I stared up at the sky wondering if the rain would ever stop. My teacher made us do P.E. whatever the weather, guess I wouldn't mind if I was her seeing as she had 6 layers of clothing on and a blue umbrella. I crossed my arms as if doing that my body heat couldn't escape. I was wearing black shorts and a jumper with the school logo on my left breast. (Y/BF/N) was standing next to me desperate to impress the teacher with her running skills. "Come on (Y/N) stop being so lazy" she shouts at me even though we were standing next to each other. "Oh shut up" I rolled my eyes at her and she did too in reply with a smile creeping up at the corner of her mouth and started to run off with the other girls. The teacher looks at me from the corner of her eye and glares at me. She hates me. I know she does and she doesn't try to hide it. I don't blame her, I hate me too.
The rain came crashing down on my face smearing my mascara and getting my hair dripping wet. Miss had made me run around the track with the others, I however was getting overlapped by everyone. From the corner of my eye I see my boyfriend, Dan Lewis, approach the track. He skipped class. I couldn't help but smirk and shake my head. We met each others eyes and i instantly stopped running. We stared at each other holding constant eye contact until he smiled and I awkwardly smiled back. He beckoned me over with his hand asking me to join him at skipping class. 'Thank god' I thought and started to scan the track. Everyone had started to walk back to the fence where Miss has a big speech about 'how we could do better' prepared. I looked back at Dan and whispered under my breath 'F**k it' and started sprinting towards him. This is the fasted I've ran all day I thought amused.
