sleep: what is the most comforting thing at night time for you?
Silence, rain on my windows, and the sound of my fan.
visitor: what creature visits your dreams most often?
I can't remember this detail. Birds and dogs, maybe.
chimes: what sounds are your favorite?
Water running over rocks (streams), violins, waves on a beach, and rain on a tent (I really like water sounds ok).
times: when do you normally awaken?
Around 7 AM, but I go back to sleep until 1 PM.
marking: describe your tattoos,or tattoos you would like in the future.
Possibly some small floral tattoos on my wrists, and an anti-possession tattoo near my collarbone.
reverie: think of somewhere otherworldly you wish to be within, what is it like there?
At the peak of a mountain, the area wrapped in a thin veil of cloud. I'm cross-legged upon a flat rock that sits in a shallow, black stream. Red grasses wait at the edges of the water. I face a breathtaking view of the surrounding whitecapped mountains. The silver and black monotonous landscape stretches far beyond what I see. Everything is wide and open. The stars and wispy clouds in the purple sky seem infinitely more intimate than what is near me.
warmth: what do you find most charming in others?
A sense of humor, looking beyond what people seem like and trying to see people as actual humans. But bad jokes 10/10.
treat: your favorite sweets?
Those European candies?? Kinder Bueno. They're so good. Please try them.
nestle: your most precious plush toy?
I have an Eskimo doll I got from Alaska in 2014, and a stuffed bear my dad gave me for Valentine's a few years ago.
posy: your favorite herbs?
Sage and lavender.
stories: books you remember from your childhood?
"Too Far" by Rich Shapero
"The Atlantic Tunnel: Selected Poems" by Paul Farley
(I read stuff ahead of me when I was young. Hah.)
folk: who is the most fantastical being you have known?
I don't know?
elder: what do you expect to be like in your elder years?
Very nostalgic and sad.
home: in what type of environment do you feel most safe?
Beaches in the late evening. My bedroom.
finds: what kind of item would you most likely buy from an antique store?
Poetry, rings, photographs, and music boxes.
offering: how do you show others you are fond of them?
Ah, idk. I don't get that attached to people. But I guess small gifts and a lot of affection.
lore: if your life were a tale, how do you expect it would end?
With reason, or everything tied together. But that's kind of unrealistic because I never finish what I need to. I don't suspect my life will end with everything I want done accomplished. I'm not sad about it, though. That's life. I'm just happy I'm alive, I guess. Even with the immense suffering and things left undone.
