Blunt the knives, Bend the forks, Smash the bottles and Burn the corks...
Freya quickly got out of the way and watched as the dwarves sang and laughed clanging dishes and scraping the cutlery, poor Bilbo was running around frantically telling them to stop or they will break something. Freya couldn't help but laugh.
That's what Bilbo Baggins Hates!
One last hooray and Freya found herself in the kitchen looking a table piled with neat stacks of plates and bowls. Bilbo's faced flushed and gave a sigh of relief to see his plates all in tack.
Knock Knock
There was a loud knock on the door that silenced the cheering inside.
"He's here" Gandalf whispered. Who's here? It wasn't long until the company found out, Thorin finally arrived.
"Gandalf you said this place would be easy to find, I lost my way twice..." Thorin gave a quick nod of acknowledgement towards Freya who nodded back, he paused in step to look at Fili who happened to be standing next to her, right next to her, and back to Freya. The two shuffled apart a bit and he turned away. Freya gave out a sigh of relief and gave Fili a quick glance and he did the same thing back. Kili sniggered.
The company was seated around the dining table again but Kili had sat back down to separate Fili from Freya. This time it was much quieter, they were obviously to speak of more private matters. Freya finally understood the quest that was at hand and became worried, it all seemed dangerous but then again she was always up for a challenge. She listened intensively to the conversation making sure she was up for it. When Fili spoke, that threw her completely out of concentration. Man that voice though... Freya, stop it!
"If there is a key, there must be a door" Weird question to ask but his looks make up for it.
"There's another way in" Kili said. Freya couldn't help but chuckle a bit at the dim-witted-ness of it all, she didn't know if the brothers were being serious with these questions though.
