Harry's POV
I looked at the the time and it was only twelve thirty and we were on break in the studio . Even though I knew for sure what was going to happened I still couldn't help by feel anxious.
"Will you relax? Besides you've only met the girl once so how much of a connection could you two possibly have?"
Louis was right. We've only met once and that didn't end too well. We were on break in the studio when she called.
"Ava hey." I greeted her with a smile.
"Hey Harry uhh are you alone?" She asked with an unsettled look on her face."
"Yea why?" I said as I waved the boys off to leave.
"Okay there is no easy was to say this so I'm just going to say it."
"Okay?" I said knowing for sure what she was going to say.
"The night of the party we were really drunk. I don't think either of us knew what we were doing and well how do I say this?"
"Go ahead."
"I'm pregnant." She blurted out. That was not what I had expected. I couldn't reply for a second. "Say something please."
"How do you know?"
"I went to the doctor's."
"Are you sure it's mine?"
"I was a virgin before that night harry." She said a little frustrated.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to sound rude I'm just kind of speechless."
"I know exactly what you meant. You think because of what happened that night I sleep around." She snapped. "Well I don't."
"No I didn't mean that I ju-"
"You know this was a bad idea. I - I have to go."
"No Ava wait."
"Harry listen. It was one night. We were careless. I'm not expecting you to be involved, I just thought I should let you know because to be honest I'm doing this with or without you."
"Ava listen-"
"I have to go." She hung up before I could say anything and when I tried to call her back it rung once and went to voicemail.
I sat on the edge of the couch and dropped my phone as I buried my face into my hands.
"So what happened?" Niall asked as the boys let them self back in the studio.
"Uh well hmm how do I put this?"
"Put what? Geez was it that bad?" Liam asked.
"I don't know." I said confused. "Um she's pregnant and it's mine."
The boys just stopped in their tracks.
"Shit are you sure?" Louis asked.
"Yes. She was a virgin when we met."
"Oh my god." Niall added.
"Holy shit." Zayn chimed in.
"What are you guys going to do?" Liam asked.
"I don't know. This conversation didn't end too well."
I have never been put in this situation before but I need to fix things with Ava. This is both of our problem. She can't possibly do this alone.
Ava's POV
"Well I told him." I said as I threw my phone next to me and buried my face in my hands.
"What did he say?" Ryder asked handing me a cup of tea as she sat down with hers.
"What do you think he said?"
"Oh my god I'm gonna be a dad? Oh this is great." She mocked.
"I'm serious."
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry." She apologised. "How did you think he was going to react though Ava?"
"I don't know but not the way he did at least."
"Come on he's an eighteen year old boy. He's shocked that's all. just give him some time."
"I guess you're right."
I sipped slowly on my tea thinking about every little thing that could go wrong. I may have said I could do it with or without him but honestly without him is not my first choice.
"I have to get to class. I'm going to be late."
I set the cup down and in return I picked up my bag.
"Do you want me to take you?"
"No it's okay. If I leave now I can catch the bus."
"Are you sure?"
"Ryder. Yes." I snapped.
"Sorry."
"No I'm sorry. I just have a lot on my mind."
"Understandable."
"Okay I should be back around four."
My mind was still racing as I walked to the bus stop. Now I don't have just school to think about. I have to look for a job. Where am I going to live? How will harry see her if he even wants to be involved? All these questions were going through my mind but one thing always seemed to come up. The fact that now I'm just another statistic.
