Wes was glad it was a Friday when Thad found out, because he always left for the weekends. On a less great note, so did David.
Dalton was emptier than usual that weekend, lots of people having gone home.
He was wandering around Dalton when he passed through the Warbler practice room. The piano in the corner caught his eye; why they had a piano at an a cappella school, he didn't know. Maybe just so Blaine could get onto it while he was performing.
Making sure there was nobody around, he walked over to it and looked through the music. There were a few classics, like Billy Joel or Beethoven, but mostly recent songs.
The title catching his eye, he flipped through one of the books of sheet music.
He smiled, stopping as he found a it. The perfect song, really.
He adjusted the bench, stretching his fingers. It had been a long time since he played piano.
Double-checking that nobody was around, he began to play. He knew this song by heart; he didn't need the lyrics.
