Shawn Mendes. The best husband on this earth. Shawn has taken time off from touring as in he isn't going on tour this year and now works shorter hours just for me or should I say we? Yes we, I am pregnant and carrying a little baby girl.
Shawn doesn't want me to do anything so I'm on complete house rest meaning I'm not allowed to do much. The only thing I do really is spend time with Shawn and my best friend Katrina while Shawn is at the studio so I have some company.
Shawn cooks food because he doesn't want me to hurt myself in anyway so I don't hurt the baby. He is being very cautious around me and making sure i don't do anything too straining.
Today Katrina couldn't come over so I decided to face time Shawn.
"Hey allie baby."
"Hey sweetie."
"Is everything alright?"
"Not really I'm quite lonely plus I feel fat and that because of that you are going to leave me for someone skinnier."
"Why would you think that?"
"I..I don't know hormones I guess."
"Allie I'm not going to leave you and you are not fat. The reason because you are carrying our child. I love you ok. You are my gorgeous girl."
"Thank you Shawn I love you too."
"How about I leave earlier today as in right now?"
"That would be great."
"Ok baby I'm going to come home then. I'll see you soon. Love you."
"Bye. Love you too."
I feel better telling Shawn about what I felt. I always promised him I would tell him what's wrong and to always tell him if something is bothering me.
Not long after I hear the door and Shawn is home.
"Hey sweetie."
"Hey baby girl you ok?"
"Better now that you are home."
"Aw you are so cute."
He leans down and kisses my stomach.
"And I hope you are ok aswell my little one." He says making me chuckle.
"I'm proud of you allie you told me your problem."
"Thank you Shawn."
He kisses me. Then gets up from leaning down.
He sits next to me and pulls me into a massive cuddle.
We cuddle and just say nothing. The silence is calming.
We have a meal that Shawn has cooked then go to bed because the baby is draining all of my energy and I'm tired. Shawn pulls me into his chest and honestly everything is perfect. I have a perfect man and we are about to have the perfect child. I wouldn't trade my life for anything.
