ally's pov
i woke up the next morning and my bed was empty. didn't jacob stay over last night?
then my bedroom door opened and in came jacob holding a tray with pancakes and coffee and a small vase of flowers
i quickly took a picture of him holding it and smiling and i put it on my snapchat story and captioned it "good morning to me🥞😊"
"aw babe thank you" i said as he sat it down on my lap
"it's the least i could do" he said kissing my head
"so i was thinking we could go to the park for a walk and then go to chipotle later?" he said
"sounds perfect" i said smiling

after i ate jacob went home to change and i decided to get ready as well
i took a shower and then got out and blow dried my hair
then i straightened it and put it in a ponytail
i applied foundation, highlight and mascara and then i picked out my outfit :
i paired it with my white converse high tops and then headed to jacobs house
i walked in and headed up to his room. he was shirtless and was digging through his messy drawers trying to find a shirt i'm guessing
i walked up behind him and wrapped my arms around his waist from the back
"hey cutie" he said
"hey" i said kissing his cheek as he turned around
"you look.." he said
"i look what" i asked
"cute" he said
"cute?" i asked him
"are you really going to make me say it" he asked me
"make you say what?" i asked pretending to be clueless
"fine. you look sexy" he said

after an amazing day with jacob i was ready to go home and go to sleep
"hey do you want to spend the night?" i asked jacob
"yeah" he said
"okay hold on" i said
"hey mom?" i yelled at my mom downstairs
"what?" she yelled back up
"can jacob spend the night?" i yelled
"sure" she yelled
"okay thanks" i yelled back down at her
"alright so i'm going to go change and then we'll watch a movie okay?" i asked jacob
"okay" he said smiling
as i walked away i felt jacobs hand grab mine
"ally wait" he said
"what?" i asked turning around to face him
"i love you" he said
i knelt down a little in front of him and kissed him
"i love you more" i said
then i went to change

it's 2:45 in the morning and i feel horrible
my stomach is spinning and twisting in all directions and my head is pounding
i'm sweating yet i'm freezing cold and below my right hip bone is killing me
my throat is raw so when i try to scream out in pain only a small moan comes out
"ally? ally what's wrong?" someone asked me i think it was jacob
next thing i knew a light was on and i was throwing up
i felt a hand on my forehead probably checking my temperature
then i felt someone lifting me up on to a bed or a stretcher and then i was put into a car.
after that, everything went black

when i woke up i realized that i wasn't in my room.
i was at a hospital. i tried to sit up and get a better look but it hurt like crazy.
"oh gosh your awake good" someone said
"mom?" i asked
"yes baby i'm here. don't worry you'll be okay" she said
"what happened?" i asked
"your appendix ruptured but it's okay you had surgery and it's gone" she said running her fingers through my hair
"oh" i said
"hey i got here as fast as i could" someone said
"mason?" i asked
"hey allison" he said
mason is my older brother. he is in college and he goes to pepperdine which is all the way in california. so i never get to see him. like ever
"hi mason i missed you" i said
"i missed you more"

i talked to my mom and brother for a little while and the nurse came in to check on stuff

"hey mom?" i said
"yeah hon?" she said
"where's jacob?" i asked
"he's in the waiting room. would you like to see him?" she asked
i nodded
jacobs pov
i was sitting in the waiting room when someone said my name
"jacob?" ally's mom said
i looked up and she saw my tear stained face. her eyes immediately filled with sympathy
"how is she?" i asked slowly getting up
"she's awake, and is asking for you" she said
and for the first time today, i smiled
i headed to her room and when i got there i saw her lying on her bed watching good luck charlie on the tv
god. she's so adorable
"ally" i said barely keeping it together
she looked over at me
"hi jacob" she said trying her best to smile but failed because she was so weak
that's when i lost. tears started streaming down my face
she motioned me to come towards her
i walked over to her bed and she patted the spot next to her so i sat next to her on her bed
"hey jacob it's okay. i'm alright now" she said
"you were just so sick and i was so scared. i-i didn't know what to do" i said
she wiped away my tears and kissed my lips
"it's okay. i'm okay" she said
she laid her head on my chest and i wrapped my arms around her
this moment is perfect. she is perfect
