attack Liam with kisses when we have escaped the paparazzi and gotten into his car.
"Alright tiger, we're going to Ireland! Ooh can we say hi to Niall? I've never told you but I'm a huge fan--"
"We will do all of that and MUCH more.." Liam says with a wink, and my stomach flip-flops involuntarily.
We finally get to the airport, where I realize that neither of us has packed extra clothes. Liam assures me that we will buy clothes in Ireland.
Finally, our boarding number is called. But just as Liam and I get into line, I see a flash of bright red hair. I gasp. "Liam! That's the girl who was with Noah!"
Liam tackles her as I call the cops. Meanwhile, everyone is taking pictures because a 1D member is on
top of a random girl in the airport.
Finally, the cops get there, and the girl starts to cry. "I didn't mean to kill heem.." she blubbers in a strong French accent. "Save it for court," the cop mutters.
Liam puts his arm around me and gives me a long smooch, and I start giggling because I hear several girls (and boys) yell "no! He's mineeee!"
(Approximately 5 hours later)
Finally, Liam and I are in our fancy Irish hotel. He begins to take his shirt off to take a shower, and I run my fingers along his abs, purring "Oh Liam? Don't you think it would be better to actually get DIRTY first?"
I see Liam grow hard and I drag him towards the bed.
Later, after Liam and I clean up, we meet Niall at the restaurant of his choice, Nando's. It is surprisingly very good, despite being a chain restaurant.
After chatting for a few hours, Liam and I go back to the hotel, and I can tell that he is very excited for some reason.
(Liam's POV)
She has absolutely no idea! I'm going to surprise her so badly!
When we get into the room, I am literally shaking with excitement. As she peels off her coat, I reach into the desk drawer and pull out the box.
"Lu? Can you come here for a second?"
(Luna's POV)
As Liam sinks down onto one knee and pops open the box, I feel tears well up in my eyes. "Liam, babe, you know I love you, but I can't--"
His face turns stony. "If that's how it's going to be, then fine. I'm always the cat, aren't I? You know, after all I've done for you, I thought you might love me enough, but--" he is crying now, tears streaming down his cheeks, and he slams the door. His footsteps fade away, slowly.
