Marcel and I layed on the bed watching 'Don't be Afraid Of The Dark' I had only seen half of it and Marcel said he had never even heard of it. The movie overall wasn't horrible but not five star.
"Why would the little girl go in the basement?" Marcel asked. "She's basically asking to get killed,"
I slapped Marcel on the arm. "What do you have against little kids today?" I asked laughing.
"Everything" he said sarcastically and getting involved in the movie again.

The movie finally came to an end and Marcel completely had a rant about it.
"They just fed the mans girlfriend to god knows what, even though the girlfriend was the only one who believed the girl about the demon things in the basement" he rambled on.
It was actually very funny. "Marc it's just a movie," I said getting up to turn off the tv,
"It had a stupid ending," he said getting up as well.
I glanced at the clock, it was 10:35. I felt my stomach tie a knot. It wouldn't just be one, by the time Marcel left it would be one giant knot that would eventually cause me to be a nervous wreck.
"Wanna see something?" He asked dragging my attention away from the clock. I nodded. "Cmon," he said. He walked towards the window and opened it climbing onto the fire escape.
He waited until I was behind him. It was dark and windy and cold, but I followed him up. "I came to this hotel when I had to come to fight in the past, and I always came up here before I left to fight,"
He took my hand on the last stair, carefully guiding me over the ledge of the building until I was safely on the roof. Then he walked me over near the otherside right up to the ledge.
"If we fall, and die, I will take you to hell personally," I said clinging to his side. He laughed again booming this time everywhere. "I won't let you fall, but look,"
I looked off the edge and way out beyond me. There were buildings and signs everywhere. Together it all kind of looked really beautiful. Maybe even like the view from the Eiffel Tower, except we were in top of an old hotel in Boston but it was still really beautiful looking. "It reminds me of the sky," he suddenly said. I looked at him. His green eyes focused on the stars in the sky.
I looked up following his gaze. "Did you ever think maybe we look like stars to the sky," I said. It sounded smarter and better in my head, out loud it sounded like I was on drugs.
"What do you mean?" Marcel asked.
"Well everyone in the city looks up at the stars right?" I asked. He nodded. "So that means the stars must look at us, so maybe to the stars, we look like a sky of lights ya know?" It made more sense when I explained it.
"The stars don't have eyes," he said just to annoy me. I exaggerated a sigh. "I was just-" I started. "No I get it, I was kidding, I never thought of it that way,"
"Your my star," he said looking at me. His raspy slow voice made my heart melt. I blushed looking down at my white converse. He lifted my head. And placed a kiss on my lips.
I wasn't sure if it was because of the fight or the stars or my silly perspective on the stars, but that moment had to be the best one I had with Marcel. Standing on the roof with the stars and the city, even though we could fall off this ledge any moment I wouldn't care as long as I was with him. It sounded really cheesy but it was true.
Even if I had to drag him to hell for making us fall.

We watched the sky a little bit after that and I pointed out a few stars to him I knew and then showed him the Big Dipper and the smaller one. He took it all in like a kindergartner learning the alphabet.
Then Marcel turned after when I was telling him about the planets. Zayn stood off near the fire escape with his hand held up lighting a cigarette. "Ready to go yeah?" Zayn asking while smoke flooded out with his words.
"Yeah I'll meet you down at the car alright?" Marcel said. That's when I felt my stomach turn into the full on knot, and my throat got dry and my nose had that funny feeling when your about to cry.
Zayn nodded walking back down the fire escape.
Marcel looked at me, a small smile playing his features. His eyes looked sadder but brave and his hair blew around a bit with the wind.
"Can't you just not go?" I asked. I knew the answer.
"I have to, he won't hurt you or me or anyone anymore. It's just money. I'll be back in no time," he said.
He started to walk towards the fire escape. I grabbed his black blazer he wore over a black shirt that outlined his muscular frame, and his black skinny jeans with white converse. His were more worn in then mine. They looked better on him.
"C-can you at least tell me what time, what time I should expect you back, so I'm not worried," I was rushing because I knew he had to go.
He stared at me for a minute. "About 1245? And I will have my phone love," he almost started walking again.
"Wait," I said. He turned rolling his eyes. "Tell me were your going, just in case, please," I begged.
He stood thinking to tel me or not, finally he spoke. "The alley behind an old abandoned Irish bar. A block away from that run down cafe,"
I nodded. I would memorize it. "Bye," I said. He started walking away.
He stopped and turned. He opened his arms, I quickly ran into them. "Stop worrying love," he kissed me again. "I love you," he said. "I love you to Marcel,"
I followed him threw the hotel room. I watched him shut the door, "Be safe, I love you," he said shutting the door. I locked it behind him. Then I went back and shut the window and locked that. I turned on the lights and t.v. I tried so hard to not think about him. But I couldn't.
Not until I saw him walk threw the door at 12:45.
