Taken: Chapter 2
Sparrow dipped her head and faded away. Clover stepped back in confusion. She felt hard dirt on her paws. The greenery melted into dying oak trees, and the crystal clear river turned to purple slime. A muscular black tom walked up to her. His amber eyes glowed.
"Who...are you...? Clover stammered. The tom just twitched his ear and grinned. Clover backed away but he put his tail around her. "I am Bloodstar, and I am from the Dark... Er.. Starclan." Clover tilted her head, "Why are you with me then?" Bloodstar licked his jaws and rasped "Oh, I can make it so your clan is always safe.." Clover's blue eyes lit up, "You can?!"
He padded up to her and stuck his old, gray muzzle in her face. She winced at the tom's sour breath, "Indeed, but in return you will give me your feelings..." Clover unsheathed her claws, "What do you mean?" she meowed with worry.
Bloodstar's eyes narrowed, "My dear, just tell me about your entire life in detail" Clover didn't think twice, all she cared about was her clan. She told Bloodstar every little detail from birth to now. Bloodstar gave a lash of his tail, and Clover felt empty. She was hollow, her life flashing before her eyes.
Then the visions stopped, she couldn't feel her body and she shivered. A pain shot up her spine, she dug her claws in the hard dirt. Her teeth clenched together in agony, she breathed hard, then the pain stopped. Clover awoke and unsheathed her claws, with her teeth bared, she spit, "This forest will be mine!"
