An aggressive knock coming from their door in the early hours of the morning was what shook Yoongi awake, arms instinctively wrapping tightly around Hoseok atop him who had begun to stir as Jimin's voice came through the door, "I'm coming in and if you two are naked then you better find some clothes in three...two..."
"Oh shit." Hoseok's eyes shot open, pulling the covers that had fallen down to their waists back up to their shoulders, moving off of Yoongi so that he was laying on his side, head still pillowed by Yoongi's shoulder.
"One!" Jimin yelled, the door baring open, "Rise and shine sleepy heads!"
"Morning Minie." Hoseok yawned against Yoongi, snuggling closer to him.
"Morning." Yoongi pressed a kiss to Hoseok's head, a small smile painting his lips as he recalled the previous nights events.
"Gross." Jimin stuck out his tongue, "Hyung's get up, the flight back home leaves this afternoon and Jin hyung made breakfast. The rest of us already ate and Jin hyung said if the two of you don't get up that he's going to pack all the food up. So come on, up, up, up!" Jimin's motioned with his hands, eyes trailed then to the floor that was littered with the remnants of the previous night, a smirk illuminating his features, "Well, seems like you two were busy last night."
"Okay thank you Minie but we'll be out in a minute. Go back to your boyfriends and stop teasing us." Hoseok pouted sleepily.
Jimin chuckled, "Okay, okay. Just come out and eat when you're ready you love birds." Jimin waved before closing the door behind him on his way out.
Yoongi continued to press kisses to any part of Hoseok that he was able to reach. Which lasted for a moment, before Hoseok was giggling and moving to get up on his own, "Come on hyung, put some pants on, I'm starving."
Yoongi did as he was told, stealing a few more kisses whenever he could manage, pressing quiet "I love you's" to Hoseok's lips and receiving whispered "I love you's" back before interlacing their hands together, and leading Hoseok down to the kitchen.
The kitchen, where the table was, two places set out on one side, and Seokjin sitting alone on the other side.
Yoongi walked towards Seokjin heatedly, his veins beginning to fill with rage as Hoseok trailed behind.
Seokjin noticed them enter, moving to stand, "Good mor-"
"Apologize." Yoongi snapped, his brows knitted together.
Seokjin's gaze hardened.
"Yoongi hyung it's okay-"
"Apologize." Yoongi stood his ground, gaze unwavering from Seokjin.
"I was going to." Seokjin huffed towards Yoongi, "But I don't need you terrorizing or hovering over me while I do it."
"I'm staying. You had your chance to talk with my Seok-ah alone and you fucked that up so now you don't get the privilege anymore." Yoongi growled.
"Hyung...hyung stop it's okay, you don't have to do this-"
"No." Seokjin started, his hard gaze softening as he moved to look towards Hoseok, "No, Hoseok, Yoongi-ah is just being ridiculous and overprotective right now. But I do owe you an apology." Seokjin took a deep breath, his eyes beginning to swell with a pleading regret more and more with each word. "I'm sorry, Hoseok-ah. I should have never accused you of the things I did, I should have taken the time to actually get to know you and not assume your intentions with my friend." Seokjin's voice began to tremble slightly, tears brimming around his eyes. "And for that I am so sorry."
"Oh hyung..." Hoseok shook his head, his own eyes mirroring with tears as he reached out to catch the eldest in a tight embrace. "It's okay. You were just looking out for Yoongi hyung, I don't think any less of you because of that, I promise."
Seokjin latched onto Hoseok's shoulders, holding him impossibly close, "But you should Hoseok. You should think less of me. I had no idea you would go and tell Yoongi-ah to call off the money deal the next day. I'm so sorry..." Seokjin hid his face in Hoseok's shoulder, "I'm sorry for saying such horrible things about your job, about what was most likely your everyday life before you met Yoongi. I'm sorry for not giving you a chance to explain. I'm so sorry for calling you a prostitution and a bitch. I've come to realize that you're none of those things. You're not. You're not-"
"What?!" Yoongi yelled then, interjecting a force between the two, pushing Seokjin away and guiding Hoseok behind him, "I didn't know this. What the fuck hyung?! Hoseok is the love of my life and you called him those things behind my back?! I will not stand for it. I will not."
Seokjin's eyes were wide, regretful and at a loss for words when Yoongi turned around, his voice incredibly soft, incredibly gentle with Hoseok, "Come on princess, we're leaving. I do not wish to stay another moment in the house of someone who I only thought was my friend."
Yoongi grabbed ahold of Hoseok's hand, leading them away and back down towards their room as Hoseoks struggled, "Hyung- hyung wait- Yoongi hyung!" Hoseok tried, before practically yelling, "Gram!"
Yoongi stopped immediately in his tracks, the fuming rage from earlier consumed completely by the oceans tied as he whipped his head around to find Hoseok's eyes wide and frustrated and tear filled. "Seok-ah..."
"Listen to me Yoongi hyung. I know that you're angry right now, but Jin hyung is your friend and I refuse to be the reason you two fight." Hoseok took a trembling breath yet his voice was strong, "I refuse."
"Princess..." Yoongi's anger faded away as he quickly moved closer to Hoseok, cupping the younger man's cheeks in his palms, thumbs ready to wipe away any cascading tears, "This isn't your fault, you did not cause this. I can not sit back and watch someone who was my friend call you such terrible things. Especially after everything you've been through..." Yoongi kissed Hoseok's forehead, "I love you. And...It hurts me to hear you called such things, my little bird."
Hoseok smiled softly, a tear escaping his glistening eye, "I know you do. And I love you too, but believe me, I have been called and treated much worse and for much worse reasonings."
"Which is precisely why I will not stand for any more of it. You deserve so much good Seok-ah, and I will give that to you, you deserve the world and I will break my back getting it for you." Yoongi spoke honestly, pleadingly.
"I know you would. You're my strange cat after all." Hoseok closed his eyes a moment and leaned into Yoongi's touch, savoring the moment between them before his eyes fluttered open again, "But I am willing to forgive Jin hyung because he was only trying to protect you which is something I will never fault him for. And because he's your friend." Hoseok's eyes gazed down towards Yoongi pleadingly, "Will you do the same and forgive him as well? If you can't do it for him then...will you do it for me, my prince charming?"
Yoongi's eyes held a storm, but he sighed nonetheless, leaning his forehead against Hoseok's own, "I am truly powerless against your wishes, little bird. And I suppose I am a better man for it."
"So..." Hoseok's eyes lit up with hope.
"So I'll forgive him. But it will take some time to earn my favor back after the way he's treated you." Yoongi spoke earnestly.
Hoseok smiled, wide and heart shaped, "I'll take it. Now come on, let's go have breakfast with Jin hyung." Hoseok kissed Yoongi, pressing his lips gratefully against the elder before leading them both back to the kitchen where Seokjin had started to clean up the plates.
"If you've come back to restate the end of our friendship, I understand. But please do make it brief-"
"Jin hyung." Hoseok chirped, moving to sit down at the table and dragging Yoongi down beside him, motioning for Seokjin to sit across them, "Please, come and sit down. Nobody is ending anything. I promise you that."
Seokjin's brows knit together in a mixture of wonder and concern as he hesitantly placed the plates back down, sitting in his seat across from them. "But I thought-"
"I'm not happy with the situation, Jin hyung." Yoongi interrupted the eldest, "But Hoseok wants this to work, he wants me to forgive you for saying such things to my..." Yoongi ducked his head, his voice a little quieter, "My boyfriend. And I'll do that for him, if he wants it."
"I see..." Seokjin's eyes grew wide, looking towards Hoseok then, "You...you know Yoongi-ah is one of the most stubborn people I have ever encountered in my life? How did you get him to change his mind so quickly?"
Hoseok smirked, putting a pancake on Seokjin's empty plate before filling his own, "Perhaps Yoongi hyung fell in love with someone who's even more stubborn than he is."
Yoongi huffed, "You give Jin hyung pancakes before me?"
Hoseok giggled, placing the biggest pancake onto Yoongi's plate, leaning over to kiss Yoongi's cheek that was already scrunched up in a smile, "You get the biggest one, big boy."
With the two of them giggling, Yoongi pressing a quick kiss to Hoseok's forehead, Seokjin sighed, "Jimin was right, you two really are gross."
"Jimin's biased." Hoseok chipped back with a proud smile.
"Yeah, maybe." Seokjin smiled softly towards Hoseok, speaking quietly and genuinely, "Thank you, Hoseok-ah."
Hoseok shook his head quickly, "Don't thank me for anything."
"Actually, you should be thanking him for everything ouch-" Yoongi snapped quickly towards Seokjin before clutching his side where Hoseok had japped his elbow in playfully.
"Why don't I take you out for brunch when we get back to the states, Hoseok-ah?" Seokjin asked hopefully, "Yoongi-ah, would you let me take Hoseok-ah out and treat him to a nice meal?"
"I'll think about it." Yoongi narrowed his eyes, his arm coming around to hold Hoseok's waist protectively.
"That sounds amazing! Can we go someplace boushie? Maybe with a really nice balcony? I have this new pair of heels I just got and I've been dying to take a picture for my instagram with them on! But I need a good background first!" Hoseok squealed excitedly.
"I like the way you think, Hoseok-ah." Seokjin smirked, "We'll go any place you like, it's on me."
"Well then I'm going too." Yoongi's gaze still failed to leave Seokjin, watchful.
Hoseok shook his head, "Hyung it's okay, I want to do this. And if anything bad were to happen, you'd be the first I call, okay?"
Yoongi sighed, narrowing his eyes towards Seokjin, "Fine, okay. But if you make him cry Jin hyung then that is it, no more second chances."
"I would never dream of it. I promise." Seokjin nodded quickly, before turning back towards Hoseok and enthusiastically planning out where they would go for brunch.
Yoongi's hard wall came crumbling down, bit by bit through breakfast, watching how Hoseok can so heartedly forgive, and move on in hopes of a friendship. Igniting that spark within Yoongi that showed him just how strong Hoseok was.
And just how much more Yoongi loved him for it.
