dan's pov
"Phil!" I called from the kitchen, holding an almost-empty cereal box. Phil walked into the kitchen, his raven-black hair ruffled. He saw the cereal box clenched in my hand and immediately turned red, already knowing that I was going to confront him about eating almost all of the cereal that I had bought only a few days before. "I hope you know that you're going to be buying me another box, right?" I questioned, chuckling lightly in the process. Phil grinned and shrugged.
"I suppose I should have expected that," he replied, his grin still plastered on his pale face. "Have you heard anything from (y/n)?" Phil asked, changing the subject. My face heated up slightly and I looked back towards the cereal box in my hand.
"Not yet," I sighed lightly. I realized how strange I was acting and perked up lightly. "I'm sure I'll hear from her soon, though," I said hopefully. Phil nodded, then looked towards the cereal box longingly . I laughed and handed it to him knowingly. What else would I have expected from Phil, the guy who has been stealing my cereal for who knows how long?
you must be thinking, 'wow! another chapter that you can hardly call a chapter because it's only three short paragraphs long!' and 'wait, i thought this person was dead or something?'. yeah, i'm back after, like, five months or whatever haha. sorry for yet another extremely short and boring chapter, but at least it's in dan's point of view. i thought that i should try and change it up a bit. anyway, sorry for being gone for so long with no updates. i'll try and get a new chapter up soon within the next few weeks or so.
