Hobi's POV
Today is the day.
I'm so nervous. What if she changes her mind?
I'm pacing. I can't sit still.
I heard a door open and in comes my best man, her brother. He puts his hands on my shoulders and lightly shakes me.
"Calm down hyung. She won't change her mind. She loves you too much," Tae assures me. I swallow and give a shaky nod. He lets go and gives me a handkerchief for my blazer pocket. I smile.
"I can't believe this is actually happening. But I'm glad it's you. You have taken such good care of Noona. Thank you. I couldn't ask for a better brother in law," Tae tells me with his box smile. I feel the tears already.
"Thank you for giving me a chance," I tell him. He just nods.
"Now hurry up and get out there, it's about to start," he says and pushes me towards the doorway. I make my way out and down the aisle to the altar. She chose a perfect place.
A park next to a beautiful lake.
Soon the music starts. (Y/N)'s maid of honour comes down first. Her friend Zoë. With her is Suga-hyung. Then it's Evelien and Jin-hyung, and another of her friends named Amy and with her is Jungkookie.
Then it's my parents. I feel bad though because her and Taehyung's parents aren't here. Taeyang is walking her down. He's been a great friend to us. We became friends with the rest of his group after the incident. Kookie almost passed out when he met G-Dragon.
Now it's her turn. She walks in and I stop breathing. She looks absolutely beautiful. Her dress fits her in all the right ways.
I tear up. I can't believe this girl is mine. She said yes to marrying me. She always calls me her sunshine but she doesn't know it's actually the other way around.
I'm so in love with her.
I hope she never leaves me.
She makes her way down to me and we grab each other's hands. Her friend Mark got himself ordained so he can do the marrying us thing.
*skipping to the ring exchange*
As you see from the time skip (thanks author-nim) it's time to exchange the rings.
Zoë gives (Y/N) mine and Tae gives me hers. We look at each other with big smiles and we put the rings on each other.
"You may now kiss the bride," Mark says. I don't hesitate and bring her in. It still gives me butterflies and I still blush when I kiss her. I don't think that will ever change. We pull apart when we hear clapping and cheering. She giggles, god I love her laugh. Better than the music we make.
We face the guests holding hands. "I now pronounce to you, Mr. And Mrs. Jung!" If its possible the cheers got louder. I give her another kiss and we run down the aisle.
"Dasi run run run," I sing as we make our way to the limo. She laughs and continues with me. We sing all the way to the reception building.
"Welcome to your new life. Saranghae Mrs. Jung," I joke. She giggles and answers back with a kiss and cuddles into me.
I'll never take this for granted.
Never take anything for granted. You will regret it later, even if it takes years. And if you see an opportunity, grab it with both hands. Just like I did. I will never be able to thank Taehyung enough for letting his Noona come to me.
I will cherish her forever.
Here's to our future. Let's see what it holds for me and Taehyung's Noona.
