The next day saw the boys walking hand in hand towards the entrance of the youth Hostel, Dec laughed to himself upon seeing who was at the reception desk. "Hey Anth? Can you wait down here while I grab my stuff? I won't be long but my rooms a mess. " Dec said slightly embarrassed, running a hand through his perfectly styled hair.
"Course baby take your time." Replied the presenter, kissing Dec softly before allowing the smaller Geordie to enter the complex who winked at a gobsmacked member of staff as he went.
Ant chuckled to himself and walked through the automatic doors, there was a seat off to the side but it didn't look as though it could take half of his weight, So he remained stood in the middle of the foyer.
"Oh my god what the actual fuck! You're that yummy presenter from the telly! cheeky bugger was telling the truth!" The women said, her eyes wide and mouth practically touching the ground, looking at Ant in amazement.
"It's nice to meet you I'm Ant." The presented said kindly, giving the women his winning smile. "Who was telling the truth?"
"Hmm? Oh the short fella, Declan, he came in the other day and I was like, someone got laid last night and he was all like wow how could you tell! And I was all like Its obvious and then I was like so who was the lucky guy and he was all like a millionaire from like the telly and I was all like fat chance! 'cause I though he was taking the micky but the little bugger wasn't kidding because now you're here, looking fine as fuck I might add and youse were holding hands and kissing and it was cute af." The women spoke as if she'd never heard of a comma in her life. She didn't even pause for a breathe and the presenter found himself struggling to follow the story a little when she was talking a mile a minute.
Ant decided to just laugh at her monologue and lean against the counter casually. "Well Thankyou... I guess."
"No problem sweetie. Mind if I get a picture?"
"Of course you can" Ant said kindly, coming up close and posing for a photo with her, he was taken by surprise when the women grabbed his cheeks and placed a big wet kiss on his lips. She let go, causing a very stunned Ant to stumble back.
"Lisa! You could've warned the man." Came a slightly higher pitched Geordie accent, from the doorway.
"Dec it's not what it looked like I swear." Ant said panicked by how that might have been interpreted. Dec started laughing walking over to a very panicked Ant. Anth looked at him in confusion as Dec wrapped his arms around his middle and wiped the taller mans mouth of lipstick before kissing his cheek fondly. "I know it's not Ant calm down. Lisa I believe you owe me a Double decker." Dec said smugly not taking his eyes off Ants confused face.
"Gladly." Replied the receptionist who walked over to the vending machine and bought a Double Decker, before passing it to Dec who pocketed it happily.
"Honey?"
"Yes Anth?"
"Did you just sell me for a chocolate bar?"
"Not just a chocolate bar... a double decker chocolate bar." The geordie replied cheekily, making Ant laugh and shake his head.
"I've always wanted to kiss a celebrity." Interrupted Lisa equally as happy.
"Right. Was it up to your expectations?" Ant asked as Dec pulled away and grabbed his Key, handing it to the women.
"Better." She said and winked, making Ant blush.
"Back off tiger he's taken." Said Dec finally putting his foot down.
"I can see that, you two are absolutely adorable Doolittle"
"Doolittle?" Asked Ant confused. Dec turned to Ant, his cheeks blushing furiously.
"That's her nickname for me."
"Yep Decky Doolittle. Suits him don't it?" Lisa said ruffling Dec's neat brown hair. Dec batted her hand away and desperately tried to fix his hair.
"Don't touch the hair sister. " He warned sassily. "Anyway we best be off, so I guess this is farewell, it was lovely to have met you Lisa, maybe we will meet again sometime?" Dec said picking up his rucksack and guitar.
"This is all you're taking?" Asked Ant looking at Dec's small bag.
"This is all I've got." Dec replied, a little ashamed. "It's best to travel light and I'm always travelling" he shrugged, Ant nodded in understanding and turned to smile at Lisa.
"It was a pleasure." Ant said in his gentlemanly manner, walking over to take Dec's smaller hand in his.
"Pleasures all mine. Goodbye boys" she smiled and waved.

The two Geordies sat comfortably in the back of the car, fingers intertwined as they made their way to the airport. Ants attention was drawn from the window of the car by the sound of a wrapper being undone.
"You're unbelievable." Ant said but there was no malice behind his words, it was said in a loving way.
"But you love me." Dec replied happily, taking a bite of his chocolate bar, thinking how amazing it felt to say that.
"I do." Ant replied honestly, leaning in and taking a bite of Dec's Double Decker.
"Hey that's mine!" Dec exclaimed pouting adorably.
"I earned it." Replied Ant raising an eyebrow.
"Fair point." Dec smiled and leant up to capture Ants lips with his own. "You taste chocolatey" Dec giggled and Ant grinned at his innocence.
"You're so cute." Dec just rested his head comfortably on Ants shoulder, fitting perfectly on the crook of his neck. Ant rested his head on Dec's gently, rubbing his hand on Decs thigh, thinking that this is what paradise felt like.
"When is the flight?" Asked Dec curiously looking at his watch
"Whenever we want." Ant replied nonchalantly.
"That's not how planes work Ant. They have a take off time." Dec mocked.
"Not my Jet, it fly's when I say so." Ant said calmly making Dec's eyes grow to the size of saucers.
"YOU HAVE A PRIVATE JET!?!?" He exclaimed practically jumping out of his seat.
"Haha yes, I do."
"You're kidding." Dec said honestly not believing his ears.
"No I'm not. I'll prove it to you." Ant said just as the car pulled up at the runway. He lent in to whisper into the singers ear "Turn around."
Dec did as he was told and turned around, his eyes came to rest on a medium sized luxury white and red plane. His mouth hung open as he stared at the aircraft in shock. Ant shuffled forward and rested his arms around his Dec's middle, resting his head on the shocked man's shoulder and kissing his cheek.
"No way." Dec whispered in amazement.
"Yes way." Ant laughed, pressing feather light kisses on Dec's neck. "Come on lets get to Newcastle before tea time." Ian walked round and opened up the door for the two Geordies, chucking at Dec who quite literally looked like a kid at a candy store.
"Thankyou Ian." They both said in sync as they stepped out from the car.
"You're welcome sir's. Have a good trip."
They both smiled at him before Ant grabbed Declan's hand and lead him to the Jet where the pilot was there to greet them.
Dec moved around the plane like a kid at a toy store, exploring every inch of the plane before coming to sit next to Ant, who casually wrapped a strong arm around the shorter Geordies shoulders. The air hostess's went through the safety briefing and asked the boys to strap in their seatbelts ready for take off. The engine started up and the plane began to rumble and move. At this point Ant noticed a considerable change in Dec's behaviour, he'd become all quiet and tense. As the plane took off into the air the presenter looked over and noticed Dec had his eyes shut tightly and was gripping the arm rest until his knuckles were white.
"Hey Decky you Okay?"
"I'm fine," Dec whispered. "Just never been on a plane before and im kinda scared of heights."
"You should have said something kidda don't worry the take off is the worst part, once we level off you won't even know we are flying." Dec nodded and held onto Ants hand tightly until the plane had gained enough altitude and levelled off making the ride smooth just like Ant had said, he felt a lot safer and opened his eyes one by one, realising how hard he'd been gripping Ants hand.
"Sorry." Dec said blushing, releasing the presenters hand from his bone crushing hold.
"It's okay, it's always scary the first time." Ant sighed on seeing Dec's sad face, but thought of a plan to cheer him right up.
"Wanna know one of the perks of a private jet?"
"What?" Dec asked curiously.
Ant grabbed a remote from the side, pressed a few buttons, causing a fancy Tv to descend from the ceiling, making Dec gasp in amazement, completely forgetting about his embarrassment. Next he pressed call button above their head and a lady came and took their orders for food which had Dec ordering half the menu of snacks when he found out it was free. Ant smiled watching Dec enjoy himself, knowing the guy damn well deserved it.

"Mr Mcpartlin, Mr Donnelly we will be landing in Newcastle very shortly if you could please return to your seats and put on your safety belts." Clicking in their safety belts the boys took a look out the window, getting a full view of their hometown and the Tyne river.
"What if your mam doesn't like me?" Dec asked, nervously pulling at his shirt and adjusting his hair in the reflective surface of the window.
"Of course she'll like you, what's not to like?" Ant said giving Dec a quick kiss, he laughed when the small singer went straight back to sorting out his hair. "Decky stop fussing, you look perfect and she's not going to dislike you if you have a single hair out of place."
"First impressions are very important Anth."
"I know Decky but you look beautiful just the way you are." Ant said, cupping Dec's cheek so he could look into his forest orbs. "I love you and that's all that matters to me and my mam."
"I love you too." Dec said placing his hand over Ants and pulling it to kiss his knuckles.
"Evening Gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have landed successfully in Newcastle, so you may undo your safety belts. I hope you've both enjoy your flight today and have a lovely time on your trip." The boys unstrapped their belts and grabbed their stuff, Ant handed Dec his sticker covered guitar case and walked down the steps of the Jet onto Newcastle soil which Dec was incredibly happy about.
Dec turned to Ant in surprise as he felt a larger hand engulf his own. Ant just smiled and pulled the smaller Geordie closer to his side, making Dec grin widely, cause they had held hands before but this would be in front of Ants family.
Looking on to the flat expanse of the runway Dec noticed a modest Mini parked alone on the concrete and he could only guess that was the welcome party. A young girl about 17 with dyed blondish hair stepped out of the passenger seat and squealed looking at the two boys walking towards the car. She ran the last few meters and ant let go of Dec's hand to open his arms wide for the young girl. "Ant!!" She exclaimed happily jumping into his arms, laughing as ant swung her around in a tight embrace.
"Hey Sis! Wow you look so grown up." He commented as he placed her back on the ground. Dec watched, kinda wishing he could hold his sisters again although there would be a bit of a role reversal with him being the smallest. He was broken out of his thoughts as the young girl approach him, she didn't have Ants hair but she definitely had his eyes and face shape.
"You must be Declan! We've heard so much about you!" She said excitedly embracing the small Geordie in a big hug almost squeezing all the air out of the startled singer.
"Let the poor boy breathe Sara." A Middle aged plumped women said casually as she strolled towards the three juniors. "Anthony we've missed you." She said warmly as they shared a long loving hug, Ants face one of pure happiness.
"Missed you too ma." He said and pulled away turning to Dec and Sara. "Mam, Sara this is my boyfriend Declan." Dec shot Ant a shocked looked but it quickly turned to one of happiness at being introduced by Ant so easily as his partner, he was just hoping their reaction would be better than his families. "Declan this is my Mam, Christine and my sister, Sara."
"It's lovely to meet you both." Dec said giving his cutest smile, he was very tense waiting for their reaction to him but he visibly relaxed as Christine made her way towards him and engulfed him in a warm motherly hug, Dec got a bit emotional at the tenderness and love he was receiving but steeled himself, not wanting to look weird.
"And it's lovely to finally meet you Declan." She said, pulling out of the hug and holding the Geordie at arms length. "Aww Anthony he's even cuter that you described! And handsome." Dec blushed and Ant laughed at his mother's antics. "I hear you're a musician Declan?"
"Aye I play the guitar and sing, wether I do it well is debatable."
"Don't listen to him ma he's just being modest, he's incredible."
Sara gasped practically bouncing up and down. "Oh my god you should definitely play us something when we get home Dec!"
"Sure if you want to hear it."
"We look forward to it pet, and speaking of home let's get going I've got a roast in the oven, let's get back before it burns."
"Hmmm is it my favourite?" Ant asked putting an arm around Dec's shoulders comfortably as they made their way towards the car.
"Aye, Beef and I put some extra cauliflower cheese on just for the occasion." She smiled climbing into the drivers seat as Ant placed his suitcase and Decs rucksack in the boot before sliding the guitar on one of the back seats. Sara took the passenger seat and the two boys sat side by side at the back still holding hands. Dec felt much lighter and at ease after the warm welcome and honestly couldn't wait to see his hometown again, it's just a shame that it brought back some painful memories; the young Geordie had faith though that with Ant by his side, he could make some new memories, some nice ones.
