The Grimm Castle. A dark structure set in a hostile and rugged terrain inhabited with nothing but Grimm, and the being that crafted the castle to begin with. Just a ways away, a bullhead flies towards the only building within miles and lands on an airpad. The side doors slide open and Ruby jumps out, walking to the castle, with Pyrrha and Eve stepping out. Eve looks up and stares at the castle. Dark storm clouds hanging up above.
Eve: Huh. Ominous.
Pyrrha: This way, please.
Snapping her gaze forward, Eve follows them in.
Ruby: "ahem" So, this is the landing pads. They were built in recently. We'll be heading into the meeting room where we'll meet with Father.
Eve: The more you say that, the more weirdly kinky it sounds.
The trio make their way through the halls and into the meeting room. Eve takes a seat close by along with Pyrrha. Ruby just stands as she takes off her helmet. There is a moment of silence in the room.
Ruby:...
Pyrrha:...
Eve:...
Pyrrha:...
Ruby:... "sniff"
Eve: So, why exactly am I here?
Ruby: Oh! Uh, we honestly don't know. But from what we've heard and seen, you were definitely worth the hassle.
Pyrrha: The Father seems to have a knack for knowing of certain individuals that could be of help to us.
Eve looks between them then stares at Pyrrha.
Eve: That reminds me. What's your story, Pyrrha? You seem to be a bit off looking compared to the others I have seen so far.
That catches Pyrrha off guard. She fidgets in her seat as Eve waits for an answer.
Pyrrha: U-um... Well "ahem" there was an incident a few months back that... Let's just say I had to go through some changes after that, and I owe my life to the Father.
Eve: I see. Interesting. What about you, short one?
Ruby: My name's Ruby.
Eve: I honestly don't care. So why are you here?
Ruby:... I was convinced to side with the Children by Father. He showed me that if the world continues to go unchecked, it will just keep getting worse and worse until it just... just...
Pyrrha looked over to Ruby and knew to step into the conversation.
Pyrrha: In a way, she saw the future and wants to help prevent what could happen.
Eve looks back at Pyrrha, their red eyes meeting eachother.
Eve: Prevent what?
You: The end.
Caught off guard by the new edition of the conversation the three look over to the door and see a tall figure, taller than Eve, in a black robe with a decorated mask adorned on his face.
You: Oh! Sorry to interrupt. I just love making well timed entrances. Hahaha!... Well done you two on retrieving her.
Pyrrha: It was no problem, sir!
Ruby: We almost died.
Pyrrha: Thanks to a little help form some soldiers, we were able to finish the mission quicker than I thought.
Ruby: I nearly pooped myself on to two occasions.
Eve just says nothing as she stares at you. She got up from her seat and walked over to you, just an arms reach away. For the first time, she felt a sort of uneasiness in your presence. And she has traded blows with the Witch before.
Eve:...
You: I'm not doing that ellipses thing.
Eve: So you're the Father?
You: Yep. And you must be the one called Eve.
Eve: Yes. Now, I've been told by them why I'm here. But I want to hear the real reason from you.
You: Sure. The reason why I sent these two out to get you, on account of me getting stuck in a long meeting with somebody named Pastor Nichts, is because I wanted to bring my daughter home.
Eve:............. I'm sorry what?
Ruby: Wait, Eve is your daughter?! Oh my goodness, I did not see that coming!
Pyrrha: I did.
You: Yes. To everyone who is as oblivious as Ozpin is to an actual threat, Eve is my daughter. Now I want to have a talk with her in private. You two can go do whatever the hell you want, as long as it ain't here.
Ruby and Pyrrha take their leave. They start walking through the halls to the armory for a little target practice.
Ruby: So how did you know she was his daughter?
Pyrrha: I kinda figured when we found her. He sent us to find somebody, who obviously isn't human. If you focus hard enough, they almost have the same kind of aura.
Ruby: What aura? Murderous intent?
They make their way to a set of doors. Ruby reaches for the handle.
Pyrrha: Pretty much. Although she seems to be a little bit more... mature.
Ruby: I think-
*WHAM*
The doors suddenly swing open and wack Ruby to the ground.
Penny: We're baaaack!
Penny and Velvet make it into the hall with the other two. Pyrrha helps a disoriented Ruby off the ground. Velvet writes on her note pad and brings it up.
Velvet: "She's been doing that for the past five minutes."
Penny: And it finally payed off! How have you two been?
Pyrrha: Oh, just fine. We accomplished our mission and, well, not died. We'll talk more at the armory.
Penny: Sounds splendid.
Velvet: "Dido."
After Ruby was able to clear her head from the hit, they get back to their journey to the armory.
[Location: Meeting room]
You: Take a seat, Eve.
Still shocked from the fact she has just met her father for the first time, she sits back down in her chair. You take a seat across from her.
You: Now, I know this is a lot to take in. Even if it's just one thing. So whatever questions you have, ask away.
Eve: Ok... How?
You:... I knew we would have this talk one day. So when a mommy human and a daddy me love eachother very much-well not really love-
Eve: That's not what I meant! I mean how am I your daughter? And if I remember correctly it takes eighteen years for a baby to fully grow, and my memory only goes as far as a few months to when I saw nothing but red and... a giant clocked figure.
You: That's what I was trying to explain. Long story short, I boinked some chick a few months back. Given the fact that I am a deity, of course you'd develop much more quickly in the process.
Eve: So... I'm the daughter of a god?
You: Which makes you a goddess, so to speak.
Eve: Woah... So who is my mother?
You:.......... You know what? I'll just leave that as a surprise for you in the future.
Eve: But I'm at liberty to know!
You: And I'm at liberty to tell you jack shit. On account that I'm you're father. Do you have anymore questions?
[Location: Armory]
Penny: So Eve is Father's daughter? I would have never guessed.
Velvet: "I did."
In the armory's shooting range, Penny uses her turrets as Ruby uses Crescent Rose to shoot down distant targets. Pyrrha sharpens up Miló as Velvet goes back to sketching on her note pad.
Pyrrha: So what is going to happen in Atlas now that we're starting to gain control of their factories?
Penny: First we'll create new battle droids to help strengthen the Children. Once we have control of all of them, that will be the end of the Atlesians. Which will be the end of Atlas in no time! We'll have to do something about the Banshee though.
Ruby: You mentioned that before. What is it?
Penny: Apparently it's one of the three Titans that showed up a few months back. They are to be viewed as hostile from here on out.
Pyrrha: Well, maybe the Witch is one of them. Showing up out of nowhere, destroying everything in its path, scary as heck.
Penny: I don't think so. This Witch seems tamed compared to the Banshee.
Ruby: What? The Witch is the former professor Goodwitch and she's slaughtered most people in her path! We barely managed to survive. Twice!
Penny: Yes, but the Banshee had to be chased off by half the Atlas air force. It doesn't seem much effort is being put in to deal with the Witch.
Ruby: Oh yeah? Well... Pyrrha threw a jeep at her that-that exploded and she still kept coming!
Penny: The Banshee is probably still being bombarded with aerial fire power from the mysterious dog pilots and still flying as we speak.
Ruby: Well obviously, even though we almost died, we were able to fend off the Witch.
Velvet: "With the full help of a demigod that has dealt with her before. Plus I head butted the Banshee in the middle of a blizzard, several miles in the sky."
Ruby: Yeah well... Yeah well... Shut up! How about that?!
Velvet just stares at Ruby for a second before writing something down.
Velvet: "I'm telling."
She takes her leave and heads back to you.
Ruby: Wait! NO!
Ruby charges after her and leaves her rifle behind.
Penny: Quite competitive, isn't she?
Velvet takes a brisk walk down the halls, unaware of the speeding red blur heading right for her from behind. A moment later Ruby tackles her to the ground, knocking Velvet's mask off. She tries to get back on her feet only for Ruby to grab her legs and pull, causing her to fall back down. She begins to crawl to the meeting room as Ruby just hugs her legs to try and weigh her down. Going for a different tactic she flips Velvet on her back and straddles her, grabbing her left arm in one hand and pushing her face to the ground with the other.
As they begin to exchange grunts of struggling, their little wrestling session is cut short as the doors to the meeting room swing open and two figures spot them on the floor. They freeze on the spot as they look up to see you and Eve just staring at you.
Ruby: Uhm... Hi?
You:........... Girls I know at this age you tend to get a little curious. But for goodness sake, have some form of self control.
Confused, Ruby looks down at the position she and Velvet are in. Velvet looks back at her and begins to wiggle her eye brows. Ruby, now realising the situation, sports a blush and jumps off of her.
Ruby: I-its not what it looks like!
You: I'm sure it is. Anyway, it may be hard to tell but it's getting late. Go find the others and tell them to turn in.
Wasting no time, Ruby rushes back to the armory. Velvet gets up and shows him her note pad.
Velvet: "Ruby told me to shut up."
You: Well you do talk a lot. Now hustle.
Her ears droop down as she goes to pick up her mask and takes her leave.
You: Come on Eve. I'll show you where you will be staying.
You walk the other way and head to where Eve's room will be. However, she looks back to where Velvet had walked off to.
Eve:......... She's kinda cute.
With nothing else left, she follows after you.
