After walking for a while, we entered a garden type of place, hand in hand.
There were many trees of different sizes and shapes. Some trees where even decorated with colourful lights. There was also a huge fountain. The birds were chirping, after returning to their nests in the huge trees. The place was filled with the buzzing of insects ,which sounded like different musical instruments. In short, it was a beautiful garden.
I and Manik where lost in a different world, walking hand in hand, peacefully.
Suddenly, my eyes fell on something ,rather someone and I stopped abruptly.
Sitting beside a bush, a guy was about to kiss a girl.
Okay, I am not a pervert like Manik. But the thing is, how can someone make their personal and most beautiful moments, public. It was highly unacceptable.
Me ( blurted out ) ( pointing towards that guy ): Manik. ...they are going to kiss. ...publically. ....that is so wrong. .....
Before I could complete, Manik covered my mouth, with his palm. The guy who was about to kiss, stopped his activity in mid way and looked at me.
The guy gave me an uninterested look and then gaped at Manik.
The Guy ( annoyed ) : aapni girlfriend ko sambhal....bahut bolti hai! !!!!
Manik just nodded apologetically and dragged me away from there.
Me ( pov ) ( pissed ): main????. ...aur iss ki girlfriend? ????
Manik ( shocked ) : are you mad! !!!!!!
Me ( pissed off ) : oh really! !!!.....main nehin tum pagal ho! !!!!.....mujhe waha se kheech ke kyon laye? ????
Manik ( pissed ): accha. ...agar main tumhe waha se nehin laata naa. ...toh woh admi ab taak tumhara ankho se baladkaar kar chukka hota! !!!!
Me ( sternly ) : what rubbish! !!!!.....woh admi galat tha. ....woh admi publically kiss karne wala tha. ...which is against the law! !!!!
Manik ( nagging ) : arrey. ...toh tumhara kya jataa hai! !!!....usska joh marzi. ...woh kar sakta hai! !!!
Me ( pissed off ) : see. ...you are such a Certified Pervert! !!!!
Manik ( serious ) : oh really! !!!....aur mujhe certify kisne kiya? ???.....Miss Violent Murthy ne! !!!
Me ( glaring at Manik ) : what? ????....main aur violent? ????
Manik ( casually ): aur nehin toh kya. ....what else do you expect in 'Lover's Point '!!!!!!
Me ( shocked ) : hum Lover's Point pein hai? ?????
I was literally horrified by this fact. While Manik continued his blabbering.
Manik ( rolling his eyes):I mean. ...tum aise react kar rahi ho. ...manno woh admi tumhe kiss karne aa raha tha! !!!!
On hearing this, my face turned red and I started panicking.
Manik noticed this and patted my head.
Manik ( with a smirk ) : you are such a kid! !!!....I wonder. ...jab koi tumhe kiss karega toh tumhare face ka expression kaisa hoga? ????
My mind was completely blank. For the first time, I started fidgeting.
Manik ( mouthed ) : you are so cute! !!!
Within a fraction of a second, Manik dragged me in his arms and held me near his chest.
I was completely frozen, with my hands in mid air. I was blushing like a fool, with my mouth open, in shock.
After few seconds, Manik broke the hug and I straightened myself. We were not at all looking at each other.
Running his hand through his hair, Manik sheepishly said " I am. ..sorry "
I seriously didn't know how to react. I mean. ..I was so nervous after this surprise hug.
Me ( uncomfortable ): ghar chale. ...
And Manik nodded his head in a yes.
