I just turned my phone off and thought about what I can do. Kale told us that if we don't be nice to her and I don't become her boyfriend, she will hunt down Summer and hurt her. Kale was "nice" enough to even let us talk to her. If we ever left her, she would tell everyone, including principle Mullins, about our band. I never wanted to leave summer like that, or any of us. I drifted of to sleep, knowing I have to be Kale's boyfriend tomorrow at school.

I woke up to my alarm clock beeping. I groaned, knowing that we have to be Kale's "best friends" so we could keep our band safe as well as Summer. I really miss her, but I need to be there for her. I skated to school and went to class.
Time skip to after school
I was at my locker, while everyone came up to me, except Kale.
Z: hey Tomika
F: hey
L: hi guys
E: heyo
T: hey guys.. where's kale
F: o umm
L: we ditched her
T: o ok that's a good thing
Everyone except Lawrence: *laughs
L: guys she's coming
K: hi guys what are u talking about?
Z: we were uh.. talking about
L:U IM SORRY I CANT KEEP THINGS
K: what were u guys saying about me *says in a curious voice
Z: that you're...
F: you're really--
T: NICE AND FUN TO HANGOUT WITH *i blurted out
K: aww thanks guys! I'll save your little secret for one more day *then she leaves
Everyone's sighs and looks at Lawrence. We all give him a "your dead" look
L: JEEZ SORRY u know I have a problem with lying
T: whatever, have u guys got a hold of Summer? *sounding kinda sad
Everyone except Tomika: no..
Z: aw it's ok boops
Zack comforts me and we all walk home to our houses. Zack stays a little, but then walks home too. He give me a hug and I went to sleep.
