corbyn woke up the next morning from the sound of beeping. his phone lay face up on his bedside table and the small device kept vibrating. it would light up every few seconds as another text came in.
corbyn rubbed his eyes as he sat up in bed. realizing that his bare chest was exposed to the cold he wrapped a blanket around himself before reaching over and grabbing his phone.
corbyn forced himself to stay calm as he glanced over his previous notifications.

corbyn sighed before clicking on the instagram notification. he wasn't even going to deny that he had shawn's post notifications turned on. that man was hot.
he smiled as he saw that it was note to the fans telling them just how much shawn loved them. those notes never failed to make corbyn smile.
now came the part corbyn had been trying to avoid. he clicked on jonah's contact name and soon his phone had loaded his messages.

jonah actually cared. that felt way nicer than it had before. instantly corbyn forgot all about his worries that jonah had forgotten about him.
he missed his friend but still it made sense. jonah was in college, probably having the time of his life. corbyn was just stopping him from living out that life. he had done this, all of it.
he had to text jonah back though and explain to his friend what was going through his brain.

corbyn waited ten minutes. no response from jonah. he had felt like things had been getting better but now it was bad. his friend had left him on read.
that sucked.
he couldn't believe how badly he must've fucked up now. jonah never did that to anyone especially his friends. clearly college had changed the boy.
