Izuku didn't know why he was running, only that his 'instinct' was telling him to. He followed it, rounding a corridor unfamiliar to him and approaching a partly opened door.
Peering cautiously around it, he watch a pale blue haired man rifling through papers in a dingy nondescript office. He had a choice. He gritted his teeth.
"Excuse me sir, can I help you?"
The jump the man made would have caused Izuku to laugh if not for the situation. And if not for a year in a glorified brothel he would have flinched at the mess of a face that turned to regard his own.
The man clearly relaxed at the sight of a mere student, turning back to his work without even bothering to reply.
Izuku took the opportunity to examine the character that had the confidence or stupidity to let down his guard like that. He was nearly six foot, pretty tall, though almost everyone was compared to Izuku. The man was all in black clothing, and grimy black at that. Izuku could fully appreciate the sense of wearing dark clothing when you're breaking into a place, but with the man's over confidence...it suggested the guy was of an emo persuasion. Then again, how many preppy villains could there be?
Shaking himself out of that strange line of thought, Izuku realised his target was sifting through the last of the papers, and he hastily got back to the relevant information.
The man's quirk. A very dangerous quirk.
Well, to most people.
"That's quite the quirk you have." He said lightly, like he was admiring the man's coal black hoodie or commenting on the weather.
Unsurprisingly, that got his target's attention. He stopped what he was doing and turned to properly look at Izuku for the first time.
"Oh?"
Bless, he was still trying to act cool. Izuku looked him up and down slowly.
"Disintegration..." he elaborated. "You must have been discriminated against for years. Must have been awful and to have to be so careful every moment..."
Seemed he hit a sore spot, as the villain shuddered, jaw locking in anger.
"You know nothing, hero wannabe, now scram unless you want to experience it." The blue haired man spat, dismissing the greenette with a glare. Unique as this student was, he had bigger priorities.
"I don't think you could."
The voice was gentle, yet carried a confidence. Not the vain over confidence of a teen drunk on admiring words, but of someone who had fought before.
Suddenly, the student rose in significance relative to the documents, and the man turned and walked to the doorway.
Shigiraki moved his hand with slow inevitability, waiting, but instead of flinching away, the student moved his own hand so first four and then all five tips met each other. He stared at their hands in shock before raising his gaze to meet the greenette's now glowing eyes.
"What is your name." He almost demanded.
"Akagi. Yours?"
"Call me Tomura. You are a strange one. Your quirk reminds me of Eraserhead's. Please tell me you aren't his, Akagi." Asked Shigaraki, a glimmer of a threat in his words.
"No." Izuku said calmly. "Who do you represent or work for, Tomura?"
"The great League of Villains, obviously. And I'm only bothering to talk to you because I got what I came for, and can leave anytime."
"What can you tell me?" Asked the greenette, lacing admiration and curiosity in his tone.
"I'd rather ask the questions. Akagi, if you can disable quirks, how did you know mine?"
Izuku withdrew his hand and placed his index finger over his lips, gently closing the door behind him. Thundering footsteps could be heard outside, but passed them.
With the door closed, the room was only lit by Izuku's glowing eyes. Izuku looked under his lashes deliberately and minutely adjusted his stance and body language from relaxed confident, to sexy confident. Combined with the distraction of the footsteps outside, the taller male completely forgot his question.
"You wouldn't be interested in a visit to the dark side would you, little hero?"
Izuku chuckled, Shigiraki noted it was a pretty sound, the teen sounded much like a voice actor from one of his games, and looked like a model.
...A model he could touch with all five fingers.
He pushed Izuku against the door and bent low.
"You really are confident, to laugh at an offer like that, when pressed like this. I'm in complete control, and a villain; perhaps I'll just take you with me."
"You wouldn't, and your eyes tell me converting me isn't your priority right now. Besides I dislike designating people as heroes or villains, good or evil."
Shigiraki stared into those glowing eyes.
"What the hell are you."
"An unknown entity." Replied the greenette with that bizarre confidence that didn't befit a sixteen year old. And without another word he raised a hand and pulled Shigiraki down.
Shigiraki was surprised as soft lips pressed against his cracked ones. But this was his first kiss and with a beauty at that, so he kissed back willingly enough, only for Izuku to pull away grinning and slip around the door.
"I'm betting I'll be seeing you soon in an official capacity, won't I, Tomura?"
The blue haired male nodded dumbly, dazed and with that the door closed.
Shigiraki was very confused. Very very confused. He took a moment, but the noise of a approaching teachers outside was enough.
"Kurogiri!"

Izuku darted from the corridor, hearing people he dived into a girls' bathroom, thankfully empty. And tried to let his heart slow down.
"How the fuck did I get away with that?" He asked weakly to his pale reflection, staring at the text before his eyes as his legs finally gave out from nerves and he collapsed onto the tiled and thankfully clean floor.

Take Copy Leave
He hesitated. The quirk was dangerous, but belonged to a villain...there was no moral issue with taking it. But.
If that guy had any links to his original father...the fake name wouldn't delay them at all, and if they worked out the link to kissing...too risky. He selected copy and left to find Aizawa.
He shivered as he thought over the quirk. That man must have suffered a great deal, and inspite of the realism he had acquired in spades, he wished that Tomura could be rescued in some way. That kiss...he'd reciprocated it. And it could be used as both carrot or a stick.
He found Aizawa with the rest of the faculty, examining the barrier. The look on his face was enough to draw his father away from the worried mass.

The Erasure Hero didn't know what to think.
As a teacher he should punish him for his recklessness.
As a hero he should praise Izuku for the invaluable information he obtained, and the quirk.
As a father he should be telling his son off for taking risks?
Not sounding the alarm?
Kissing strange and dangerous men?
In the end, he went for a bizarre combination of the three.
"That was amazingly executed and incredibly reckless, now go wash your face and tell no one abo- no one except Bakugou of what just happened."
Izuku nodded, smiling apologetically before disappearing off to the nearest bathroom.
Aizawa sighed, rubbing his temples and tried to process just how much Izuku had managed to extract from the man in one conversation.
"He said his name was Tomura without hesitation, so I think it is likely a name he regularly uses if not his own. He said he came from the league of villains. He has a method of escaping anywhere in an instant and considering his own quirk, it is clearly someone else's, and no one else was there so the person doesn't have to be in the vicinity to activate it.
When I said I'd see him soon, he nodded on reflex, meaning his group will probably be attacking UA students at some point in the near future, the documentation he was rifling through was about trips so that supports that case.
The reason he is a villain is likely due to how others treated him due to his quirk, I'll bet it caused him some tragedies too. He is not good at reading people or used to interacting with people, every lie I spoke, however unconvincing, he took as truth and he had answers coaxed out of him easily.
He is childish and probably impulsive, and though I don't know how relevant it is...that was 100% his first kiss. I know it is silly, but I think he could be saved if you catch him, or alternatively knowing what I did could be used to throw him off his game in a fight."
He had a truly formidable son.
