Yes that is KJ Apa off Riverdale. I am a massive fan of the show and #bughead not #verachie (Archie and Veronica) I find that ship gross and a terrible match. In my opinion it won't go that far. BUT HE IS NOT A RANGA IN THIS BOOK!
