(Song is called behind these hazel eyes)
Setting: May 2, 1998; Gryffindor table in the great hall, Harry's p.o.v.
"Post's in," Ginny says as the Weasleys' family owl comes flying in and lands right in a plate of pancakes
"Did Earl finally croak?" Ron asks after a full two minutes on the bird not moving
Earl finally gets up as Ginny picks up the letter and flies off again; I glance over at the Slytherin table to where Wibble and Nott are next to each other as Ginny opens the letter...
"Who's it from?" Ron asks
"Bill and Fleur," Ginny squeals, "the baby's been born!"
"Well don't just sit there squealing," Ron laughs, "fill us in."
"It's a girl," Hermione reads as Ginny is far too excited, "and they've named her Victorie to commemorate that she was born a year after Voldemort's defeat."
"I'm an aunt!" Ginny squeals happily
"You already were an Aunt ya toss pot," Ron laughs, "remember Leo? Charlie's son?"
"Yea, I know," she says still giddy, "but we didn't know about him till after he was already born."
"Isn't it exciting news Harry?" Hermione asks
"Hm?" I starts as I turn back to the conversation, "What? Oh-yea congratulations guys; really exciting."
"What's wrong mate?" Ron asks
"Nothing," I say
"Harry," Hermione starts
"It's just-" I say looking back at the Slytherin table where Wibble and Nott are, "you think-"
"What?" Ginny asks eyeing where I'm looking, "oh."
"You think she's alright?" I ask
"How ya mean?" Ron asks, "like physically or mentally?"
"Ronald!" Hermione snaps
"What?" He asks defensively, "I'm just sayin, that there must be something wrong with er head if she staying with a guy who pounds her."
"I don't think it's as simple as leave for her," I tell them, "I think there's a reason she's staying, and I don't just mean because she's pregnant...I think she's hiding something."
"Like what?" Ginny asks, "like he's holding something over her?"
"I don't know," I admit, "but whatever it is...I'm positive she doesn't want anyone to know."

(Little later: still beginning of May; Astronomy tower, 3rd person p.o.v.)
Jemima stands at the edge of the astronomy tower, like She's done many times before when she couldn't take the loneliness anymore. She stares down at the empty grass covered courtyard below with no sigh of life in her hazel eye; she glances back into the circular room behind her, she sees no one and is completely alone in this tower-for once. She looks back out over the courtyard again, and the blue cloud covered sky above; she takes in a sharp breath as she steps over to the other side of the railing, like she's done many times before. Memories of all her friends, the brother, and Draco all flash through her mind; memories she only has. Tears slip down her face as she turns herself to face the inside of the tower, closes her eye, and lets go of the railing; free falling backwards...
Don't I get a chance to live?
?!
Why do I have to die with you?
???
I'm innocent in all this...
??
Don't you want me to live?
?
Mummy?
At the last second Jemima changes into her dove form and flies safely back up to the inside of the astronomy tower; freaked out by the voice she just hear, she changes back into a human form completely unaware of her audience. Frantic and scared, she looks around for the source of the voice she heard; it had been faint, and small. At the same time, Draco Malfoy has come up here to think and be alone when a white dove flew in and suddenly changed into Jemima Wibble-no, That's not right-Potter; Jemima Potter. Everything suddenly comes back as he stares at her in aw as she looks around frantically. Every precious little moment: every conversation, every fight; everything including what Nott did to his love...
"Lily-dove," he breathes in a strained voice as her head snaps to look at him with wide eyes
"What did you just call me?" She breathes with a look of shock
"Lily-dove," he whispers as she stand slow, stiff, staggered steps towards him-her eye still wide
"Draco..." she whispers unsure
"My lily-dove," he breathes as he pulls her into him gently and takes in her sweet sent
A familiar warmth takes over and the life seems to come back to her eye as she breaks down crying and they both crumple to the astronomy tower floor. Though angry at Nott, Draco says nothing as he lets Jemima's trembling form cry into him as she had done for him during the war and sixth year...
"D-Draco," she whisper, "I-I feel so alone," she sobs out, "I'm s-scared..."

(Mid May; the owlry, Jemima's p.o.v.)
After my breakdown in Draco's arms at the top of the astronomy tower, and I didn't Obliviate his memories of me, I had to remind him of Astoria. Every spare moment that Nott hasn't been at my side, Draco has been; I even try to sneer away from Nott every chance I get, just to see Draco. I'm waiting for him to show in the owlry today, while I got luck and Nott got detention for talking back to Snape. Jareth sits on my shoulder, happily rubbing his head against my cheek in a loving manner and I gently stroke his feathers with my other hand. He starts ruffling his wings at the sound of someone coming up the owlry stone steps and I stiffen slightly with worry as to who it is...
"Lily-dove?" His voice finally comes
"Draco," I can't help but beam
"Take off the false appearance charm love," he says as he pulls me close, "I don't care how you look."
"Yes you will," I whisper
His smile fades away with my words, his beautiful grey eyes seem to storm with flecks of rage and concern as his face grows to complete seriousness...
"Take off the charm Jemima," he repeats more serious
I hesitate before pulling away from him, Jareth flies off my shoulder as I pull out my wand and lands on Draco's head as I remove the charm with slight reluctance. Once my face full of fresh bruises and split skin is visible, I hang my head to hide beneath my auburn hair. No words come from him as he places his finger under my chin and lifts my head so that my hazel eye meets his grey ones. His face has a dark seriousness to it upon seeing the black, blue, red, and yellow marks on my face along with split skin in some spots. I can see the anger in his eyes, I know it's all for Nott-despite Jareth pecking at his head-he says nothing and pulls me close to him again, gently kissing my hair.
"Don't tell me you 'walked' into a door again or that you 'fell' down more stairs," he says trying to hold back the snarl
"He only hit me in the face," I say quietly
"Only," he repeats bewildered, "only?!"
"I deserved it," I whisper
"Only?! Deserved it?!" He repeats, "he shouldn't be hitting you at all!"
"..." my eye falters to the floor
"He shouldn't be laying a hand on you!" He seethes, "he'll be hitting the kid next."
"Jareth," I call and he come back to my arm
"Jemima he shouldn't be hitting," he says more calmly, "no one deserves to be hit and don't think that I don't know he-"
"Stop it!" I snap covering my ears, "I don't wanna hear it!"
"Raped you," he says moving my hands from my ears
My eye waters as he pulls me into him, the sent of his cologne being somewhat comforting; Jareth flies off somewhere as the sound of feet coming up the stone steps of the owlry and we pull apart, it I don't have time to put the false appearance charm back on...
"There you are Mima," Nott says, his smile fading as he takes in who I'm with
"Theo," I say with a fake smile, "I thought you had detention with Snape..."
"It ended," he says flatly, "What's going on here?"
"Came up here to send a letter to my parents," Draco says holding up a letter
"Came to introduce Nora/Alfred to Jareth," I add
"You should let me get you a new owl," Nott tells me, "a less creepy one."
"I don't need a new owl Theo," I say quietly, "and I'm not getting a new one just because Jareth doesn't like you."
"Would you send your letter and leave already Malfoy?!" Nott snaps at Draco in a gravitational that he can't smack me around
"Can I borrow your owl Wibble?" Draco asks me, ignoring Nott
"Of course Draco," I say, "Jareth!"
Jareth come down and lands on my extended arm; ignoring Nott's annoyed face as well as Draco watching me, I pull a fresh dead mouse from my pocket and hold it up for Jareth to take...
"Don't do creepy shit like that Mima," Nott says
"It's not creepy Theo," I say, "it's me, giving my barn owl a treat," he does not like me growing a back bone
"..." I can feel him glaring at me
"Go to Draco, Jareth," I say after he eats up the mouse
"Thanks Wibble," Draco says as Jareth lands on his head again: he loves Draco
"No problem," I say quietly as he reluctantly leaves with Jareth
"No where were...Mima," Nott says with a threat to his voice once Draco's gone, I start trembling and backing away as he advances towards me

(End of May: late one night; returning from a Hogsmead trip, Draco's p.o.v.)
Nott was alone on the the trip today, he's never been without his 'Mima', not in the common room, or around the castle, and especially not the Hogsmead trips: not since the beginning of the year. So for him to be walking around without her concerns me. None of the teachers have seen her either, she wasn't in the common room, or the boys dorm, I'm starting to worry that he actually did her in and hid her body somewhere. I make my way up the astronomy tower, worried about what I'd find up there. I stop short at the top at the sight I see, my limbs go numb and I can feel my insides churning as stiffly make my way towards the unmoving body faced away from me...
"L-lily-dove," I stutter quietly as I get closer
My heart pound faster and my mouth go dry as I get closer to the auburn haired girl I'd know anywhere; my knees buckle and I fall to the floor as she continues to be unresponsive to my calling her. With a trembling hand I turn her body to face me and I almost gag at the sight how bloody her face is. I feel panic take over as I gently shake her and she still doesn't respond, it's then that I notice the blood around her head and hardened in her hair. How long had she been up here bleeding out? Is she alive?
"Wake up Lily-dove," I plead as I cradle her in my arms, "come on," I beg as I start crying, "please Jemima, wake up..." I whisper as I kiss her forehead, "I need you."
"She needs to go to St. Mungo's," my head snaps in the direction of the door
"Professor Blue," I wipe my tears away, "What're you doing here?"
"Ms. Wibble borrowed something from me," she says, "I was looking for her so as to get the something back."
"It was Nott," I sniffle, "he-"
"I'm well aware of the situation Mr. Malfoy," she tells me, "I was her at one point..."
"What?" I ask confused
"A story for another day," she says quickly, "go to the Headmistresses office and let her know I'm taking Ms. Wibble to St. Mungo's," she instructs me, "then go to the hospital wing and tell her she should be expecting Mr. Potter soon if he isn't there already..."
"What? Why?" I ask confused
"With their twin bond he should be feeling this too," she explains
"You know she's a Potter?!" I exclaim in surprise, "But, How?"
"Takes a Potter twin to know a Potter twin," is all she says to me before aparatimg our with Jemima
Feeling very confused, I hurry to tell McGonagall and then to the hospital wing to tell Madam Pomfrey: only to find Potter already there and surrounded by his friends and a number of teachers. I make my way back to the common room fuming and ready to kill Nott. When I arrive, I find him in front of the couch crying into his hands and I find it hard to tell if he's faking or not...
"You sick, twisted, wanker!" I shout as I shove Nott up against a wall by the collar of his shirt, "give me one good reason reason why I shouldn't punch you."
"Draco," comes Astoria's soft voice from behind me
"Not now Stori," I snarl not looking away from a now terrified Nott
"I-I d-didn't d-d-do anything," he finally stutters out
"You might've killed them; you might've killed her!" I yell at him through the now very tense, very quiet common room
