Mark woke up on the couch, wrapped in Jack's arms. He checked his phone, sighing at the date on the screen.

They all sat in the back yard silently, thinking to themselves.
"Is anyone gonna say it?" Ken asked and everyone made eye contact.
"Happy Birthday, Daniel." They said quietly, in sync. Jack's hand squeezed Mark's, letting him know he was there for comfort.
Tears began to fall after that moment. Matt was comforting Ryan and Mark was crying into Jack's chest.
Jack's hand ran through Mark's hair, pressing kisses into it every now and again.
