She watched you repeatedly beat her by the staircase, trying her hardest to voluntarily take the pain instead of her sister like a kamikaze soldier sacrificing himself for his country.
Time and time again you drain her from self love, happiness and her identity
You infuse self loathing into her mental state
Leave her questioning what a healthy relationship is and even her own sanity
She walks around aimlessly, at war with her own self and everybody around her
Trying to scrub off your abusive words off her skin
While you take pleasure in shaking her mental health to its core
"Physical abuse leaves marks, bruises , cuts etc"
She thinks she isn't being abused because her abuser is so intelligent in hitting her in places where there'd be no evidence, manipulating her mind to think it's nothing, it's normal
"I didn't leave a mark"
As if she should get on her knees and present her a medal for not leaving bruises on the outside to match the ones within.
