(Nightquest pov)
I wake up from someone licking me like crazy. I quickly get up,and open my blue eyes to see a small terrible terror who was smiling at me.
"Well hello there." I sweetly to the little one, as I stretch out my wings a little and yawn.
"H-hi.... i-im neon, w-what's your n-name?" Neon says.
I smile at him. "Hello neon, I'm nightquest. Not being rude but may I ask why your in here?" I sweetly asked the little almost neon green and kinda blue terrible terror.
He smiles. "I was wondering if you would like to be my friend!" He says cheerfully.
I laugh a little. "Sure neon."
When he hears my answer he starts to run and jump around very happy.
"Neon watch out!" I roar to him as he was about to knock stuff of my riders desktop, well hiccups but still.
I quickly jump over my riders bed and catch him and instead of him breaking or anything it was me. It wasn't that much. I sigh in relief as I open my wings to see the small dragon giving me a nervous smile.
"Are you alright neon?" I asked him.
"Yes, very much, thank you ." He says smiling at me.
Then I heard someone clear their throat I turn around to see my rider/master. I tilt my head and give her a gummy smile, trying to act like nothing happened. But then she laughs a little and my smile grows a little bigger.
"Alright you big goof who's your friend?" She says to me, but then I noticed she was talking about neon.
Neon walks up to her and rubs against her leg, purring like a cat. I smile and Shayla laughs a little and picks him up.
"Well aren't you a cutie." She says.
He smiles and starts to drift off in her arms. Once he falls asleep Shayla lays him on the bed and cleans up the mess.
(Sometimes later)
Shayla and Hiccup had some things to do and all. So Hiccup decided to change toothless tail to where he can fly. Neon decided to show me around with toothless.
"So how do you like Berk nightquest?" Neon asked me as he lays on my back.
"I like it a lot. It's peaceful here." I said looking around.
Toothless looks at me and gives me a gummy smile. 'Awe he looks so cute! Wait what! Don't think like that nightquest!' I thought to myself but I didn't notice that I stop walking nor did I notice neon talking to me.
"Nightquest are you okay?" Toothless says tilting his head.
I quickly shake my head and nod my head. "Yea sorry, hey what about we go flying?"
When Toothless hears this he perks up. "Yes!" Toothless says and gets ready.
"Neon you ready buddy?" I asked him.
He gets off of my back and he nods at me. I get ready and smirk at Toothless.
Me: "Ready"
Neon: "Set."
All three of us: "Go!"
I shot up into the sky, enjoying the feeling of the wind hitting up against me. I turn to look and see no neon. I start to panic a little but then I see him behind and go get him.
"Hang on buddy." I said to him as I grab him and shot back into the sky.
(Toothless pov)
Nightquest : "Ready."
Neon: "Set."
All three of us: "Go!"
I shot up into the sky but what surprised me the most that nightquest was ahead of me. Then out of no where she turns back I look and see neon with her. I smile.
'She's really caring and really fast! But she's gorgeous! Who wouldn't like someone like her, who's so sweet,caring, and everything... what's this feeling? Okay stop thinking about her like that, okay toothless focus .'
I thought to myself.
We finally get above the white beautiful clouds. I look over at Nightquest as she flies gracefully above the clouds, I could see neon struggling to get on her back and she noticed what he was trying to do and helps him onto her back.
"This is beautiful." She says.
I nod. "Yea it is."
She looks at me. Her ocean blue eyes sparkle, when the sun shines and it makes her looks so much beautiful. I give her a gummy smile. She rolls her beautiful eyes and smiles back.
"Toothless."
I look back at her. "Yea Nightquest?"
"Thanks for being my friend and you to neon."
Neon and I both smile and say at the same time.
"Anytime Nightquest."
