ISA POINT OF VIEW
"What? You're lying..." The room was suddenly getting smaller and harder to breathe. He would have told me...right?
Stop it, they want you to turn against him, but it won't happen.
"Do you want me to tell you what happened or are you just going to stand there looking stupid?" The other guards laughed and commented what Zane said, but I was trying to gather as much air as possible to breathe. "Don't botheer I won't believve anything... you tell me!"
With each passing second the room air was getting thinner. What did Ethan do? Did he lie to me or just danced around the truth? Isn't dancing around the truth the same as lying? Is what their saying true?
Why am I questioning? Ethan would have told me...maybe something happened and he was too embarrassed? About what though?
My head was pounding! The room was getting darker and darker, but I'm positive it was their doing. "Just knock her out we don't have much time. We were supposed to be there five minutes ago." I don't know who said it, but whoever it was, fear was behind the voice the whole way through. Why would they be scared?

I woke up when Zane strapped me to a chair with metal wires? Who ties someone with wires? Once Zane was done he moved to the other side of the room. Okay, I need to know what's going on now! There's got to be at least a... 150 people present in this room all staring at me.
"Now, now this is no way to treat our guest." The voice came from behind me, but all I see is the guards bowing down on one knee. The man or whoever this person is, steps in front of me so I can see him better. He's dressed in a black, his eyes are red, but I have a feeling they're always red, and he for some reason has a remote in his hand, which he gives to someone. Huh, interesting...
"Who are you?!" I demanded to know. The whole room drew in a deep breath at the same time as if no has ever talked to this man like that before. He started laughing. "I'm sorry, allow me introduce myself. They call me 'Shadow Criminal' well those I allow to call me by that name call me that." I wouldn't have believed him if it weren't for the fact that he was serious, and every single guard in that room gasped. Shadow Criminal? Well the name seems to fit.
"Actually, we never known your name we just call you 'Majesty.'" Shadow Criminal turns around to the guard that spoke up. Some part of me is scared for this guard. I only met this dude five seconds and I already know you don't talk back to him...
A cloud of smoke surround the guard, and instead of there being a guard there was a frog. "Ribbit." I gasped and so did some of the other guards. How did he do that? "Anyone else want to question me in front of our guest?!" He demanded to know. Smartly enough they all shook their heads.
"Good. I'm sorry you had to see that Isa." How does he know my name? "I know more than you think." He smiled just like Zane, but worse so much worse they're no words for it. I look at Zane his face expressionless.
"Why am I here?" I asked not in a demanding tone, but still asked because I need to know. Why out of all people, me? I'm not special. Shadow Criminal looks at me as if he still can't believe I'm asking the questions. "Oh, Isa, Isa, you're very special which is why you're here." What are you talking about?
"How about this if you answer our questions trufully, I'll answer whatever you want to know, trufully. Seems fair?" Okay, I can make it sound like a truth, but have it be a lie...yeah.
"Bring out the simulator!" Shadow Criminal demanded. I'm sorry, the what now? As if reading my thoughts because it appears to be so easy to read my face expressions these days, Shadow Criminal replied "this simulator will tell us if you're telling us the truth or not." He told me as if that were the easiest answer and the dumbest question on the planet. Soorry! If he somehow read that I hope he also read the length of sarcasm in it.
"You have no need to be sorry, now are you ready?" Uh, does it matter if I'm ready or not? "No it really doesn't. Okay, first question real easy. Who were your parents?" Uh, I don't see how this is relevant... "Isa it's not hard we just want to get to know you better." He smiled venomously. Lair! You wouldn't be asking me this if it wasn't going to help you with whatever you're doing.
"You know I got to give you credit Isa you're really smart. Now answer the question." I started laughing. Like I'll tell you a single word. "I'm not going to tell you anything." He takes this under consideration. Smiling he turns to the guard controlling the simulator. "Apparently not smart enough. Sergeant Nightday, why don't you show are guest what will happen if you don't answer a question trufully or at all." He nods, and presses a button.
Electricity comes through to the wires surrounding me. It's the worst torment I've been through. Nothing at that foster home could have prepared me for this. "Isa! Where are you?! You better stop blocking me! Please tell me your safe I need to know. What happened why am I feeling..." Ethan! How I long to hear your voice, but...not now. "I'll tell you later please go." I don't have the energy to block him or anyone, snap! "Please be careful. I'm coming for you hang in there..." Another electricity shock went through me. "Don't come..."
Finally receiving enough energy I blocked him. Putting up a wall weakly, but I think it'll do the trick.
"Now are you going to talk?" Shadow Criminal said hopefully...no completely wrong, more like curious as to what I'll say. "Never. You can't break me." Every single being in that room laughed along with Shadow Criminal. "We'll see about that." He said amused. "Sergeant turn it full power!" That wasn't full power?!
I didn't make it ten seconds as my vision became blurry.

Why am I feeling this pain? Is it related to Isa? Please tell me she not experiencing this...
I felt her wall slowly break down. Not hesitating, and putting this moment to waste I mind speaked to Isa. "Isa! Where are you?! You better stop blocking me! Please tell me your safe I need to know. What happened, why am I feeling..." how do I put it... pain? Describe it like electricity running through my veins maybe...
"I'll tell you later please go." Any given moment I would argue with Isa if it wasn't for the pleading and hope in her voice. Instead of asking what I truly want...needed to know I replied "Please be careful. I'm coming for you hang in there..." I felt our connection break, but no sooner then a second she came back to me. I also felt another wave of electricity go through me.
"Don't come..." What? Are you insane! Why would you say that? Her connection broke apart, but I still had to try. "I'll always come for you. Nothing you can do or say can change that."
Not hearing Isa response I hold onto my door handle to steady myself. Not even a minute later I felt another wave of electricity run through me except a hundred times worse. I fell back flat on the ground paralyzed. How am I going to find Isa if I'm experiencing this? Where is she?!

I woke up still strapped in the chair with the same wires. I blink to see if I was imagining things, but I wasn't. There was Mark sitting in front of me, and on the side of him a small table with a plate of mush on top. Is that even food?
"Ah, my sleeping beauty has finally awoken." I look around to see no one was in the room just him and me. Good, no one would hear his scream...
"First of all don't you dare call me that! Second what are you doing here!" I barked, but he didn't flinch instead he just scoops up some of the mush, and put the food in front of my mouth. I clamp my mouth shut. "Oh come on you gotta eat your vegetables."
That's vegetables? It looks like something died in there!
"If you want to live I suggest you don't feed me that!" I threatened as he gets closer to me with that spoon in his hand. I did small kick, which was enough to have him drop the spoon. "Jokes on you because you still got to eat it." Ewww!
Instead of picking up the spoon he leans closer to me eyes closed. I try to lean back, but he just kept coming closer. Getting the sudden idea, which is going to hurt a lot I pushed my forehead forward bumping my head into his. We both yelped pain.
Shadow Criminal and Zane walk in. "I told you know funny business around her. You got what you deserved! I'm so sorry Isa he just...has a liking to you." I look at the three of them in disgust! How do you live with yourselves everyday?
They all walk out of the room leaving me finally at peace or somewhat peace.
"Ethan?" I can feel him. "Isa! What happened? Where are you? Who has you? Why am I feeling pain... somewhat like electricity running through my entire body?" That was a lot of questions, but the one that really stood out was... "wait, you feel the pain? How?" First our mind speaking connection and now this...
"Is that what you're going through?" I simply nodded, but realizing that he's not here with me I replied "yes."
I can feel him thinking about it and the anger boiling up inside him. It's almost unbearable, him and I both thinking at the same time about the same thing.
"Our connection is stronger than we thought. So whatever pain you experience I experience and whatever pain I experience you'll most likely experience it as well....this doesn't make any sense!" Ethan screamed overwhelm. I can feel how frustrated he is clash with my frustration. "Ethan, is your head hurting?"
"A little." Okay, so it's not just me...well if you think about our connection thing... "let's calm down. As to where I am I don't know." I told Ethan really hoping he calms down so my head would stop pounding.
He calms down a little bit, but my head still hurts. "Do you know who've taken you?"
"I would best advise that you don't tell him." What? How...I'm done with this mind speaking thing. Seriously out of all the worst times to come, this is the worst. "It's one of my best qualities." Oh so, being annoying, crazy,... "Now now Isa no name calling. Now hurry up princess we don't have all day." Ignoring the sarcasm in his last comment I mind speaked to Ethan.
"I can't tell you, but think who it is that we're trying to beat? Sorry I got to go."
Shadow Criminal, and Zane walked in. "Well Isa ready for a new question?" I notice Zane holding the remote. So this must be the thing that works the wires around me that sends electricity through them.
"Okay Isa I see you're very tired so we'll make this quick. How can you mind speak with Ethan or better yet how can he mind speak to you?" Please I've been trying to figure this out the whole time. "Don't be surprised when I say I really don't know. I don't even know how I can do it with him." My eyes shifted to Zane briefly then went back to Shadow Criminal.
"Well that's easy. He has the power to mind speak. That was the new pill power, then we gave him the rest of the powers, but it doesn't make sense seeing how you two can do it when you two weren't given that power." If what he said is true then how do we do it? How can we mind speak to each other?
"Well, we'll have to ask him when he comes to visit, yes?" He turns to Zane. Zane nodded, but his eyes never left mine as if trying to figure out what I'm thinking about when they said that.
"What'd you mean a visit?" He wouldn't come right...Snap I basically told him by telling him who has me!
This was all part of their trap and I fell for it!
"Good, good, you're putting the pieces together now. Even if you didn't tell him the fact is you still fell into our trap by coming here. I'm mean did you honestly believe he wouldn't come looking for you or were you just hoping?" I may have fell into your trap, but I had too! "Yes, you had to...you know the funny thing is if you think about it you're putting yourself in danger by giving yourself up instead of Ethan kind of thing, but technically your putting him more in danger."
Snap how do they think so far ahead? Wait....how am I putting him more in danger?
"We'll give you all of tonight to mind speak with Ethan. By dawn I expect the answer to my question." Yeah like I will mind speak to Ethan when I know you guys have the power to read my thoughts. Uh, no!
"Suit yourself. It may just be the last time you'll hear from him." Shadow Criminal smiled amused at the thought of that. Your bluffing...
"I may be bluffing you wouldn't know now would you?" With that they left me blocking my mind from Ethan, but feeling insecure about them reading my thoughts.

Her connection broke apart, but I know who it is...
Zane you better watch your back because I'm coming for you...
