It's been about 2 months since I last saw Dally, and me and Jaden got together. Sodapop told me that he's been in jail, again. Dally's always in jail, more times than you can count. This time, he pointed a gun at a police officer and threatend to shoot him, if the police officers shot him. It's really stupid of him, and I don't know why he did it. I pretended not to care al lot about it, but I was freaking out inside. I wonder if he has a death wish or something, ot's just stupid of him to do that.
Anyway, today Dally's getting out of jail, and Jaden wants to take me to the home coming dance. I'm super excited. Right now, I'm at one of Jaden's practice's. I didn't only come here because I'm his girlfriend and he asked me to come, but because there's a possibility that he might take his shirt off! He has rock hard abs, who wouldn't want to see that, besides boys? I sat on the bleachers and watched. Man did he look hot. I was almost drooling. I looked around and noticed other girls looking at him. They were giggling, smiling, and waving at him. Too bad for them cause he's mine, all mine. But I still want to rip them apart. I did my best to control my temper and continued to watch Jaden.
He was done a few mintues later. He grabbed his shirt and bag and sprinted to me. I stood up and met him at the bottom of the bleachers. He dropped his stuff, and picked me up in a hug. I kissed him and he set me down.
"Hey baby" he greeted, when we pulled away.
"Hey" I replied. He grabbed his stuff, and we headed back home. He dropped me off at my house and went home. I walked inside to find the gang either sprawled out on the couch, searching for something to eat, or watching Tv. "I'm home" I said. They didn't even turn. I made my way to my room, and as I did, I accidently bumped into someone. I lookde up to see Dally staring down at me.
"Watch it" he said coldly.
"Well excuse me Mr Badass" I replied, and walked past him. God, talk about mean. I took a deep breath and began getting ready. First, I went into the restroom and took a bath. The warm water felt nice against my skin. I got out and put on shorts and a plain t-shirt. Then, I got my straightner and plugged it in. I straightened my hair, then put a bump-it on. Huh, my hair looked a bit like Snookies. I then, did my make up as perfect as I can. When I finished, I looked in the mirror. I couldn't believe it was me. I was GORGEAOUS! Next was the dress. I got it out of my dresser. It was a black cocktail dress with a black and silver leaves as a strap, going down to the middle of the dress, and a silver and black rose in the middle of the dress and the strap. It looked so beautiful. Then, I got my sliver heels and slipped them on. I took one last look in the mirror, and grabbed my bag. I can't believe it. I'm goiong to my first highschool dance. I didn't go to my highschool dance, cause when I became a model, I had to be home schooled. It pretty much sucked, but that's super stardom.
"Cyndy, Jaden's here" Darry called from the livingroom.
"I'm going" I called back. I opened the door and slowly walked into the livingroom. The whole gang was there and Jaden. They were talking, but stopped once they saw me. All the guys loooked star struck. I smiled. Half of them were almost drooling. Jaden stood up and came up to me.
"You look amazing Candy" he said. I giggled.
"Thanks, you too" I replied. He grabbed my hand and held it in his. I turned to Soda and Darry.
"Be back by midnight okay?" I nodded. "Have fun" Darry said. WIth that said, Jaden and I were off. It was pretty quiet on the way there. When we arrived, girls glared at me, and the guys glared at Jaden. We were the best looking couple there. Jaden was wearing a black and white suite, and he hadhis hair tousled on top of his head. He looked like a dream, absolutely cute. But there was a wierd feeling in my stomach. I've had ever since a week after we started dating. Pretty long time. I looked around the gym. It was decorated in pink, blue, purple, and red. So colorful. I wonder how they did the big crown on the stage, and the septer. It looked pretty cool.
"Want to dance?" I turned to Jaden and nodded. He led me to the dancefloor. A slow song was playing, so we just swayed. He was holding me close. I felt kinda safe in his arms. What did I do to deserve him? I rest my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes for a moment. I felt like I was flaoting in mid air. His hand layed perfectly on the middle of my back. Hand in hand, my other hand on his shoulder. Everything seemed perfect once. Nothing could ruin this, nothing. "Having fun?" I opened my eyes.
"Yea" I replied.
"You do look like you are" Jaden replied. I chuckled.
"Thanks for taking me" I said
"Anything for you" he replied. Out of nowhere, we heard the gym doors burst open. I didn't even bother turning. But I did, when I was yanked away from Jaden. What was going on? I turned and saw Dally, holding onto my arm tightly.
"What are you doing?" I was a bit upset. Not really, don't ask why.
"Cyndy, I'm really sorry for pushing. I never ment to hurt you, just please come back to me" he pleaded. I sighed.
"It's too late Dally" I replied.
"You don't really believe that, I know you already" he said. I shook my head.
"No you don't" I responded.
"Please, you're the only thing I love and care about in this whole world" he said.
"Then you shouldn't of hurt me, you already moved on, so why can't I?" He gulped.
"I didn't move on. When I said I was busy, was because I wouldn't be able to stand seeing you with him, and I used Shelly to try and make you jealous" he explained.
"So you played with my feelings then? I was ganna go back to you, but then I saw you with what's her name, and I ran off. Jaden was acually there to help me, not hurt me" I stated.
"I didn't want to hurt you, I never did. I just couldn't live without you anymore, please" he pleaded.
"Why should I?" There was a lump in my throught. No, I'm not ganna cry for him this time. He deserves to be alone.
"Because, I tried getting myself killed instead of jailed when I found out you started dating Jaden. I really can't live without you. You're the first girl that has ever made me feel anything" he replied. I crossed my arms. Did I really? Was I the the first thing he ever loved and cared about? Or was he lying to me? I stood there speechless. What am I supposed to say?
"You really hurt me Dallas, I just don't want to be heart broken ever again" I said.
"I won't hurt you, or let anyone either, just please. I love you" he replied. Woa, did he just say that he loves me? Okay, so I guess I couldn't hold back the tears anymore. They came running down my cheeks, and I couldn't stop them. I turned to Jaden, and he smiled.
"Go, you two belong together" he softly said. I went up to him and hugged him tightly.
"Thanks Jaden, you are one of the bestest friends I have ever had" I said. He hugged me back, then he left me go. I looked at Dally. He had a pleading look on his face. I ran upto him and kissed him. At first, he was surprised, then he returned the kiss. I guess Dally was my prince charming after all.
In the end, Jaden and I stayed friends for the rest of my life. He lookde out for me, and made me laugh all the time. Dally and I ended up getting married, and he doesn't get into trouble anymore. I was able to change him. We had three kids, 2 boys and 1 girl. He treats me like a princess. He doesn't let anyone hurt me in any way, and he's faithful to me. He works and makes enough to support us, maybe even more. He's the perfect husband a girl can ever have.
Darry ended up getting married with a soc girl, and lives in the west side now. Soda also got married, with Two-Bit's sister. Who would of thought. He works hard to keep food on the table for his wife and thier little girl. Steve mover far away and was never heard of again. Two-Bit works now, and has a girlfriend. He's planning on proposing someday now. I wish them the best. Everybody is happy with thier life, just like me. Oh, and Jaden also got married, with some greaser girl. She's really nice, they make a cute couple.
