I was by myself when the curse first happened but I am now in a pack with Azog as the leader. He doesn't know who I am or what I was. I knew he wanted to find the same person I did, but for completely different reasons. That is the only reason I am with him now. I was sitting on my Warg, Shadow who is pitch black, darker then night. I had him before I joined the pack and had him change his size whenever I wanted. This was never done in front of others of course.
The curse was due to elvish magic as people didn't believe that I truly cared and loved the young prince, well king now. It's all because I didn't show much emotion.
I was humming a tune I had been taught as a kid, back when I was still a Dwarf instead of this filthy life I live now as an Orc. I heard different ways of apparently breaking the curse but that just confused me. I wanted to try them all but heck I wasn't risking my death just to turn back to a dwarf for my funeral. After humming for so long I began to sing the lyrics.
Far over the Misty Mountains cold,
To dungeons deep and carvans old,
We must await ere break of day,
To find our long-forgotten gold.
The pines are roaring on the height
The winds are moaning in the night,
The fire was red it flaming spread,
The trees like torches blazed with night.
Far over the Misty Mountains cold,
To dungeons deep and carvans old,
We must await ere break of day,
To find our long-forgotten gold.
The pines are roaring on the height,
The winds are moaning in the night,
The fire was red it flaming spread,
The trees like torches blazed with night.
I had finished singing and was looking over the ridge. I heard clapping from behind. I turned to see Azog and the others there clapping "Your voice always seems to amaze me." He said pulling his Warg alongside mine. "We are leaving soon to go for a rest. I will send someone to come get you since you haven't slept in days." He said and all I could do was nod.
I went not far into the woods and got off Shadow, he laid down and I did the same with my head resting on his front paws. He rested his head on mine and I drifted off into wonderland.
-Dreams-
"Thorin, let's go fight!" A teenage me yelled dragging a year older Thorin. He ran after me as I dart into the woods, stopping as I come face to face with a goblin. I drew my sword as did Thorin, we charged together taking down each leg and swinging our swords round and plunging them into the goblin.
We laughed as we celebrated our easy victory. "Thorin, promise me that we'll always fight on the same side, and no matter what happens you won't forget me" I said looking idea at the lifeless goblin. His hand reached under my jaw and made me turn to face him. "I promise" was all he said before kissing me and taking my hand back towards the place we called home.
-End-
(Bolg POV)
I was sent by my dad Azog to go receive (y/n). She was fierce and strong, she knew exactly what she needed to do in battle. Her Warg, he obeys her to the very end. In fact they all did, she has the strong nature and personality of a leader.
"So what's the plan?" Asked the girls voice out the blue. I turned to see her and her black Warg, striding towards me. How the hell did I miss her, whoops."We're leaving to go find the dwarves and report their location. " She knew the plan and got on her Warg whistling for her Warg and the solo Warg's to start running down the hill.
The rest of us followed after them, I caught up as we rode side by side. We came to a cliff edge and saw the pesky dwarves. The Warg's got restless and began to howl.
(Thorin's POV)
I'm standing listening to Balin explain to the burglar that the dreadful orcs and why I hated them so much from when they beheaded my grandfather. The sounds of Wargskulls howls continue to sound throughout the dark night.
The dwarfs all knew well enough that there was another reason as to why I was currently in a fowl mood. It's been ten years since I lost the only girl I've ever came across that I actually liked and who also liked me back for who I was.
She died at a young dwarf age, nearly 10 years ago. I still keep on me the chain she wore around her neck. She was loved by everyone in my family and Castle. She used to wear a black tunic, and have half her (h/c) hair tied up in a high ponytail and the other half down.
My grandad used to say to me that she's not actually dead, and it was just a curse with a hiddious appearance. He said something along the lines of "she's just lost, in a unrecognisable appearance. You were made for each other even as toddlers, and growing up you two only got closer. You will find her."
It's hard for me to believe, that after all these years she's still alive. Somewhere. My goal is to take back the lonely mountain, to kill Smaug, and if my grandfather was telling the truth, find (y/n).
My grandad had spoken to me about what to do when I became king. He even suggested to marry her due to her loyalty to our family and she had leader qualities with the way she had been brought up.
Besides that, she used to be able to come up with ways to cover whatever flaws I had made in plans or in life. After my grandfather had died against the orcs she was there at the funeral by my side. Along with my father's from when he died due to grief.
(Y/n POV)
Bolg had ordered for some orcs to go back and pass on the news of finding the dwarves. I couldn't take my eyes of them knowing that my king was over there amongst them.
"(Y/n), I want you follow them and we will wait for my father." I heard Bolg say and I was happy that I was chosen. I knew Gandalf was with them he says he can help me to break my curse.
I nodded and took Shadow down the cliff with ease before bounding towards them. I saw them moving obviously knowing that an Orc pack wasn't far away.
