Side of love
Do I hate you but love you sometimes,
or do I love you and hate you sometimes.
I really can't tell which is sad since you're my mom.
I go back and forth with myself in my head,
trying to figure out if you love me
or if I'm just here to do your work.
It makes me sad not knowing if you love me you're daughter, or not.
I cry and you say I have no right to,
my head hurts and you say its no big deal,
but when you have to spend your day off to clean,
you cry and bitch as if I don't have to go to school,
try my hardest, be depressed, be stressed and try to protect you,
then you say I'm lazy and ungrateful
and yell at me for not getting A's in all my classes,
classes you couldn't even pass in high school.
I just don't understand you and how you think.
Please, mom just understand.
Not everything's about you.
