Help part II

I opened the door and instantly I was welcomed by the warm air blasted on my face. As I walk through the tables, the sight of the restaurant didn't occur to me for i was preoccupuwith something more valuable.
It is indeed classy and the chefs maybe top tier but all I see was Jamie and her family singing Happy birthday to a guy.
My feet stopped and I was creasing my forehead in thought. Wasn't it her birthday?
Why?
Why is she celebrating with some..... guy?
"Ms?"
I took my eyes off of them and saw a personnel in the restaurant looking at me in confusion. Of course who wouldn't be?
Here I am, standing like a statue in the middle of the restaurant.
"Uhm....I was, I mean I'm her friend and we're actually celebrating her birthday but it was...?" she smiled at me and whispered.
"It's her brother, those two are really good with each other. Unfortunately, her brother has a down syndrome and it's his birthday now" she revealed.
"Her-- Her what? Brother?" I was rendered speechless.
I knew about her future but this, this is all new to me. I didn't even knew she have a brother and what more, she lied to me.
"Do you want me to lead you at their table?" she politely ask.
"No thank you, I'll go there myself. Oh, and thank you by the way" then she smiled while I walk away.
My shoes were sending a click clack sound, almost a rhythm as I walk towards her family. There I saw the smiling face of Jamie, my best friend.
She look so happy, her eyes were drawn to her brother and I could see fondness behind it. She was pecking him in his forehead, I could hear the laughter's and voice of her family as I neared through them.
"Jamie?" that came off as a question.
She lifts her head and I can see shock and fear on her face as she clutch the hand of his brother. Her family turn towards us and ushered Jamie towards me, leaving us to talk.
"Wanna join the party?" Jamie ask.
"Hell yeah"
Then off we go as another round of laughter's and happy tears are shed.
......
"I'm sorry for not telling you" I could hear the remorse on her tone.
"Don't be, I totally understand you. I'm just a little bit hurt, but it's fine. Family comes first, and I'm glad I met him, even though it's only just a glance" she giggled at me.
"He was totally in love with the cake, so yep" she grinned at me, then we giggled together.
This is the only time that I saw her so happy and free, as if everything was fine. She was no longer the fierce and joker girl but a doting older sister towards her younger brother.
"I just-- I didn't want to let others know of him because I'm scared. Scared that he'll receive harsh words and gazes at him. I just-- I want him to live a happy and unrestrained life" she explains.
"I'll always be there for you" then I grabbed her hand and we shared a knowing smile.
The sun was bright and everything look so peaceful, but behind it, was a storm coming.
Calm before the storm.
I held her hands and we watch her family leaving while I say my farewells to her brother, Timothy.
"Let's go?" She ask.
I nodded at her, my hands still holding her tightly as I ignored her gaze towards me. I know for sure that I needed to explain some things to her, though it wouldn't be that bad.
She knows me, and she know what I've been through too.
"Is everything okay Rin?" her tug made me stop.
"Yes, everything's fi-"
The sound of car was heard, my eyes followed through and I could only sigh in regret as I watch them stood tall before us.
They're here.
And without a second thought, I called for back up.
I was sure that he was following me as what we just plan on before I came here. His face were devoid of anything as he looks at the person who wants to do something to Jamie.
"You know what to do"
His friends or should I say, acquaintances followed through and soon, the peaceful day has become chaotic.
After minutes of fighting, grunts were heard as I soon heard the pleas of mercy of the men who wants to capture Jamie. I walk towards them, still holding Jamie's trembling hands.
"Who sent you" my bone chilling voice state.
"I-- I can't s-say! He'll-- He'll kill me!" he stutters as he tried to avoid my gaze on him.
Narrowing my eyes, I ask again, but with a threat.
"Tell me, or I'll make sure you rot in hell without anyone's knowing"
"It's-- It's young miss, u-un.....uncle" he said while he pleads on me with his eyes.
Soon left and only the sound of the police sirens we're heard. The sobbing of Jamie still continues and I rub her back, carefully.
"How-- How could he do this?! To- To me o-of all people!" she bites her lips and sobs again.
And then she blacks out.
"Jamie? Jamie! Call the ambulance! Now!" I shouted and the surrounding just turned bleak.
It was a horryfying scene for me. For me to witness another important person in my life to be sent at the hospital again, it triggered the trauma and the fear I was desperately tried to buried.
"She just passed out, it's normal to be like that after witnessing her uncle's betrayal" he suddenly said.
I look towards him and said, smiling sadly while feeling grateful at the comfort at the same time.
"Thank you, Stefan"

Here I am, apologizing for my tired and lazy self. I'm just tired all the time and I got too bored to write buttttttt. I still love to write guys so this story is still continuing.
Lately, I've been watching a lot of documentaries even though I'm not really into those. But it fascinates me and because of that, I created Timothy, Jamie's brother who has down syndrome.
I watch it in a documentation and I feel in love with it in just a span of minutes. The siblings connection and love towards each other made me jealous and at the same time, happy.
So please PLEASE I hope I won't get backlashed or anything because I have stated one of the most beautiful and pure persons in the world.
