(KANAME'S POV)
Today was just business as usual. I was in my room reading over some plans from the Vampire Council. I was still pissed at Zero for biting Yukki. I wanted to rip him apart..but he brought happiness to Yukki and that's the only reason i didn't. I was also thinking about Akira.
She gave me a feeling that i knew her.
"Kaname-sama." Aidou was on the other side of the door.
"Come in" i called not looking up from my work. He walked in with...'well speak of the devil.' i smirked.
"Akira wanted to talk to you." He said glaring slightly at Akira. I nodded as he left. "How may i help you." i asked looking up at her. She sighed annoyed. "Yukki wanted me to ask you about you leaving Zero in the day class." she said tiredly.
"Hmph...where is Yukki?" i asked her with a raised eyebrow.
"None of your damn business..."
I hated this girl she was like another disrespectful version of Zero. Didn't she know who and what i was? "I let him stay because of her request."i responded. "Great now please exscus-" i cut her off...but she looked irritated..probably cause of me.
"Do you know about vampires Akira."
"Besides them being blood thirsty pretty much." I soon flashed in front of her and pinned her against the door behind her. Her face stayed still even with the hood covering her eyes.
"If you know that we're blood thirsty then why don't you scream?"i said darkly as my eyes began to glow. She then moved up to my ear which surprised me. I could feel her hot breath on it.
"Because i'd kill you before you can suck me dry." i then felt a cold blade on the back of my neck.
I scowled about how she put it closer to my neck every minute. "Hmp-" i moved away as she kept her sword pointing at my neck. "- I underestimated you..."
i walked over to the couch by my room as i sat down. "You seem somewhat familiar."
(AKIRA'S POV)
That's right dumb vampire you best move. Yukki was gonna owe me big time for this. "You seem somewhat familiar." i put my katana back in its sheathe as i relaxed. "I think i'd remember you" i spat
i heard him give out a sigh. i knew he was troubled. that was obvious,but what. the next words i knew i'd regret spatting out. "Something bothering you?" I saw as he moved his hand from his face to view me. "You remind me of someone..someone i lost."
"Really...well its none of my business but if you wanna tell me you can."
'Oh Kami please tell him to tell me no..please please please!'
"It was my sister."
"You had a sister?"
"Two actually....don't tell anyone this."
"Oh yeah because i'm very social....what happened?" I could see in his eyes that this topic pained him.
"About 10 years ago my sister Misaki Kuran left without a trace. She was strong,beautiful, and caring. Her and my other sister were best friends. She was going to be my fiancee."
This didn't bother me since i studied vampire for like 2 years.
-"a year later she said she had to go...she had to run away from something. hugh....she left with good reason though. She was about to leave till a tragic thing happened. Misaki lost her life protecting my other sister..and in her dying words she told me to watch over my sister."
This story wasn't very detailed but sad. i could see the tears threatening to reach his eyes. I was about to say something till the door open revealing a irritating Ichijo.
"OH HEY THERE AKIRA....WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" he asked excitedly. " i was just talking to Kaname." "Oh are you coming to the celebration?" he asked in a bubbly voice.
"What celebration?"
"The 3,000 birthday of Misaki Kuran...have you heard of her?"
"Yeah.....i wasn't invi-"
"Akira is coming with Yukki and Zero." I looked to see a Kaname standing up from his seat. Ichijo just chuckled at the awkward silence settling in. "Whatever.." i was about to leave till i felt a warm hand grab me.
(KANAME'S POV)
I saw Akira was about to leave so i quickly grabbed her hand before she left. "The theme is a massacre ball."
'Actually why the hell am i inviting her to the ball. Maybe because i'm starting to li- no my heart belongs with only Yukki.'
I let her go as i nodded. i watched as her figure ran off. I then saw her backside turned to Misaki's figure. I shook my head as i saw her disappear. 'Who Are You.'
