*Readers POV*
I'm holding on your rope got me 10 feet off the ground. I'm hearing whatcha say but i just can't make a sound, yeah. You tell me that ya need me, then ya go and cut me down, but wait, ya tell me that your sorry, didn't think i'd turn around. And say... That it's to late to apologize, it's to late.
I said. "It's to late to apologize, it's to late..." I turned away from the killer, eyes dark. I couldn't believe it, he was a total jerk! He broke up with me on our anniversary! Tears streamed from my eyes as i walked down the street, hugging my jacket closer to block out the cold, crisp air trying to reach my bones.
I'd take another chance, take a fall take a shot for you. I need ya like a heart needs a beat, but it's nothing new. Yeah. I loved you with a fire red, now it's turning blue, and ya say, sorry like the angel heaven let me think was you. But i'm afraid. It's to late to apologize, it's to late. I said it's to late to apologize, it's to late.
I continued on my way home, trying to walk on the slipper sidewalk. I was so engrossed in my steps, that i didn't notice the white hooded man walking a ways behind me.
But i did hear the blare of a car's horn.
My head shot up just in time to see the car sliding towards me on the ice covered road.
BEEP!
Then everything was black.
It's to late to apologize, its to late. I said it's to late to apologize, it's to late. I said it's to late to apologize, it's to late. I said it's to late to apologize, it's to late.

Jeff sat in the chair, head resting on the bed. (Your name) lay before him, bandaged and broken from the car. He lifted his head to look at the heart monitor beeping quietly.
"I'm sorry..."
I'm holding on your rope got me ten feet off... the ground...
Beep. Beep. Beep. Beeeeeeee....
